Tottenham played such a terrible game in the first half. Brighton got 10 shots and scored one. We saw a very different second half but none of the teams managed to score one more goal. The absence of Kane affected the team deeply. By the way, I feel sorry for your bet which was lost.

This clash will be a though one as Tottenham had lost two matches on a consecutive rows against Liverpool and Brighton dropping down point which led them 6th position with 33 points, I think José Mourinho will take back his winning cycle starting with Chelsea, though may not be easy for The Lilywhites to outsmart three points from Chelsea.

Brighton & Hove Albion also missed second goal chances but I can't blame them, they did their job by scoring a goal. Meanwhile Tottenham failed to score first time since 20 December. They deserved this loss.

I saw Azpilicueta's goal, that was a classy finish. Marcos Alonso's goal was even better. Chelsea finally got the first win with Tuchel, many more to come I believe.

Chelsea were so dominant, they really enjoyed possession ball, Burnley seemed to be locked up in a cage. No wonder if Chelsea win, Tuchel will make a double role for Azpilicueta. He has to defend with defenders and also help attack, that goes well. I also saw some of the players who accompanied their debut against Wolves were not starters. Iit shows that he will not rely on some of the same players for other matches. Another that, there will be still a lot of match for Tuchel, I hope he will bring Chelsea as a strong club in the competition for the EPL championship, so the winner EPL is more difficult to predict.

Honestly if someone told me that Leeds was a championship team just last year, and failed to go up for 16-17 years before that, I wouldn't have believed by just watching the games this year. Bielsa is really a magician when it comes to strategy and tactics, dude knows exactly what he needs to do and he doesn't have really that well "tactic scheme" like all other coaches have, mourinho has his defense, pep has his tiki taka and many other coaches have their styles and sure bielsa has that famous attacking style as well but mainly he changes the team according to whatever opponent they have, Leicester is a marvelous team and Leeds just humiliated them, all thanks to Bielsa knowing what they would be going against and preparing the team accordingly. He is really a magician and I really think that there is no coach that is better and getting ready part of football.

The defeat of Leicester City is a hot topic of conversation. The first defeat since January 2021 was for Leicester City in the Premier League and that sucks because I think they are the favorites. Today Leicester City have made the standings even more attractive, led by Manchester City at the top of the table. There are always surprises in the Premier League, and some of them are difficult to accept.

Brighton and Hove Albion first half led by one goal over Tottenham. The second half has already started and the hope is that Tottenham will do better than the first. Don't expect this to end in a shock over the defeat of the big teams in the Premier League.

Yeah, it’s really tight at the top. I think Liverpool plays Manchester C next weekend so if they could find a win there it would be very few points separating possibly the top 4.

Back to back to big wins against top ranked teams give some good confidence to Liverpool and now on 7th February they are going to face Manchester City at home if they won this tie then surly its going to be very interesting because right now gap is 4 points and after this its could be 1 but Manchester City is going with one game in hand which is good advantage to them but we will have very good race for title as big guns going to fight hard.

West Ham 1 - 3 Liverpool

Another big and vital win for us. It's now 6 points and 6 goals in three days for us in our London fixtures this week. First against Tottenham on Thursday and today against a strong West Ham side (five B2B wins before today). What's even interesting is that both teams are among the league's top 8 at the moment. Can't talk about how good our second and 3rd goals were. The second one especially, was phenomenal. It took about 15 seconds from a West ham corner to the corner of West ham net. Trent, Shaqiri and Salah with that beauty.

Hopefully, we can keep the momentum when we go up against Manchester City.

What can I say, its PL so not so surprised anyway. Every team in PL has calibre and potential to defeat big teams. At one point they are struggling and they come out to surprise big teams to end their bad run. That's what makes it entertaining to watch isn't it.

BTW second goal in West Ham vs Liverpool and what a lovely one touch long pass from Shaquiri to Salah to assist him in his second goal of the game as well as for Liverpool.

Burnley is actually far from the relegation zone. Burnley currently stands on 17th with 22 points and the bottom three has 14 , 12 and 8 points respectively. Burnley probably might lose their next game against Manchester City but as of now the bottom three on the leaderboad shown no sign at all that they will win their next game either

Origi is this kind of stylish footballer so consumed with the footwork and body movement and it's not the best of styles for an average player such as himself in the Premier league. You've got to be very skilled and top rated to do that in the EPL. The EPL is a league were strength and experience wins the day. I'm sure Origi understands it but, it's not his style and as such, adjusting is difficult.
It's really surprising how West Ham is managing to hold them off so far and Liverpool has got just one short on target. I hope they manage to keep it up though, it's been an interesting weekend.
With Leeds thrashing mighty Leicester city 3 goals to nothing.
Brighton vs Tottenham would be another interesting game to watch.

For Leicester, that was hard to swallow although Leeds is a hard opponent. Again City should enjoy this.

This is unexpected and actually surprises a lot of people. Leicester's quality is better and they're a good team, but in fact today they were pretty bad. It's a bit funny that lately the big team have been struggling to win easy matches and some of them have lost.

Burnley may be near the relegation field but they defeated Liverpool away nearly two weeks ago. So, they always have the potential to become a threat for big teams. But here, Chelsea played so awesome that they just erased them from the field. I hope that Tuchel will do very nice from now on.

Leeds actually shocked me today. They are great attacking side but also are weak when it comes to defending. I really thought that despite without Vardy they will find easy going against Leeds but Leeds had other plans. Great job from Leeds and well deserved 3 points.

Tuchel's work is starting to be more and more visible. Yes, it is true: Chelsea have not conceded a single shot on target during this match. Maybe Frankie Lampard's time was really over at Chelsea.

Its too early to say that Tuchel tactics are starting to work already. Remember that Burnley isn't a real test for Blues. They need to maintain their run throughout the rest of the season. They have already lost so many points and if they were to make it into top 4 again they need to maintain this run again better teams as well.
