Almost all coaches have shortcomings and that is human nature but Pep Guardiola has the advantage of seeing the potential of players to be placed in the match. Pep Guardiola knows what the team needs so he doesn't try to do something that makes his team lose. Just look at how when he replaces a player and it is done if it is needed, not because the player made a small mistake in the match and he gives each player the trust to develop themselves to be better.

Erik Ten Hak may be different because he often tries to change strategies and places players who are not in their position. So what happens is that it doesn't give a better effect because the players don't know what to do and maybe this is the reason why Erik Ten Hak has difficulty developing the team to be stronger.

Manchester United failure started gradually when the Glazers took over even Sir Alex Ferguson was finding it hard then to cope but was able to cough out wins because of his experience. After him Manchester United have had some exciting coaches that I believe were capable of winning but they failed due to the board making decisions for them, a clear example is Mourinho and Solskjaer. But with the new minority owner taking over the club sporting aspects I believe there should be change soon

Am still finding it difficult to see the squad you are referring to. Is it the weak defense and midfielders you are talking about? Manchester United will score on that day and Southampton would score as well but i cant agree that Manchester United is going to win the game. Perhaps it will either end up to be a draw game or luckily Manchester United to win the game. The only reason i cant completely trust Manchester United is that i do not know the exact strategy Erik Ten Hag might adapt that day. Lol the dude is unpredictable and none of those strategies works out fine for him.

Haaland would be willing to play for Manchester City for long. The fact still remains that they are the Champions of England, if they continue with the same performance each season he would be paid equally with De Bryine. And i dont think Haaland is after the money right now because he is still a young palyer, if playing at Manchester City would give him the trophies he is looking for then he wouldstay there and get the fame and glory he wants.

It is true Manchester United fans will be speechless at the moment is not there fault, I blame the owners of the club Manchester United they would have dismissed Erik Ten Hag the very first day he said that Manchester United is not yet ready to play the on going English premier league after there pre season games. He couldn't even buy some quality players Victor Osimhen was there he couldn't go for him I believe victor Osimhen wouldn't have go to Galatasaray had it been Manchester United went for him  may be he wants to make Manchester United English football Ajex his formal team as a manager by bringing almost all Ajex players to Manchester United.

I blame Erik Ten Hag for what Manchester United is going through now he should be sack now or they will regret later.

We understand if Haaland wants to extend his contract in Manchester. We also understand if he wants Manchester City to increases salary because he has worked for it and he worths it. But what I do not understand is when you said Haaland is supposed to be the highest player in Manchester City. What do you mean by that? What then will be the place of KDB in the club.

Maybe you need to understand that scoring goal is not the only thing that matters in a team. There are other people who stops goal for entering the Manchester city's own goal post. There are also people that supply the ball to strikers to be able to score. I am tired of this football that lay much praises on only the strikers and abandon other players. Haaland indeed is a fantastic player but as long as Manchester City is concerned, he is not the most important.

Manchester United have the squad to defeat Southampton in their next match, the only problem is inconsistency. Ten Hag is the problem of the team couple with some players like Rashford and other players, because the new signings Manchester United made this season should be enough to help the team in terms of performance.

Manchester United will be playing against Crystal Palace and Tottenham, if they were able to win Southampton, the others will be difficult for them because the remaining teams are also in need of the three points; therefore, Ten Hag needs to be sacked if there is not proper amendment in the squad if he really wants to make the seasons.

The problem is not finding someone as Pep because if I’m not mistaken Pep also had flaws at some extend coaching the team but he worked on himself. Self improvement is so special and Pep is a perfect example of self improvement every season, now my question is Ten Hag ready to work and improve the team obviously I already know my answer. If Manchester United should employ a new coach I hope they find someone better than Ten Hag that will be able to restructure the team.

Certainly Erling Haaland will renew his contract with Manchester City and I believe this time around with a review on increase in his weekly wages, the young man has proven beyond every reasonable doubt that his Worth that amount he was bought from Borussia Dortmund. Same thing I was complaining about Chelsea not breaking the bank to buy Victor osimhen, because hence you get this incredible players they will really help to improve the performance of your team. As it stands now in the English premier League, there is no striker that can match up the level of Erling Haaland especially on his goal scoring ability. Pep Guardiola really has the Eagles eyes on selecting players.

Also, other teams do this, meaning that if they are not happy with their coach then they will fire them early into the season and will hire whoever is left. So, if you decide to get someone else at the middle of the season, you will be forced to get someone who has been just fired, and that's usually not a good way to continue your teams future.

The best case would be just making sure that you deal with whatever problem you have with the manager at either very early into the season or after the season ends, there is no middleground. I get that United may not be happy with the results they got so far, but I believe losing to Liverpool was expected, only one bad game so far, and they decided to work with him this season as well, so it shouldn't really be something they decide this quickly neither.

I think they should give him time until November, by November if he looks and then fire him and get someone else, it's still early in the season when you talk about November, so it shouldn't be an issue to find someone else. I have no idea who they would hire in that situation, it wouldn't be a simple decision but I think it would make sense on the long run and they should be quite happy with what they have.

Manchester City was not the best team in the English Premier League but since the current manager took charge of Manchester City, Manchester City's performance has improved a lot. Yes you guessed right I am talking about Manchester City's current manager Pep Guardiola. Manchester United need such a replacement. If Manchester United can hire a good manager like Manchester City in their club then the performance of Manchester United will change a lot and Manchester United will be closer to winning Premier League as well as Champions League.

