With Kane, Manchester City will become less depend on De Bruyne and please don't forget that they will have Jack Grealish.

I wouldn't assume that they'll definitely get Grealish. Villa have hugely ambitious owners and have Grealish under a long contract; they'll do everything they can to keep him.
As for whether Grealish wants to go... Man City is definitely a step up, but perhaps his experiences at the Euros may impact his decision. For England he is merely an impact sub, which is likely the role he'd have for Man C. Would he prefer to stay at Villa, who are improving each year, and be a guaranteed first teamer?
I do not think that harry kane coming will impact the influence of de bruyne i think it will be a huge empowerment for city because they really need a great striker to finish their atacks since they have de bruyne as play maker and excelent wingers like mahrez and foden and even sterling as for grealish it is a bit difficult i agree with you but if the two clubs agree on a price i think this deal will be done.
It's going to be interesting to see if Man City will rely on Gabriel Jesus as lone striker next season or they are going to back him with top signing.
They managed last year to win EPL without the need to use Aguero who barely played last season and know left the club for free to Barcelona,
It's true that Man City won the league last season but their scoring record dropped from 102 in season19/20 compared to 83 goals last year its their lowest in the last 4 seasons.
They managed to win without scoring lot of goals last season but I don't think that this season that alone will cut it their rivals are focused on getting back on winning the league so i think it will be more exciting to see Man City without Kane because signing him it will make them impossible to stop.

In this season, Manchester City are highly the favourite team for the title of course. But this time, I expect a bigger competition between them and the big clubs like Manchester Utd, Chelsea and Liverpool. This time, it may not be that easy for City to reach the title. They actually had some difficulties at the beginning of the last season. But they made an insane comeback and won the title comfortably.

Just realized the poll for the EPL title winner for the 2021/22 season has reopened in this thread. Even though the 2021/22 season hasn't started yet, I will still support Manchester City as a potential EPL champion under Guardiola. Considering Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool as Manchester City's strongest rivals, I think Guardiola should prepare his team as well as possible to lead the table from the start.

What is interesting is that the OP appears to be a Liverpool supporter and that is reflected in the way he chooses the title challengers for the 2021/22 season. Manchester City as the defending champion must get the first portion in the sequence.  Cheesy
Manchester City have a lot of support because this is one of the favorite teams so far and for them to believe others will win the title in the season that is about to start, I know Pep Guardiola's management is very strategic and I will not deny this could be a candidate. champion again.

Chelsea is also no less great under Thomas Tuchen who can bring the champions league title so this dream will soon be proven in the 21/22 season and will not object to facing Manchester city because previously Chelsea were able to beat him.

Although Ronaldo is older, his fitness is still excellent. He will be able to perform well effortlessly for a few more years. He may leave Juventus at the end of next season. At the moment he is not thinking of anything other than winning the title. He may not retire without winning one more title.
Many of his contemporaries have already retired while he still plays at a high level so that tells us about his fitness. I'm reminded of how he endorsed water instead of a carbonated drink during his controversial interview hehe. I can't say that he'll win another title at his age but he probably has two or three more years in him.

I think not yet Ronaldo will ended his career on Juventus because he has great value although pass 38 years old and Juventus not have enough money to pay higher salary for Ronaldo. I think one day later Ronaldo will try to be PSG or play on MLS depend which one club brave to pay high salary for his service, he looks not like Messi want to stay with one club and still try to get new adventure on other league.

Even though Ronaldo is no longer young, but Ronaldo must have felt he was still competitive. So for now he definitely didn't want to think about retiring and most likely will leave Juventus someday. But if there is a surprise that Ronaldo returns to Man United then it will be his last trip and he will end his career there.

Hard stance by the Football Association in England which has established that by the first of October 2021 players and staff must have received the double jab in a mandatory manner.
Those players and staff who haven't received at least the first dose will have to do so within the next two weeks: some players may request an exemption, although no clear indication has yet been given as to whether or how this will happen.
Certainly, this kind of choice could have consequences on the market of Premier League clubs: the vaccine requirement could become a weapon in the hands of players and, above all, agents, in order to force their hand in case they want to leave.
An understandable move by the FA but I like the consequences that you pointed out. Some of them may take that opportunity if the major leagues from other countries won't follow the same policy. I think it will be mandatory across footballing nations and it's only a matter of time before they announce it. They won't risk suspension due to another variant.

Among those four players is Raheem Sterling the newspaper claims. Four players sounds like a massive exaggeration to me if they pay a transfer fee on top. Raheem Sterling is quite good as well. I believe the transfer will happen somehow. If rumors are so huge it usually also happens in the end and I am sure Harry Kane will do his part as well.
What kind of deal is this , Harry Kane to be swapped with 4 other players and among those is Raheem Sterling who I think would cost more than Kane himself... if this is the deal then its not happening!

