This cannot be compared because both are like teachers and students, Arteta learned a lot from Pep Guardiola so of course right now Arteta cannot be as great as Pep Guardiola in all aspects especially in terms of experience.
But regarding winning the PL I think Aretat is on the right track, he has gone through progress in a fairly positive direction in the last few seasons so it is not impossible if he is able to maintain that consistency then one day he can beat Pep Guardiola.

Yea, it's very true that Manchester city are the favourite in this game against Brentford, especially as they are on their home turf, and a win is very much likely, even and over 2.5 as predicted by you, because if you check their goal scoring record especially at home, it's very much logical to understand why you bet on the outcome of that game like that, but the option of betting on them to first score in the the game I think is actually not ideal, because this is football, anything can happen, Brentford might decide to break on the counter and score first in the match, and if that happens, you have definitely lost your bet, so betting on a team to score first even though they are more stronger is actually not a good option in my own point of view, because this is football and as such, anything can happen.

But if I were to be betting on that game, I will be going with the option of Manchester city to win and over 2.5 or I will go win the option of second half over 1.5, and I believe that those options will definitely be more productive than Manchester city score first which is too risky.
