I don't think Manchester united management is ready to fire Ten Hang because there is no perfect time to fire him than at the end of last season when clubs who were not satisfied with their couch fire them. Everyone expected to wake up to the news of Ten Hang sack but were all shocked hearing that he will continue as the head couch. He has a very good relationship with the management crew and that's what is keeping him. I quite agree that they have players who have potential but then injury is giving them tough time and Ten Hang on the other hand doesn't know how to make good use of the available ones with his preference and selection.
That's why I say Manchester United must reorganize its organization. The reason is that currently Manchester United is in a slightly chaotic situation. Because if you think about it, Ten Hag clearly hasn't brought good progress to Manchester United. However, the Manchester United team or management still maintains Ten Hag in the coaching chair, so this shows that the organizational condition at Manchester United is currently not good. Perhaps the strongest reason Ten Hag was given the opportunity by Manchester United was because Ten Hag succeeded in bringing Manchester United to win the FA Cup this season. However, in my opinion, this is not enough of a consideration to retain Ten Hag. Because in essence Manchester United fans want a more prestigious trophy, such as the Premier League or UCL trophy.

Problems with Manchester United were never down to just the coach, but for the past 4-5 years, everyone kept blaming the coach, not anything else. It started with club legend Ole, and it kept on going. When Ralf Rangnick took charge, he addressed a lot of problems, but the board found him problematic. But it's true that he was right.

On the other hand, Erik Ten Hag is a tactical coach. He really knows how to set up a team and beat them with tactics. He's been unlucky with injuries, and this is something we can't blame him for. He's been decent throughout his time, apart from the injuries his team went through. But yes, the standard is much higher, and I have a strong feeling they can turn it around this season.

Exactly the point, the defense has been one of Chelsea problem in the recent time, I expected this to be fixed as soon as possible, chelase preason prformance is not worth a discussion because they arent giving what is expected from them,i kmow one will argue it after all it is just friendly games but the lapses are clear and urgent move is needed to correct this before the season kick start, chelsea is known to be one of the competitive teams in the English premier league and i dont it will be nice seeing the underperforming in this new season, I want reemphasize what you said, the manager has to pay more attention to the defense because no matter how god the goalkeeper is, without a good defense line he can't do anything, although lets believe that things  will change because I strongly believe that the manager is taking note on the areas that need improvement, I pray that he does what's expected of him before is too late.
The all entries Chelsea has a problem not the third defense Chelsea is in needed of seriously recover, because the way Chelsea has been performing all this while is not something their performance is very low honestly; one thing is ensue no matter how the Chelsea defense good reach of their midfielders are not function well is all the same level.

Chelsea manager needs to put much efforts the team if he really wants the team to be part of the successful clubs next season, because the way I’m seeing Chelsea performance since from last two season that’s how I’m still seeing them up to today there’s nothing changed, but let wait and see either this coming season will be there fervor.

Last season, before the FA Cup Competition Finals against Manchester City, I can vividly recall you saying same words like this. I have a clear picture of how you said Manchester City would trash Manchester United in that finals and that he'll be sacked immediately after the game.
Fast forward till today, how has things been? I don't know why you say such things, well they're your opinions and we don't see things the same way. I just want to tell you that Erik Ten Hag is the right man for Manchester United same way I have always advocated for his stay with the club prior to the FA Cup Finals.

One thing you should allow sink in your head is that, he is not a magician and will not be able to get Manchester United to glory days with these players, same players from Louis Van Gaal, Jose Mourinho and Ole Gunner Solskjaer. Until they're gone and players with standards, technique and quality comes in Manchester United will go nowhere.
I am not him, but I also said that City would trash United without a doubt, I wasn't even expecting a close game, I was expecting like some high levels of dominance from City, if the game ended with City getting a 5-0 victory, I wouldn't find that shocking. However, the whole world expected that, why did the whole world expected City to just destroy United? What was the reason?

Well I mean it's obvious, Erik Tan Hag made United play awful all season long, had the worst season in decades, I can't even remember a season when United was this bad, and that says something because they had some awful seasons. So just because he won FA cup, we should ignore the fact that he was last place in UCL groups, and he sucked insanely at league?

I do not think that would make sense, I know that he at least won something, it's better than not winning something, but at the end of the day this isn't good enough, it just doesn't make sense to me at all, feels like it is not enough. I think he should be at least doing fine for the league part, if he stays in the top four, even if he is fourth every year, that would be fine. But if he has another season like this, I think he should be fired right away.