If Manchester play with full effort and good performance then they will deserve full point otherwise the opposition team is there.  And it will be good for Manchester to win the match because they are a strong and well-performing team.  Therefore, they have to win this match at a loss.  This is not good for them as Manchester looked in a very good position in the earlier matches and now they are ruining their position.  They should play hard and fast in the next matches, then they will definitely win.  What is the fault of TEN HAIG in this, yes they win or they lose then there is no right to talk against Ten Haig because they are playing for their performance and win.

It is difficult for Manchester United to be able to talk much this season, we can judge from several results of the matches that have been passed that they will stumble again. Yes, Erik Ten Hag should be able to bring in players who are truly mature and according to the team's needs. I think Ten Hag has wasted quite a lot of money and it can be said to be quite wasteful. I do not understand the current situation at United, with such a large investment value, the Red Devils should have been able to compete closely at the top. The thing that is most glorified by them at this time is only because they were able to get the FA Cup trophy even though that was not the main target they wanted to hunt. I think Erik Ten Hag should be dismissed immediately if they lose again.

I think you might have missed things up but Halaand was bought by Manchester city from Dortmund for a fee around 50 million euros and I don’t think there was add ons or any clauses that much. So the 150 million euros is fake. The deal is actually a bargain by Manchester city and this new contract is just to increase his release clause or buyout clause more. The 175 million actually looks too small if you ask me considering that clubs could pay ridiculous amount this days. Imagine when PSG paid 220 million euros for Neymar and 180 million for Mbappe, this 175 million euros can be trigger and that’s why you see clubs like Madrid putting a billion euros clause on their star players just to fend up potential suitors.

In as much as this is good for the club it is bad for the player because whenever they want out it becomes hard for them due to their clauses and wages. Halaand new contract could take him level with De Bruyne who is the highest paid player in the premier and if this happens it will be hard for most European clubs to match this offer in the future and he could be tied down to Manchester City for long

To be honest,  you have highlighted one of the key factors to the downfall of Manchester united. I'll say their taste in players is absolutely bad for the teams current situation.  What they need now, is a team of brilliant players, not developing players. Though some good signings are no more longer performing the way they used to, at their initial  stage with the team. The performance of casemiro has reduced greatly, he is no more longer the player he used to be, during his previous matches, its obvious his performance has dropped. Just as you mentioned, Antony is one of the worst signing man United made. €95m what a scam . I don't believe the team is going to get any better soon, it'll  take a while before they realize this and make the right changes. I was pained when they finalized wan bissaka's deals, I mean they still need this dude.

In the case of Manchester United and their coach Ten hag, I don't think the coach is taking the blame for his inability to bring a change in the team otherwise i expect him to have taken some drastic decisions on some of the duck head players that is not willing to improve in their performance. The team has lost 2 games and won 1 this season but the next game now you won't see a better performance from them and the coach will still be cool with it.

No team in the English Premier League should be regarded as a small team this season not even when they play against a team that has lost her glory as a big team so I think Manchester United will find it difficult to defeat Southampton at home because they wouldn't want to lose in front of their fans but the performance of Manchester United will determine if they will make a difference in the game.
 

Halland is the most natural standing attacker we have in the premier league. His body build up, hight and his ability to bullying defenders makes it tough to defend  against him. In addition to that, the squared in the man city team makes his work too easy because the other players are already covering up all the lapses for him and the only thing he does on the pitch is to make good runs and score goals of which he is doing it very well. All the teams they will go against this season already know that he's going to be a serious problem for them to handle but yet he's still gearing up on his goal scoring routine. Was a beast throughout the 2022/2023 season and for this season, his has regular hatrick already on his shoulder when some attackers haven't scored up to two goals so far.
there is ready a fact on our face that's visible to all and if it's available to be placed a bet on, I'm very certain that's how the table will end up. Thier might be some alterations mid way into the season but regardless of what happens, it's going to be these three teams that will still occupy the top three position and they are; man city, Liverpool and arsenal. The order of arrangements might change towards the end of the season but I'm yet to see a more consistent team that has what it takes to push one of these teams off that position.

Every team will blame their coach if their winning rate so far in the season is less than the loss rate. It does not matter in this case now who the next opponent may be, it has to be won and how he plays in that match will determine how the players will further have trust in him in his ability to manage the team to the end of the season. Statistically, Southampton is not suppose to be a tough opponent for them, but if they don’t play well or employ the right strategy for the game, it will be a very hard game for them to win and this game being played in Southampton home will also give them a more added advantage over Manchester United. They have loss more matches than they’ve won since the beginning of the season, so I expect a big change in this match and the coach to be able to convince the management and fans that he’s still capable and will bring the team to triumph this season, better than last season’s result.

He may not be sacked based on what you said but he really need to improve in his managerial function to escape dismissal which seems like sack too, owner of club don't like excuses especially when the feel that they have don their own part and left for you as the manager to do yours, though they have just played 3 matches so far with 1 win and 2 loss which is not a good one for a team like Manchester United, this is the time for Erik Ten hag to restrategize for his team get back on their fit, as it stands the team owners can never be happy seeing their team in shamble, the fans are not even happy with the situation on ground, so i think a lot of work needs to be done, his choice changes are not nice sometimes this is really the part thats very bad.

At this point I expected Manchester United to withstand every kind of pressure to atleast get a draw from liverpool but they failed, with all the support he got from the owner nothing to show for it, as a matter of concern, he really have to up his games to get the result that's expected from him if not the club owner will have no option than to initiate the availabke option at his disposal.