Wierd.. Even City are not that fool to give four key players for Kane. They would rather sell them rather than include them in swap deal for Kane. Maybe it is possible that they are giving four options and giving Spurs option take one or two which is also I read somewhere couple weeks ago. Anyway, like I earlier said Kane to City is a very tough deal and Spurs wouldn't give him that easily to any PL club.

With the coach change it is also possible that there would be change in stance of players about leaving the club. Right now Nuno is sure about Kane being Spurs player but haven't seen any updates about Kane's end.

I have to admit that your transfer for Bryan Gil looks like one of the silliest ones so far. I don't understand that at all, he isn't that good anyway and he's also playing in Son's position.

I also struggle to understand why are you trying so hard to get rid of Sanchez. Ok, he's not the perfect CB you maybe thought you got when he started well, but you're basically trying to chip him in for whatever somebody's ready to give.

I really loved what you did under Poch (not maybe transfers, but your results with a low net spend) but you're losing me for some time already. Shame, you looked ready to break the top 4.

Oh,,, you break my heart every time I hear Poch I feel sad. I said enough already from the day he was sacked that we made a terrible mistake,,, and even though I accepted Mourinho I knew it was only a matter of time.

As I said, our system of recruitment and management (giving only head coach responsibilities to the manager) is not going to work and the good teams prove this like yours.

We are in Conference League and that is proof we are on the decline,,, I honestly hope new manager is given time and power but we all know that is naive to expect from our board:(

And for Tevez, he not really happy with City, so its normal if he join with United without any problem. IMO.

Did You Mean Carlos Tevez Not Really Happy With United So He Go To City?

but yeah, I agree a little bit with you, it seems Carlos Tevez doesn't have any respect to his team, Just look at how many clubs he's been to

even like other money-mad players, he once played for Shanghai Shenhua in the Chinese League Cheesy

I appreciated Ronaldo's statement about not playing at Manchester City as they are the rival club of Manchester Utd. Because Ronaldo has really good memories at Manchester Utd. If he is to come back to the EPL, I think that it should definitely be Manchester Utd.

i think in case ronald is a famous player and his age is no longer young then he can afford to choose a club based on issues of rivalries and ties he had with the previous club, but I doubt he would say that if he was in the beginning of his career. Being a player is a profession, being a profession like any other, we always have to choose where they pay the most money and where they provide the best living conditions for us and our family.

But for now, he doesn't seem like he is thinking of a move here. If Juventus continued with Pirlo, then I'd be 100% sure that he'd leave the team. But now they have Allegri and Ronaldo is happy about the situation also.

each time I convince myself that he will finish his career at juventus

For Mancity signing Harry Kane into their squad next season will be the best transfer of the season.Kane is not just a good replacement to Aguero, but a better replacement to injury prone Aguero. It will be a very good deal for City if the deal could be finalised.
Harry Kane is indeed being linked with Man City, but it seems Tottenham has no intention of letting their striker go (perhaps it is a trick to get a high price). If Harry Kane's transfer to Man City does not happen, then Man City could make an offer for Erling Haaland (who might also be difficult to sign) or Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich.

It was just published in some newspaper article that Manchester City allegedly plans to exchange four players for Harry Kane with Tottenham.
Wait, are you guys saying Harry Kane is still a Tottenham Hotspur player, thought this was a done deal!

I guess at this stage of his career he is sick of playing for Tottenham.
I thought he had a wonderful campaign, and also got the golden boot if am not mistaken, this performance doesn't like that of a sad man.

Before trying to justify them, do you know why some players play for their rivals?

Like Carlos Tevez who joined Manchester City, maybe he didn't get a good experience at United so he didn't think long about joining his rival team at that time. Unlike Ronaldo who has fond memories and experiences at United so he can easily say no to City.

Yes, I understand, if we remember, we will find a list of players who have moved to rival clubs even in the EPL. The main issue what I want to say is his loyality to the United. He become a star players since going to united, and grow with Ferguson. You know, sometimes, money can change everything for some players, they will follow the highest money he will get, but ronaldo show us his loyality. And for Tevez, he not really happy with City, so its normal if he join with United without any problem. IMO.

Rumors circulated that Man City wanted to bring in Ronaldo to replace Aguero. Unfortunately, to the Mirror, Ronaldo said that he would not play for rivals man united. I think this is a very wise decision from Ronaldo, he doesn't want to hurt his fans at Manchester United because he joined his rival, unlike most Serie A players who can be willing to move to a city rival team.