Honestly I doubt Chelsea next season but I believe in the process that will be carried out by Enzo Maresca, if he is given support and time by Chelsea management maybe one day Enzo Maresca can make Chelsea win a trophy again.
I am confused and wondering what Chelsea management is doing by selling Conor Gallagher for 30 million pounds. He is a good player but he doesn't seem to fit Chelsea's tactics either last season or this season. But I think 30 million is a cheap price because Atletico Madrid wants Conor Gallagher to perfect their game tactics.
Yes I will also try to believe in the process of rebuilding Chelsea's squad. Chelsea has many potential young players so I don't expect Enzo to give Chelsea a trophy in his first season. I think Maresca will adapt for at least one season. After that we will judge whether Maresca can give progress to Chelsea or not.
I think it wasn't their wish to sell Conor Gallagher they are been forced to do it, look at what I discovered
Quote
Enzo Maresca says Chelsea are being forced to sell their academy players due to the Premier League's financial rules.

In recent years, the Blues have parted ways with many players who have come through their youth system. Conor Gallagher is the latest homegrown talent set to be sold on, following the likes of Billy Gilmour, Mason Mount, Ian Maatsen, Lewis Hall, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Callum Hudson-Odoi out the door.

The seemingly imminent loss of Gallagher has sparked anger among Chelsea supporters, but new boss Maresca says the club's hands are tied as their need to comply with Profit and Sustainability rules means they must sell players.

I think Erik Ten Hag hasn't finished fixing the fatal weaknesses in the Man United squad to date. Maybe the presence of Leny Yoro will bring a little fresh air to Man Utd's defense. But after hearing the news that this young defender was injured and even underwent surgery and would be out for 3 months. Hearing this, I became doubtful about Man Utd's defense again. Even when Yoro returns from injury, he certainly won't immediately appear as good as he was before his injury. Erik Ten Hag must be a little confused right now. Because even though the season hasn't started yet, they already have injured players. With these conditions, we really can't expect much from Man Utd, who don't seem to be in optimal condition based on the matches they showed in pre-season.
Manchester United lost too many players in several friendly matches, it is not clear why 4 players were injured at once, and what is most offensive is that very important players are injured, without whom it will be more difficult for the team to play, especially since this all happened on the eve of the match with City. I just read that in the friendly match with Liverpool Lindelof, Wan-Bissaka and Fish were injured, some kind of black streak of bad luck is following Manchester United, here I want to say it is good that their friendly matches are over.
Ten Hag has previously said that Manchester United's poor performance last season was due to no other reason than the injuries that befell their squad, but now, when the league hasn't started but precisely one by one the players they have are experiencing injuries and even new players who are expected to strengthen the squad. Manchester United next season, in fact, currently have to be absent for 3 months, to be honest, I think it seems like the training methods used by Ten Hag at the moment are too harsh and tend to make their players vulnerable to injury in the last two seasons he coach.

Right now it is reported that Bissaka will also be joining Westham and if indeed Lindelof is injured so it seems that right now Ten Hag has to rack his brains in preparation for facing Manchester City in their first official match of the season, because I see Manchester United defense line is currently in a very critical condition because of the many injured players.

So it is clear that Ten Hag's selfish attitude was the main trigger for his failure to bring Manchester United back to its glory days. Therefore, Ten Hag really has to change his attitude if he really wants to be able to bring Manchester United to become champions. And you are right my friend, that this season will definitely be a defining season for Ten Hag. Because if Ten Hag fails this season, he will definitely be fired from Manchester United's coaching.

I removed some part of your post due to how lengthy it is. The injured players was the excuse that Ten Hag used to prove that it was not his fault for the club poor performance last season and he was able to use just one match to convince united management on what he said by winning FA Cup finals which made Manchester united to consider him worthy of giving another chance.

Injuries have started again and Ten Hag should look for a way in which he will be able to manage the players on ground in order to maintain some level of performance and not just losing woefully Luke last season, so that if these injured player are fit again, it can be easy for the team to catch up with other clubs on top four and also finish on top four next season.

In terms of productivity although their opponents are mostly below their level but of course it is still a little better where they manage to score a ratio of 2 goals / match but it is also not comparable to what they get where their defense is bad because they get 10 goals which clearly shows that no matter how good their attack is, they will not be able to succeed if the defense is weak.

That means that Chelsea need to fix their defense line which is quite weak. In fact, Chelsea has recruited one of the defenders they bought from the American national team, Caleb Wiley, but Chelsea has not used this player on their debut in a friendly match. Maybe Chelsea will consider changing their back line formation when the season starts to change a new strategy so they can compete fiercely in the Premier League next season.

Their results in friendly matches are also quite bad, even though Chelsea is quite productive, but if their defense is weak, they will experience more defeats.

The Community Shield title is not actually a major trophy and I think here Manchester City will also take it easy to win this trophy. On the other hand, Manchester United will probably be more serious about winning it and at the same time it will be a good additional trophy after previously winning the FA Cup trophy.

