Officially, Manchester United announces the renewal of coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's contract until 2024, with the possibility of another year extension.
This means that the management put the trust in Solskjaer very much, and gave him full time to show what he can do, and so far they have brought him very good deals, the last of which is Sancho .
This means that they considered him the man who will restore glories in the team .
All we said and the man has not received any title for three years. OGS is considered very lucky.

Manchester United are doing just good with Solskjaer. They ended the English Premier League at the 2nd place in the last season. That was their best season after a very long time. They were in the Europa League final also but couldn't beat Villarreal. But now, we will watch them in the Champions League. I think they can do really nice things there. And I expect them to fight really well for the EPL title.

https://www.footballinsider247.com/sources-grealish-move-from-aston-villa-to-man-city-edges-closer/

This source says that Manchester City have reached an agreement with Jack Grealish. And they are ready to offer a sum around £90m for him. The 25-year-old player got really decent statistics in the last season at Aston Villa. He scored 6 goals and made 12 assists in 26 EPL games. It was enough to draw City's attention to buy him.

City are making an effort to sign Harry Kane also. And it looks like they are preparing to make an offer between £120m and £160m for Kane. Do they really have this much money right now? It looks like they have.  Grin
England players are over valued. If Grealish is player from another nation, his price would not be high like that. Most of? England players are transfered between Premier League clubs. Additionally, very few of them are readily to find challenge in other leagues. Jason Sancho and Jude Bellingham are very rare cases.

Kane. I read news that Manchester City will spend $200M to buy Kane. It is absolutely a crazy high price. Kane does not have many seasons in the current contract with Tottenham.

That's a great signing for City. Never thought it would be that easy and inch this close in just a short time. Here is a fun fact about him: He was the most fouled player last season in PL and he is right now the most fouled player in Europe last season. 110 times in PL and that goes to show how he is too hot to handle for opponents defence in PL.

Regarding the other, I mean Kane one, I expect Spurs to keep on dragging until the transfer window end.

Arsenal planning to bid 40 mil pounds and 130k weekly wages to Tammy Abraham? As John Henry would say - what are they smoking there at the Emirates?

When I started watching football, Arsenal was a synonym for a club with smart transfer policy, finding bargains on the market and turning them into superstars. After Wenger left, they are totally lost and are making one mistake after another. Chelsea must be laughing right now, Abraham is decent, but this is definitely overkill.
Wenger built up the club and help them win a few Premier League titles. After the big project for a new stadium, Arsenal did not give Wenger good budget for transfers and they even had to sell their best players, Henry, Hleb, Fabregasc, Van Persie, etc.

A few seasons after the completion of new stadium, Wenger was given good transfer budget that is when they signed with Metsut Ozil, then Lacazette, Aubameyang, etc. However, they did not succeed so far and they are still finding good coach for the club. Unai Emery failed is a big regret in my opinion. Arsenal should give Unai more time to build up Arsenal squad.

Tammy Abraham is a good player but I don't think he can play better than Aubameyang. The transfer cost and salary is not cheap. If Tammy comes, how will he play together with Aubameyang and Lacazette?

I hope this is a mere speculation of Arsenal bidding for Tammy Abraham because I don't see any quality this guy will add into that squad, he is no different from Nketiah can he play like Alexandre Lacazette? with the kind of strength, zeal and ruggedness whom Arsenal is refusing to offer a contract extension offloading Lacazette for Abraham is absolutely making a wrong choice of signing Edu and Arteta are making a mockery of transfer policy of Arsenal by paying him mouth watering offer of 130K weekly the same mistake they did with the signing of out of form Willian last season is about to be repeated again.
Youngsters nurturing which is synonymous with Arsenal had been jettisoned and abandoned since the departure of Arsene Wenger which I completely agreed with you.

I don't see Abraham that bad but yeah with that age and how the last season went I also have some doubts over Abraham signing. Still it would be great if they can have him through loan instead of permanent transfer with buyout clause and try him out for one season. If he plays good then sign him or just let him go back to Chelsea. I can see why they are trying for him. They want to have some young gun as Lacazette has reached 30's and they need someone to replace but it would be a huge gamble. It could help them or could become disaster for them.

Also don't forget that Abraham had a good season in 18-19 (I guess) but that was championship but then in next season he scored 15 for Chelsea as well. He is a good talent but need chances IMO.

Regarding youngsters not being given chances, how about Emiliano Smith Rowe, or Saka or Tierny? They have got lot of first team chances in last season and have delivered as expected. I don't know about other managers before Arteta but things are changing under Arteta. About Nketiah that is one who isn't being given chances after being bought but maybe according to manager he is not ready yet.

They have some discarded players from big EPL clubs. Last season they played a little better. Indeed, the EPL has always been the most fun league to watch. Their matches are always fast, not always domination. Even some clubs are able to make a surprise beat big clubs. But I doubt they can stay stable for a whole season. Apart from that you also have to remember that the top clubs are also adding their star players, so I'm sure the league will continue to be tight and full of surprises.
If every player has got good players to prepare for the coming season, of course this will be the most intense EPL competition, even true surprises can happen to small teams, but this fact does not become stability for lower clubs at least they already have star players to rely on .
The top teams in the EPL have a lot of money, so ammunition for star players will certainly be prioritized even though the transfer season is still fierce who will end up with their club.
EPL dominance for me is a fast and not boring game.

