Yeah it depends on which way we look at it, while I think both have an impact. Management wants to see team performance improve quickly while they forget everything needs a process, we will see what their steps are in the next season. Arsenal may have had a better history in the last few seasons but we know it also needs a process, I remember Arsenal was at the bottom of the standings when the new season started but slowly they started to find their best game until Arsenal is always in the top 4.

In my opinion, one season is not enough to build a squad like Chelsea at least the coach is given 2-3 seasons to make 11 players find the right strategy in the game. Of all the teams in the Premier League, only Manchester City has succeeded in building a team quickly at least in the last 5 years and not all coaches have this kind of ability.

Throughout Chelsea's development, I didn't try to get involved in discussing it. I just want to see first, the newcomers and the pre-season matches they played. however, it seems like lately Chelsea has been paying attention in the community. Let's look back first, previously Todd Boehly had prepared various options as Chelsea coach. however, several coaches refused to manage Chelsea in the previous season. in the end, Pochettino was appointed and he agreed to handle Chelsea. but unfortunately, he had quite a hard time building his team to reach a level quickly. moreover, most of the players Chelsea brought in were not of his will. it could be said, Pochettino only works with the players available. at the same time, the players they have had difficulty performing well even though at the end of the competition Chelsea were able to win several of their matches. and, Pochettino was only able to bring Chelsea to sixth place in the Premier League. not so bad, unfortunately Poche is not interested in continuing his coaching at Stamford Bridge.

Burrently, Boehly has appointed Enzo Maresca to coach Chelsea.
talking about whether Chelsea will be able to compete closely with its rivals, we'll just have to wait and see when the competition starts. however, in my personal opinion, it is not an easy matter for Enzo Maresca to bring Chelsea towards significant change. especially, if they are aiming for a trophy. I think the struggle will be very tough because several other teams are quite ready with their squads to compete next season. but, let's see how far Enzo Maresca can contribute to Chelsea.

Sacking a coach is not a big deal if that is what is going to bring betterment to the team, but Chelsea's is too much to be sincere. They always sack their managers once they see a little mistake that is difficult to correct. They don’t give him enough time to see if he will be able to get things right.

However, when a new coach comes to a team, before he gets the squad back to full performance as everybody wants, it takes time since he will come with his new method of play. Apart from that, Chelsea management does not usually give enough time; they want things to be done in a very short period of time, and that is the problem.

I don’t blame any of their coaches they signed or any player for their poor performance, in fact, I am putting the blame on the management and the owners for lacking patience with managers just because of the money they blindly spent on signing players and because they want quick results.

 Take Arsenal for example; they spent some money for players, but they gave the manager some time to build his team, now Arteta is doing well since he was able to build his team and can now perform very well in all competitions. Despite Arteta not winning trophies, Arsenal management were patient, but I am sure they will win title next season.

No team can achieve a long term success without having to wait to build a very strong and stable team for it. This could take years as it differs the team and the money they’ve spent on having such a very strong team. Chelsea wants quick change add improvement in the club which they just have to wait for a little more time after their failed seasons back to back from the time Tuchel left. Building a strong team as the old Chelsea requires a lot of patience and hard work and if they don’t want to wait for that time, they’ll keep changing coach till they don’t have anything else to show, no options to rely on than keeping a coach for a longer period which will bring them back to square one. Chelsea can still be great again, but they should stop sacking coach and allow them to build a strong and formidable team to rely on for years to come.

You must not be surprised by Todd Boehly's impatience, and he differs from Abramovich. Abramovich did not regard a football club as a company, but he bought Chelsea because it was his hobby, as opposed to Todd Boehly, who saw Chelsea as a place to make money and obtain his ROI as soon as possible.
Again, Abramovich frequently replaced Chelsea's coach, but he was always able to find a solution by signing a higher-quality coach than the previous ones, as opposed to Todd Boehly, who is always experimenting with his team.

Todd is also quite stringent about player transfers, and he disallows the manager to buy or sell players without his agreement.

