Chelsea's defeat today was so I anticipated on my path but surprisingly, Arsenal has always got a way to beat Chelsea and today, they were at there best. Chelsea very much had no chance and the worst of it all was that, Arsenal did it all with a handful of experienced players on the pitch. Lampard has got tons of work to do as to getting it right on the formation, first team and staying consistent. He needs not just a winning trick but how to keep the trick rolling. I felt this week was going to be a bloody one for big teams though, I never felt that for Chelsea and as such, this defeat really came as a surprise. A well won and deserved 3 points for Arsenal.
Well, Arsenal, despite all the recent terrible tournament results and 7 matches without a win, it is still difficult to call a hopeless team and surprises should always be expected from it, and Chelsea in its current state does not look like a team that, regardless of its condition, will constantly make a result. Lampard is still on the path of mastering all the subtleties of coaching and therefore such results are inevitable.

Its still a good result and considering that Tottenham lose to Leicester, I'd say this is a fair enough results. It could have been better but as long as Manchester United keeps on getting points, then it is all that matters. I'd expect it to be fairly close match and turns out Leicester was slightly better on the field so this is a good result

Arsenal where so down, in the league, Rode by many teams in the premiere league, the went kamakazi on Chelsea tonight, they had to deliver home some points and look they got the three points emphatically, now lampard's Chelsea are inconsistent, I knew Chelsea may not win Arsenal but a draw, rather they got bitten well. Arsenal need to depend less on Aubameyang, the dependency on him is too much, young lads should be given the chance to prove their selves as they have done today, the combination of the trio youngsters upfront made a huge impact in todays win, hopefully Saka is an exceptional player if Arsenal did not qualify for any European tournament I think he will leave, he's too good to be an Arsenal player, what a goal from him today These young boys need to play more.

I actually wanted United to win. At the start of the match, MU was seen waiting then counterattacked because the three midfielders could not move freely. Luckily, even though MU was under tight pressure in the middle of the second half they were able to score a goal first. I watched it, too. I don't know how much was Villa being good and how much Palace being bad, but the gulf between the two teams was significant. Of course Palace had to chase the game after going behind, and Villa could afford to sit back and catch them on the break, but still, a side playing with 10 men for half the game shouldn't then go on to score another two goals without reply. 3-0 is flattering to Palace, it could easily have been 6 or 7, even with the 10 men. Traore first half and Watkins second half both hit the post and Watkins and Grealish should both have scored on other occasions. Palace barely threatened the Villa keeper.

I really wonder how the hell Chelsea are losing 3-1 to Arsenal here. Arsenal have had a terrible form so far. They lost too many points. On the other hand, Chelsea have been playing really good so far and I expected that Chelsea would be the dominant team here. Maybe they couldn't have win it but they could have got at least one point. But when I look at the score, I can't make sense of it.

Arsenal tried to bounce back from five games that could not win and now have a 2 goal lead in the first half, this is amazing to be able to beat Chelsea on occasion, as if it has started to show where performances will be quite interesting again.

Good thing you still have the win in the second game after losing the first game. Despite playing with 10 players in the second half, Aston Villa was still able to score 2 additional goals to make the win special as a year-end gift. Crystal Palace haven't won in the last few matches, so this was taken advantage of by Aston Villa from the start of the match so that they were able to score their first goal in the 5th minute. By the way, will Arsenal win the game against Chelsea this time around ? They have scored 2 goals in the first half which has now ended and will continue for the second half. If Arsenal win the match it will be their first win in 7 games in the EPL. In my opinion, Arsenal have suffered a lot so far with many unsatisfactory results, I do not expect Chelsea to add to Arsenal's suffering in this match. The worst case scenario for an outcome in my opinion is a draw.