Why nowadays EPL has very expensive broadcasting rights, because EPL's popularity is increasing. Since several clubs in the EPL were bought
by rich people, the effect is that in recent years many star players have ended up playing in the EPL. This is the charm of the EPL, not only showing
fast play, but in the EPL we can see how star players will compete to show their best. I was entertained while watching EPL, almost all teams
play attacking and not boring. That's why I can't wait for ELP to start again soon, because the competition in the EPL is much tighter than other
European leagues.

There are many teams who have acquired some good players like Leicester, Aston Villa so I expect things to tighten up a bit in this upcoming season.

What's with the Premier League and trying to hunt for players that are just next door??
Is this Abraham move really going to happen before I call this trash can speculation.

We all knew Arsenal for this magic touch of turning trash to gold when Wenger was around, now things have turned into a failed business.

It's going to be interesting to see if Man City will rely on Gabriel Jesus as lone striker next season or they are going to back him with top signing.
I don't think that City would go into next season with just Gabriel Jesus as their only striker, he is not a bad striker, but he is not a top quality attacker either; and then again I know Pep won the league last season without a real marksman upfront, but surely they must seek reinforcement in the striking position, and I think the main reason why Pep didn't really field a striker too much last season is cause Kun was mostly injured and Jesus isn't too good. Having said that, City also need to win the title that has eluded them for so long, and that's the CL, and I think that they'd need a born scorer if they are to achieve that.

I also don't think that City will content themselves with only Jesus as a striker. They are getting really close to ending the Harry Kane deal successfully. They will pour a lot of money for him but I think it's absolutely worth it. Kane is one of the greatest strikers now. I can't even imagine him at City.

I don’t know if you’ll read the report or no but Levy has finally agreed to sell Kane, and now the only question is how much can City pay for him or will Chelsea or Manchester United bid for him.

Furthermore ManCity player who left the club has also confirmed that they’re signing a world class striker, so it looks like either Kane or Halland is coming.

Thanks for the information. Yeah, they will be bringing one of these top class players. And it looks like it's going to be Kane. So, Haaland is still at Dortmund waiting for offers from the other clubs. Maybe Chelsea or Real Madrid can sign him but I've started having my doubts. Maybe this summer Haaland won't go anywhere.

Chelsea are moving from Haaland and now they are focusing on Inter Milan officials Belgian striker, Romelu Lukaku, if any club wants to sign him this summer.
Romelu Lukaku had a great season at Inter & has become a valuable team member there. I don't see why he would want to leave in a hurry for the English Premier League at the calling of Chelsea, this move won't happen.

I also think that is a rumour as after the Serie A season end Conte left but Lukaku confirmed that he will stay despite leaving of Conte. Guess reporters are just making something up out of thin air to get some views. Chelsea were also reported to be interested in Lewandowski. Nothing is moving yet but it is clear that Chelsea are interested in a proper striker.

only case that might make Inter think about selling Lukaku, is the arrival of an offer exceeding 120 million euros.
Money talks,  stories walk! If Chelsea are ready to spend this much which is unlikely, Lukaku will be at Stamford.

Yeah possible but I find it hard that Chelsea will spend that much considering there are much better options to get in that position.

Then again how often do players say A while in their head they think B? Come on that happens all the time. I am not aware of the rumors around Lukaku, but going to Chelsea would actually make sense if you ask me. He would be the striker Tuchel could be looking for and he also fits well into the team. Therefore, I don't think it is impossible we will see him in the Chelsea jersey.

Manchester City are getting close to signing Harry Kane day by day. It looks like Tottenham are preparing to accept a 160 million-pound deal. The player is already willing to go there. I wish Kane left this team much earlier but it's not a problem. I'm happy to see that he's doing the right thing about his career. Otherwise he'd rot at Tottenham by winning 0 title. I wish him happy years at City.
After releasing Aguero and signing Kane, it was a great move Manchester City made. I am sure that the transfer will certainly happen, because Tottenham have also agreed on the amount. Also, this transfer will make Kane break the Premier League transfer record previously held by Paul Pogba according to sources I read, hopefully with this big transfer Kane can still contribute well to City because if I see Pogba with such a big transfer, at least I feel it was an imperfect transfer considering his contribution.

Yes nothing is a done deal yet, still in negotiations and Kane signaled that he would be happy to get the opportunity to leave the club at the right conditions for all parties of course. The deal that was brought up now with four players for Kane also sounds crazy to me, especially the fact that Sterling (allegedly) is perhaps part of that quartet. Sterling had quite the low for some time, but he fought back and is now a very good player in my opinion. Let's see if this rumor is true or not, we will soon find out!
In the current conditions, a deal with the involvement of other players from the uncompromising position of Daniel Levy looks most likely, because the requested 150 million pounds already in this transfer window is thought to be too large a sum even for a rich club like Manchester City. Tottenham itself needs to be strengthened and is looking for players in the center and right flank of the defense, and perhaps the option with an additional exchange could well interest the club. There are no other options with the participation of other clubs for the transfer of Kane at the moment and is not expected. Kane would like to go to Manchester City and the Manchester club itself is interested in this. Now we need to interest Tottenham as well Wink

Right but Tottenham will have trouble to find a half decent substitute for Kane. Son and Kane rocked the season and they really played very well together. Now they would need to find a player similar Kane to get the same synergetic effects between Son and the new striker. I guess that is a bit of a luck box, they can only hope that the new striker works as well as Kane in conjunction with his team mates.