Chelsea managers have put in enough long runs and we know it's very difficult for top challenges. Todd Boehly have made the required instructions to forward strategic measures and everything will pan out smoothly. Former headcoach, Mauricio Pochettino had nothing to offer because he's consider average coach, he has faced alot and have been dismissed. However, Todd Boehly never relents and have make the requirable moves to appoint Enzo Maresca. Chelsea is forming to be an elite team, we know the structural composition of the club but everything have turned out to be in favor of the new coach.

Chelsea's poor performance is mainly due to some bad management decisions. It takes a long time for a new coach to stabilize a team. Stabilizing such a troubled team is no easy task for any coach. But the Chelsea management wants a quick improvement. This is not possible at all.

The start of the previous season was not good for Chelsea under Pochettino. Despite performing well in several matches, Chelsea's overall performance was very erratic. But at the end of the season we saw Pochettino was able to stabilize the Chelsea team. The team was able to perform well consistently. Chelsea finished the season in sixth place in the table. And the interesting thing is that Chelsea won the last 5 matches of the season. So Chelsea management should have started this season with Pochettino. But Chelsea management is once again looking for a new coach. So I think Chelsea's performance will be unstable at the beginning of next season.

Even though the new Chelsea owner has a different approach in building the squad and managing it, this is actually a normal thing. Many people on the board have changed since Todd Boehly was at the helm, as has the player and coaching structure. This is a new era of Chelsea that cannot be expected to be like before, but every fan can hope that Chelsea can be as successful as before if they are patient.

Building a competitive squad is a costly, long process and requires sacrifice, meaning success cannot be expected to come anytime soon even though Chelsea have a sizable budget ready to invest. You really need to pay attention to the strategic approach in recruiting players and coaches, but yes, many people are starting to dislike Chelsea now.

The current owner of chelsea has almost the same wealth as Abramovich, but the way of working and thinking between the two is of course very different in bringing Chelsea success as a premier league football team, so far Abramovich has a love for Chelsea more than his business and we can see how Abramovich is able to build Chelsea with a young squad but still retain experienced players in their squad so that when the process goes but Chelsea is still able to compete because it is supported by the experience of senior players in their squad, in contrast to todd Boehly who actually threw away almost all of Chelsea current senior players and hoped for an instant process from young players.

Chelsea are currently starting to lean towards building a totality team with a young squad, but I don't think that guarantees that they can succeed if there is no support from experienced players, Pochettino has certainly built a strong foundation at Chelsea today but indeed it is still not satisfactory enough for Todd Boehly, I think if Chelsea wants to compete with Arsenal and Manchester City again,  Of course they must be able to create better squad depth but still all of that requires a long process like what Arsenal has done so far.

Every team tries their best every season to do well. A team has not won the championship in a season and the team has not been in a good position in the points table, but the position they have been in is the highest achievement for them. In the last two seasons we have seen Arsenal compete hard with Manchester City but despite competing with Manchester City they have fallen far behind in the last few matches.

As Arsenal competed with Manchester City last season, they competed harder in the last season but the difference is that Arsenal lost points in some matches in the middle of the season whereas Manchester City did not lose points and we saw that point gap till the last match of the season. As they have improved enough in the last two seasons, I expect them to continue as favorites to win the Premier League next season.

Therefore, although Chelsea has a lot of money and can afford to buy talented young players but anyway, the reality is that Chelsea cannot appreciate a process. Therefore, the result is always changing the coach despite the fact that Pochettino is also slowly and giving good results. But even though Pochettino still managed to end the season in a position that was at least still good, but it still made Chelsea sack Pochettino. Thus, it will certainly remain difficult for Chelsea to become a title candidate team next season because they have a new manager, while Manchester City and Arsenal only need to maintain their good trends. But about Chelsea with their new manager, then of course they will adapt first to be able to improve the quality of the team.

Arsenal really deserve to be considered to be champions next season, as long as they can be consistent with the performance they have shown in the last few seasons, because if not then they will fail again. However, Arteta has sufficient capital now in his squad, because he has players who have been together for a long time, so he will be able to rely on them to provide a good team collective game using the chemistry they have built in the last few seasons.
He also has the opportunity to bring in new players to add to their ammunition next season. and so far I think the recruitment carried out by Arteta has also been quite successful, or in the sense that he has brought in players who can ultimately contribute to the game. He will also definitely be careful in deciding which players he will bring in, because that will determine whether the new players will make a big contribution or not.
Manchester City, which holds the status of defending champion, must be very careful.

