Boxing day is being super interesting, I lost my bet because of Leicester City Man Utd (I bet on MUTD winning but it was a draw) but I am enjoying the games on tv. I hope Arsenal will bring me some small money back (currently winning against Chelsea now).
Southampton 0 - 0 Fullham
I made a bet for this game and I was happy when I saw that the goal had entered, I left the car and when I returned I saw that the game was already finished and with a draw. I lost money
Aston Villa 3 - 0 Crystal Palace
I watched this game and I confess that it was a very good game, Aston villa plays very well and it was visible that their game quality deserved to win by 3 goals. crystal palace failed to score at least 1 goal against Aston villa who was playing with 10 players. I made a profit in this game

Today I bet on Aston Villa and Southampton. I'm worried about the match between Southampton and Fulham. Fulham playing well. They have drawn their last 3 matches with tough opponents. I think they will also want to draw today's match.
I have also quite a chunk of bet on Southampton not much but still bothers me a bit. Saints are without Ings, Romeu and Vestergaard and right now Fulham are really playing well as you said. Not much chances created so far in first half but hope that Saints put a better display in next half.
I was celebrating when Southampton scored goals but guess I celebrated it too early only to see it being ruled offside by VAR after unlocking my phone. Two goals ruled out by offside. Wished if only they had made the run a bit late...then Saints would have easily picked up 3 points instead of 1. Aston Villa did a great job beating Crystal Palace despite being down to 10 men.

My bet was on Crystal Palace, unfortunately! Aston Villa were just absolutely brilliant all round, and they could have by 4 or 5 goals despite going one man down, You could hardly notice the red card because they're the team still doing the pressing and attacking.
Chelsea vs Arsenal is underway next and It's probably going to be another tough night for Arsenal, but I'm opened to surprises, though.

Watching Aston Villa this season and comparing them with the Villa of last season is somewhat surprising, they should count themselves lucky not to have sacked Dean Smith as he's worked on this team and turned them from relegation strugglers to a top 7-8 team, they aren't just winning, but convincingly and with style, if this form continues, then I think Villa could play in the Europa league next season.Great advertisement for the EPL, two teams attacking, desperately trying to win the game. No bus parking, no defensive style, just attack. I really enjoyed that.
I second that. There wasn't too much of a 'sit back-counter attack play' from any of the teams, they both went at it hammer and tongs, the result is good for the both of them, but also for the other chasing pack, lol.

Yea, a moderated thread would've been better but it's fine like this aswell as most of us who post here , really watch EPL and we know players , teams , history and a lot of stories that we don't see on TV or newspaper.
Today, Palace played with +1 on the pitch and they can't even score once. You know why ? Because they're playing hazard football ...when anyone is chasing the ball without having proper ideas how to the handle after he gets the ball....awful football to watch from a football fan.

I would say why United one could matter more than other ones is simple, United had one of the best players on the team lost while not being a pure team oriented football and not one of the best teams in the world.
I understand that Liverpool could be at the top right now but that is because not only they are the best team in England but they are also one of the best in the world as well, while if you check Chelsea they have lost twice in the last 3 games, and if you check City they are one of the most expensive teams yet they are 8th and so forth. To say that United was hit by covid is true, because all the other teams are ranked bad as well while United has been pretty decent recently after they got rid of covid in the team.

Leicester vs. Man United was a good opener for Matchday 15. I thought Man United will break away after getting an early lead but Leicester have other plans. I don't know how many of you made a bet on either team but the BTTS bettors surely enjoyed the result. I didn't think it would be over 2.5.
Two point blank miss by Rasford should have turn around the game however a brilliant save by Schmeichel could have lead to a goal, Man Utd lost concentration in the last quarter of the final minutes which resulted to the equalizer, Man Utd should have marked and close Vardy man to man allowing him some free space will definitely resulted to a goal, the duo of Bailly and Maguire allowed him to score that goal above all it is an interesting match.

For today's match, i don't know if i'll say Leicester city was clever or Manchester united was just unserious but, i don't know how they could convert an 80 minutes Bruno Fernandez winning goal to an 85 minutes Jamie Vardy draw. Jamie Vardy is one of the most consistent strikers in the EPL and has really been helping Leicester city in getting ahead of the games. He might be an average striker and a little bit old but, his being doing great and i guess his good performance is just linked to his attitude towards the games. He did great today, dragging the match to a Leicester city 2-2 Manchester united. Vardy scored again and Leicester vs Manchester is now 2:2 with few more minutes to play

It was a dramatic finish for ManU but you could see how tired players were before second goal. Vardy was the only blue player in the box but 3 ManU defenders caught on slept.
I especially liked Harvey Barnes' goal, he did a great long shot with his left. We may see a transfer move for him at the end of the season. I heard ManU and Dortmund are interested in signing him.

Leicester vs Man United was a very good performance, but sloppy one from Manchester united, who failed to take their chances and also defended poorly. The tie ended 2-2 and Ole am sure would be fuming with his players for their poor positioning and defending. Will man united remain 3rd after the GW ends? Time will tell.

The odds payout for Southampton to win the match in full time against Fulham is @2.45, but I find it kind of strange for the bookmakers to offer such attractive odds payout on Southampton as they have been playing relatively well this season and Fulham are just a team which are just struggling in the relegation zone. I guess I will avoid betting on this match as the odds payout for Southampton to win the match in full time seems too good to be true, and maybe this match might ends up with a draw today.
I just checked sportsbet and it is mentioned: Fullham x2.9, Draw x3.25, Southampton x2.6. Hmm weird Southampton is indeed better and expect it to win but a draw is also possible. Draw or win for both teams is close enough too (x1.4 - 1.5).BTW Leicester and ManU game just finished 2-2.
As predicted by many, the game between Leicester city and Manchester City ended up being a draw. The home side of Leicester City was all the way competitive to the visiting team but was never on lead. It was an equal game for most of the time and the goals equal up being equal. The draw increased the undefeated streak for ManU.
