Leicester - Manchester Utd

Leicester play very badly against Manchester United. The last 5 matches - 4 lost. But Leicester has played well in recent matches. I think it will be an interesting game with a lot of goals.

Leicester vs Manchester United would be one matches to watch for the week, Leicester have been getting better in recent weeks but so have Man Utd, I will give my the edge to win this. However, my better will like be btts or under 2.5, whichever odds I find more valuable before the game.

manchester united is stranger than leicester and more unpredictable, which is why i think this game could end in a draw. I think that both teams to score may be a better bet

Arsenal - chelsea

is there any chance of chelsea losing in this game?  Grin

this will be a game where the arsenal needs to do whatever it takes to win, but chelsea has a way of playing that will not let the arsenal manage to win this game

Agree, hard to predict. The odds favor Manchester United, but both team have had a good run over the last weeks so it is pretty very balanced in my opinion. I try to go for double chance Leichester @1.72. I also see a good chance in betting for a win of Southhampton @2.33 against Fulham.

I too believe it's going to be a competitive match. A draw is highly probable. Manchester United is bouncing back to it's place after gathering together after a bad start while Leicester city is falling from the grace. The game would be played on the home ground of Leicester and they'll have a home advantage while ManU is undefeated for some games now.

The argument with the home group is weak in times of Corona. It has already been discussed in detail in a different thread, but I am convinced that a homeground game without spectators brings hardly any advantages for the home team. Nevertheless I favor Leichester in this match.

The Leicester vs Manchester United match will be very interesting to watch, especially when Leicester want to maintain their current position
in the table. So Leicester will definitely try to beat Manchester United, even though Manchester United have been unbeaten head to head
since 2017. But I don't agree that the match will create many goals, because both of them have a pretty good defense. So according to my
prediction Manchester United will win the match against Leicester with a score of 1-2.

Thanks for suggesting this sofascore site! I was really looking for something like that where you can have the most important stats & facts in the very same page. I will make use of it with my next bets.
If you are a regular gambler then flashscores.co.uk also serve the purpose. They do not have combined stats but team wise you can get an idea of the teams which eventually helps to pick your legs.  There are other sites like SoccerPunter.com, livescore.com, goal.com and many others.
Great, thanks a lot. I know stats this year have a relative importance since covid-19 pandemic smashed everything but still knowing the most important facts and figures of a league usually helps out. I have now bookmarked everything

Before placing any bet make sure you've checked the team news, injuries updates of both teams because there are a lot of teams who rely on star player individual performance to win a game such teams are Barcelona (Messi), Manutd (Rashford), Arsenal (Auba), Westham (Antonio), Leicester (Vardy) Aston Villa( Jack. G) and many others too unlike teams like Mancity, Chelsea, Real. Madrid, Liverpool, Bayern, Dortmund, etc who don't depend on a particular player to win games even their defenders can score.
Yes of course thats an important factor to be considered plus the recent matches and the clubs performance and moral is important too because some clubs make an amazing run but then they start struggling in their last matchs which means there are problems in the club and a lot of gamblers neglect that fact and lose their bets.

Tomorrow opening boxing day game will be no other then Man United visiting Leicester city .

I'm interested to see how this turns on and im wondering how Leicester will approach this game either they will stay at the back and defend just like they did to Tottenham then this match could pose problems for Manchester United. For me Man United are very impressive when they are on the road they can easily manipulate the spaces left by their opponents but Leicester won't leave them such space and I think this could be a tough game to call a winner.
If you want to play it Safely better go with BTTS
but I'm going to have to bet on a Manchester United win based on the fact Leicester like United have been inconsistent at home.

Surprised to see from Liverpool only two players are in top 20 and only one is in top 10. Salah with 13 goals obviously makes a good difference but how about Van Dijk, Alisson?

Is this top player of the week or month or a long year? Post the link, maybe we can find some other clue.

and I got surprised to see Anthony "No Clue" Martial was featured on the team of the week.

2 big matches on Boxing day:
Leicester vs Man United --> would love to see United takes the second spot before the end of this world year.
Arsenal vs Chelsea --> memeable to complete the Christmas vibes.

how the coronavirus v2 would affect this league. Do you guys know about this corona v2?

I do agree with you. Making bet selections just based on head to head statistics alone doesn't cut in the gambling world. As a matter of fact, I do consider them as a tool with a means to an end - that is to help us win. With those statistics, we can make informed decisions and escape some pitfalls when making our selections. I can't count the number of times that Arsenal has been the favorites to win games especially when playing at home. Even the bookies favorite are Arsenal in most of those games. but it always end up going sideways.

To be clear, there's no point following head to head stats blindly. It's just a tool to make informed decisions and helps us make better choices when picking markets.

I had a bad experience relying on head to head statistics for placing bets, because sometimes the results are far from what was expected.
For me, there must be other considerations for placing bets, maybe checking the latest news regarding the team that will play. Sometimes
internal problems that occur at Arsenal can be one of the causes of successive defeats experienced by Arsenal.

head to head results can be the last few years of course.

Recent form however is much more important.

What are they doing now? not 2 years ago they won 2-1

I think the recent form is the most important thing to look at when betting.Of course you can review the head to head statistics of the last couple of years as that is important also.Personally I check whatever I can before placing a bet, however in the end the referee and luck are determining factors on the outcome of a game.

No statistics can be relied on this season. I bet on a few matches based on head to head stats and team performances. But the teams have disappointed me.

You seems to get the wrong idea about all those statistics, head to head results as well as recent performances. These dont help you to win but it does increase your chances to win. Notice the bolded word there? it does increase your chance slightly.

Some people tend to bet only on favourites without checking on all these statistics. Lets take Arsenal as an example, Arsenal lose several times despite being the favourites for the match. If people check on these statistics, probably most would avoid betting on Arsenal

Especially I want to talk about Barcelona. This team has disappointed me many times this season.

Tottenham was really lucky with the draw throughout the whole cup. They drew Leyton Orient in 3rd round and won without playing, because Leyton Orient had a COVID crisis in their team and were unable to field a team.
In 4th round they had Chelsea at home, the only difficult fixture but both teams played with a lot of backup players and Tottenham was luckier in the penalty shootout. After that, Stoke and Brentford for the final.

I kinda tip them to win it now, especially if they play City. For Tottenham it will be the world cup final and for City only a nuisance while they chase bigger trophies.
Meh I preferred to see both Manchester's team in the final so we can watch a better game.. Now one of the Man's teams will be kicked and the other has to face Mourinho's anger. 2 weeks 2 go!

A Manchester derby in the final would have been fantastic; but perhaps the draw felt other wise; It remains to be seen what Guardiola does about Ole and his boys again; does he play it safe again at Old Trafford? Lol. Ole beating Mourinho spurs in the final would be a nice way to end March 2021; i can't well enough for it.