To win the Premier League is not easy, this is a competitive competition so the competition is very fierce with the best teams who have almost equal quality.
Mikel Arteta has been building Arsenal in the last few seasons and has seen quite positive progress in each season so I don't deny that if someone says that they are candidates for champions next season, and the betting market also places them with Man City, that's normal.

It's true that I'm confused by everyone who treats Arsenal and Mikel Arteta, they've just been unlucky in the last two seasons and not even if they say they failed, next season could be a surprise for everyone. Of the many clubs, only Arsenal is able to overshadow them. Man City, although Arsenal, does not have star players and only relies on young players.

The matter of bringing in players is actually an easy matter for Arsenal, but what you have to be aware of is that your stamina and mentality must be maintained until the end of the season, because that's all Arsenal needs next season.

Maybe the difference in profession between Abramovich and Todd Boehly is what makes Chelsea's handling different. Where Abramovich was famous as a politician before becoming the owner of Chelsea and it was proven that he had a more effective strategy on how to make a team like Chelsea successful and become as big as it is now. Meanwhile, Todd Boehly is a businessman and I think what he does is only focused on how this team works according to the market and doesn't know how to process the players who come in.

So what we see now has turned away from the Abramovich era and Chelsea now seems to have no direction in determining their success and in my opinion they are just following along with other big teams in bringing in new players without having their own research on how to run their squad in this competition.

No one knows what will happen to Arsenal next season, it could be that they will be better or worse and we also haven't seen the transfer movements of these teams, but we can make a little prediction because in the last 2 seasons Arteta has succeeded in building the Arsenal team. is much more developed so this is also possible for next season.
Regarding winning the Premier League title, it is not easy and we can see that there has always been quite fierce competition, and I think it is not only Manchester City and Arsenal that are worth considering but there are also several other teams that are worth considering and in terms of percentages everything is not much different.

I wouldn't doubt if Arsenal will be able to win the premier League next season because in as much as most people feel that they did not play well but truly they actually tried their best but still let's not conclude that Arsenal will be the right candidate for the premier League next season because in as much they have a good performance their are also club that has more to offer such as Manchester City, so for now I think Manchester City will be their serious rival considering the fact that their players are now intact, Kelvin de Bruyne and the rest are very ready for the next season, so their is no way we are going to be sure on the right candidate now because considering the speed Tottenham Hotspur had on this season when they were unbeaten you would almost believe that the premier League belongs to them but look how everything change, so perhaps previous performances has proven that sometimes the club we feel that will performance well could become a struggling team when the time will come.

If you know the potential manager behind Manchester city team, you will know that is not easy for other teams to defeat Manchester city in the premier league competition to win the title, which many teams have tried since this manager took the position of manager in the Manchester city, but they failed to win the title. Many people thought that Arsenal will going to win the premier league title this season, based on the gap they where giving Liverpool and Manchester city in the table, but Manchester city proven people wrong by over taken Arsenal and Liverpool to win the title again in this season. Even Manchester united fans know that Manchester united won that FA cup by luck, because they never expect that Manchester city manager will allow such mistake to happen in the match, which is what made Manchester united to defeated Manchester city to embraced the title from them.

That's the strongest reason why Todd Boehly is currently a hot topic of conversation and some parties are actually blaming the Chelsea owner because it actually doesn't make sense when Pochettino managed to provide an improvement in Chelsea final results which finished in sixth position, whereas previously they only finished in 12th position.
Just imagine when a coach who succeeded in bringing his team to get maximum results but was fired for unreasonable reasons, wouldn't that be a big mistake?
Returning to the principle of Todd Boehly who is very ambitious to get big results in a short time and for the Chelsea owner, copying the results that Arsenal got would only be a waste of time so he will not do the same thing and continue to look for a new coach before Chelsea gets the results impressive next season.
