Other game of the day, Tottenham are up by 1 goal after a Deli Alli penalty goal which put them in front and look like we be having a perfect start of the season, but can they keep the pressure on the top teams?

Finally Manchester United has a life line, ole boys would want to be top or very close to it, last season they came back against southampton when the were losing 2:0 I think the saints will still remember that and defend the last few minutes very well, but alot can still happen in the match, I still predict a win for Manchester United

They managed to tie the score by Greenwood with a nice game play by Pogba. Sancho replaced Martial and Pogba almost scored a goal. ManU seems to wake up for real and more goals coming imo.

The match is surprisingly difficult especially considering the fact that Manchester United won very easily in the first round. I hope for the remaining time Manchester United will be able to win - it would be a shame if, before the matches with the main competitors for the championship, Manchester United lost too many points and these would be meaningless matches in terms of fighting for gold.

I don’t understand the questionable line-up Ole has put up against Southampton. Is he saving some players for next match? Or what’s his plan reversing them? Why he isn’t starting Sancho and Varane yet? These duo are good players and there are footballer and professional players who does not need that time to settle. The truth is ole is going to be the problem for united not to win anything because of he's always acting clueless. This same thing happened last season against Crystal palace, keeping some first team players on the bench and tryin to experiment something I don’t know. The result was a lost and he was blamed for losing at home to a lower crystal palace. There’s no champions league football or Cup games now, why not start the first Eleven, win easily and save more points now.

Maybe he wants Sancho and Varane to adapt more by overseeing how Man United plays so they can synergize with the team when they are ready to play. Or it could be that Solskjaer is still considering their progress and feels that Sancho and Varane are still not qualified enough to be deployed as main players.
He said they played well last week, so he'll start them again. But Ole He will be changing things and be doing experiment. When will he realized that Anthony Martial is not good for the standard we want. Let him go on loan. Look at Lukaku, he was not up to Chelsea's standard before. He went out, did well and they brought him back. Ole always keep trying out new things keep killing his games. He need to be careful if not he’ll end his Managerial career so quick.

Adapting is very important to see the situation of the game because this is in the EPL league of course it will be very different from the previous league so this will be a substitute, but don't know if Ole Gunner will include a player in the second half?
Seeing this there is still the ability for other players to turn things around I think Manchester will be able to at least equalize with southampton.
I am enjoying the match of Southampton vs Manchester United. It is a very competitive match. Both teams are playing well. However, Manchester United is trailing 1-0. The squad does not have main strikers Rashford and Cavani. Yet their team is stable enough. . Even if they are trailing 1-0, I don't think they will be defeated.
What supposed to be the most easiest/predictable match end up to be a surprise at least for this first half. ManU players were waiting for a foul and were hesitating, moving slowly and Southampton profited from this. It is a clear foul imo and the goal shouldn't be counted. I suppose ManU will wake up and might punish Southampton in the second half. Solskjaer has to make some changes imo to make the rythme faster.

Ole want to give them more time to familiarize with new team mates or those players have unknown problems with their fitness in last minutes. If Manchester United win this match, Ole will be a hero. Ben White brings hope for Arsenal fans to improve their defense but I don't think Ben White is a too good defender. The balance of players belong to Chelsea even Arsenal and Chelsea have their best players for this match. Arsenal are likely tier-2 club in Premier League.Quote

But looking at their previous head to head encounters neither side managed to keep the clean sheet in seven of their 8 H2H at Emirates Stadium. So we more likely to get both teams scoring.

I don't know if he'll score, but I am pretty sure Thomas Tuchel will give him some minutes in this game so he can slowly get acquainted with the team again, Chelsea would need him so much all through this season, so it's best he starts to play as soon as possible.

I think both Aubameyang and Lacazette have fitness issues and are big doubts for the game.
Both of them were tested positive for covid-19 which is why they were ruled out from the squad. As for Aubameyang, he might be available against Chelsea today but he might be lacking fitness after taking a break for quite some time but its kinda weird that flashscore.com listed Aubameyang as being injured though

Either way, its not going to change the fact that Chelsea is still the favourites to win against Arsenal according to the bookies even if Aubameyang is included in the starting lineup but for the record, Arsenal won both of the matches against Chelsea last season so its going to be interesting and Arsenal might somehow pull an upset.

Speed isn’t not a factor to determine a striker's freedom. Aubameyang and Lacazette are different kind of strikers. Aubameyang plays with more pace and through passes. He’s nothing without the ball and have little or no aggression in the penalty area. While Lacazette does play with much aggression, strength and does more when with the ball. He may lack speed and composure in front of goal but he’s the best type of striker for a defense like Chelsea. He has an aggressive presence in the attack and that’s why he’s prefer upfront and not on the wings. He’s a fighter and always want to win the ball for the team. That’s why I said he’s of an advantage without the ball. Reports confirmed that Aubameyang joined the team to train yesterday, so I think he will be in contention for today’s match against the Blues.
Chelsea has a slow defense and I think Aubameyang is a better suited to playing against Chelsea than Lacazette is because of that speed. Aubameyang will be able to get past that tight marking that Chelsea will do by beating the offisde trap and getting behind them. Chelsea wing backs are fast but in the center they are slow. If Thiago plays I see that being a problem if Aubameyang plays. If he trained yesterday I doubt that he will be able to start today I suspect he might be on as a substitute and nothing more. In the past when Mikel Arteta was still playing as a midfielder in the field, I enjoyed watching him unleashing shots from great distance to score amazing goals but I am starting to lose confidence with him in managing a football club as a manager. Even though Arsenal will be playing against Chelsea in their home stadium today, but I think Chelsea will be able to beat Arsenal relatively easily today.
Arteta performance then at Everton was top notch under David Moyes, he was very consistent at their midfield then with Yakubu Aiyegbeni 'yak' as their main striker, both players scored goals, in fact he was missed when left in 2011 and signed for Arsenal, I taught he will later be a good manager having studied and worked under the tutelage of Pep Guordiola in Man City when appointed as the new Arsenal manager, unfortunately so far he has not delivered and the team is in the shadow of former self, gone are the days when Arsenal was very delightful to watch when they play matches.