I don't remember the last time Manchester City took the Community Shield so seriously and at that time Arsenal were always able to beat them in this match. However, I will not assume more and sometimes Pep Guardiola could be quite annoyed because last season they only managed to collect one EPL trophy and maybe this time they will try to win the Community Shield. Looking at the betting odds, Manchester City is far superior and does not consider Manchester United as a worthy challenger, but the over goal option here will be able to secure a safer bet than betting on one of them.
It's true Community Shield isn't a major trophy, but come on, they already take a long break and now this the first serious match before starting the league. It's not make sense if Manchester City can't perform since they're not tired anymore, they should able to give all out in this match. Although, the big upset that Manchester United won in FA Cup really make them can't be underestimated.

But, there are many of Manchester United's players injured, this time the luck will not be in their side.

But, hopefully with the number of Manchester United's main players injured it does not make Manchester City underestimate Manchester United. Because after all, if Manchester City underestimated Manchester United, it was still very possible for Manchester United to win in the FA Community Shield match later. Indeed, in comparison, of course Manchester City are still a better team but after all, in the FA Cup final match, Manchester City were also the favorite team to win the trophy, but in reality Manchester City can still lose too.

With this factor, then I personally think the factor of underestimating the opposing team can be very bad for the results for the Favorite team. Because even though Manchester United has a lot of injured main players, of course Manchester City must still be able to consider this match as a difficult match. Thus, Manchester City will play with a good effort of course to get the trophy before next season starts.

Both Manchester City and Manchester United both had mediocre pre-season matches. they sometimes lose and sometimes win. But that's all because both of them only play second-tier players and young players. But in the Community Shield match, I think both teams will play with their full strengths. And I am sure Manchester City will win the match. I still doubt Manchester United. And again, we know that Hojlund, who is also an important player for Manchester United's attack line, is still injured. And it's likely that Hojlund will only return after the end of August. So Hojlund will definitely miss the match. Leny Yoro is a new player but he has shown a very good game at the back but he is also still injured and will probably return after the end of October. The point is that Manchester United may not be completely ready. Meanwhile, Manchester City is always ready.

I'm not sure if this is an important match or not what is clear is don't be too confident on one side. Indeed, Manchester City deserves to be the favorite to win because they have a better history and statistics it's just that sometimes the unexpected can happen for example they play young or new players well this can mess up our predictions so it's better to wait a few hours before the match starts to see the starting lineup. By the way so far the sportsbooks Stake.com prefer Manchester City and both teams to score YES and over goals are still the favorites to place bets, I don't think both teams think about playing defensively meaning the fight will go on until the last minute and let's wait for the next 4 days.

Last season, before the FA Cup Competition Finals against Manchester City, I can vividly recall you saying same words like this. I have a clear picture of how you said Manchester City would trash Manchester United in that finals and that he'll be sacked immediately after the game.

And like I told you, that's a prediction. People get predictions wrong all the time in football, it's nothing new. If I predicted Manchester City to win but they lost doesn't mean Ten Hag is a superb coach. Even Ole won games against Manchester City while he was Manchester United's manager. Games everybody thought he would lose.

If you read everything I said you would see that I never implied that Ten Hag is a magician, I have always insisted that Man United have an average squad. What I'm saying is average squad aside, the manager is not doing a good job. Where you're mistaken is thinking because Ten Hag was good at Ajax so he will be good at Man United and I have pointed out to you that football doesn't work like that. A manager can be very good in his former club and be absolute shit in his next and the other way around.

When you watch a team play, it is not very difficult to determine if it's a bad coach bad players or both. In the case of Manchester United, both the players and the coach are bad. Give Ten Hag the best players while at Man United and they won't still be as fearsome are they would be under a good coach.
Also, you have to see that his handpicked signings have not been good either. Don't forget that he handpicked Onana, Antony and Hoijlund. All these players have been underperforming. Money was not the issue because these players were gotten for huge amounts. Frenkie Dejong is the only player he asked for personally that he has not gotten.

When a team can't create chances, they can't keep the ball and maintain position, they concede a lot of shots, you don't need a genius to tell you that the set-up of the coach is the problem. There's no point in being emotional about it, you just have to look at all the facts. The players can't press and they lack confidence and motivation. All these are signs of a coach who is not doing a proper job.

Community Shield can be called as warm up match before premier league starting and this is just like a traditional match for every season and the winner of this match indeed will gets the trophy but i think that trophy is not too important but this is derby match and i am sure both teams don't want to lost even their manager Guardiola and Ten Hag has been confirmed that they will playing with all of their key players

This is the repeat match of FA Cup final last season and Manchester United has successfully to beat Manchester City with the final scores 2-1 and this result too makes Manchester United deserved to playing at Europa League and with some of new players at Manchester United it's quite interested to see the performance of Manchester United in this match

The odds for Manchester City is quite low but i think that odds is quite decent to bets besides that i have to agree with you that both teams to scores also could be good pick for this match and about the outcomes of this match i think it's belongs to Manchester City this because although they haven't bought much players but Manchester City is still solid

That is if the players he bought are in prime condition for next season, because it would be useless if they were injured like Yoro who had to be absent for 3 months. Therefore Erik Ten Hag was asked not only to improve himself last season, but also to choose the ideal squad composition. Many old and new players were injured. So I will not put high hopes, seeing other squads that are far above United. Manchester City, Arsenal, and Liverpool who were not too aggressive in the transfer market this season, were still able to bring United to their knees in the pre-season match. This means that so far there has been no improvement shown by Erik Ten Hag in preparation for next season.

Chelsea's pre-season match was quite bad and indeed Enzo Maresca must be able to fix this team as soon as possible before the start of the competition and the absence of several new Chelsea players in the pre-season match is also very unfortunate they should have been able to join the match immediately to have close chemistry.

Expecting Chelsea to win a trophy next season I think is too much, this team is in the process of rebuilding their performance and for Enzo Maresca to take this job is not an easy thing.

Honestly I doubt Chelsea next season but I believe in the process that will be carried out by Enzo Maresca, if he is given support and time by Chelsea management maybe one day Enzo Maresca can make Chelsea win a trophy again.
Of course Enzo Maresca needs time with Chelsea, don't expect Chelsea to be strong in the near future even though they have a good squad with Chelsea. Because to become a strong team, the coach must have strong chemistry between players and so far I haven't seen that at Chelsea. The pre-season matches were still very disappointing, they lacked focus and were not sharp. Enzo Maresca must also be able to make his players stop making mistakes over and over again. If Chelsea wants to be a top team again, he must not make those silly mistakes again.

In my opinion, Chelsea also really needs an experienced center back like Silva to provide knowledge to the young players. Because, Chelsea's defense is currently far from good and can win the title. In addition, Chelsea players need intensive passing training and really intense shooting training. All of that can be overcome if Enzo Maresca is given enough time, not just one season, because Chelsea's culture is no longer good to continue, every bad coach is immediately fired. Hopefully Chelsea will not do this again to Enzo Maresca.

Next season may not be the end of him in Manchester United as a coach. Manchester City is far beyond their standard and I don’t think anything can be done about that no matter how they try. Eric Ten Hag has a lifeline as the head coach of the team which can be exhausted at anytime, so to make him continue been the best in the league, he has to put that effort to make his team prevail in the midst of many others. He was to have been sacked but his victory at the FA Cup gave him another chance to be where he is today. He wouldn’t joke with this opportunity given to him, so I don’t think next season will be the end of him as he’s seeking to push more for the club. He will try by all means to meet target and remain one of the best clubs in the premier league.

Manchester United pre season matches not really impressive after win 2 of 4 matches and got two loss by Arsenal and Liverpool, its over for pre season match and this week Manchester United as the FA Cup winner will face Manchester City as the Premier League winner on FA Community Shield before Premier League match start. Still had consistent performance in pre season matches and loss several top players after getting injury, I don't sure Erik ten Hag has opportunity for defeating Manchester City although on last meet Manchester United success defeating Manchester City at FA Cup final match.
Manchester United have forget with bad result on pre season match after defeating by Liverpool and must focus for FA Community Shield match against Manchester City three days later although several key players on injured. Opening with Community Shield trophy will make Manchester United get more confidence before playing at Premier league matches.

In pre-season matches, it is no longer strange that a club always plays second tier players and it is true that Manchester City and Manchester United always play second tier players and their young players. However, considering the pre-season matches between Manchester City and Manchester United, of course Manchester City only won 1 win, namely against Chelsea and Manchester United won 2 wins, but Manchester United has already played 5 pre-season matches.

I also predict the same as you, namely that the upcoming match between Manchester United and Manchester City in the Community Shield will be exciting and tense and what is certain is that in this match the Manchester United squad will compete optimally and definitely. the real power will come out and Pep will definitely field his first layer players so that they don't swallow the bitter pill again like in the FA Cup and what is certain is that if Manchester United manages to beat Manchester City it will make Manchester United fans proud. Of course Erik ten Hag will not waste the final match and of course Ten Hag will definitely prove that his contract extension by Manchester United will produce good results.

I personally also predict and have a hunch that Manchester City will succeed in beating Manchester United, but of course we'll see. And indeed, with so many Manchester United players injured, Manchester United's performance will certainly decline and Manchester City's preparations will definitely be better than Manchester United's. I personally can't wait to see that match.
