I'm not too comfortable with Man City 1 goal lead, I think they need to score at least one more because Crystal palace can be so full of surprises, they won the first fixture 3 - 2 after Man City took the lead in december, and a repetition of such outcome will be terrible for Man City.

Both team needs win to secure their own positions. Looking at the recent performance both are doing very well in EPL however head to head is not impressive. The clash in-between them has more draw than any team to win. So, I am having this thought that may be they will settle for a draw but it will hurt Liverpool if they lose a point.

The lastest update Man city was lead 1 - 0 from Crystal Palace and i think every Liverpool fans will hoping Man City lost although possibly Man City will win again and for upcoming match Liverpool vs Chelsea i would like to pick Liverpool won although Chelsea pretty strong but i'm sure Liverpool will win this time

Damn City, I want them to lose at least a point.

WoW City with best set up imho

I agree with Trofo. The starting line up will determine the result. We all know Crystal Palace will play their best, and their performance is consistent but they are not good enough to beat a full strength squad of the reigning champions. I am hoping they play their best players, and again field the second string for Champions League (I am Spurs fan). Not that their second squad is bad of course but we could play them quite well.

If they save their best for Champions League, then MAYBE they only get a draw from this game. But whatever happens, Liverpool still have to beat Chelsea for a chance.

Well, I have totally different opinion. Man City needs points in every game if they want to be Champions. Therefore, I hope for strong first 11 from Pep. They have important game vs. Spurs in CL next week but they have to win this one as well. For added security I will wait for line ups before i place the bet but I will almost certainly play City win with handicap of 1.5 @1.9.

Palace won their first game on Etihad 3:2 in the first half of season, with a bit of luck and few extremely well taken long distance shots. Be sure that City and Pep remember their only (I think) lost game on home turf this season. They will want a revenge. Add to that a fact that Palace is without Tomkins for the rest of the season and without Sakho for this match (both first choice center defenders) I am expecting a result like 4:1 for City. For those who like their bets complex I believe De Bruyne will have a great match today, also Aguero if he plays. As I said I am waiting for line ups. You never know with Pep.

I agree with Crystal Palace suprise. Crystal Palace has several fast players who always make it difficult for the opposing team. their strategy is always to attack any team, ManC must be careful if not want lose points.
for Liverpool it looks like they will be given a tough test against Chelsea. at the end of the season I'm sure each team will look for full point targets. although Liverpool haven't been beaten if they play at home. but against chealse they must be extra careful if they don't want to have trouble competing points with ManC.

For liverpool vs Chelsea, it's hard match for sure for both teams but this match play at liverpool home, they must get a win on this match. For crystal palace vs manchester city, man city favoured to win but we also need to remember crystal palace sometimes can make a surprise.

Liverpool will get difficulties against Chelsea, seeing Chelsea begin to return to good performance, choosing and betting Liverpool to win is something that is quite high risk although they play at anifield. I will parlay for this match, maybe over 1.5 goals would be safe

I think it's going to be an easy for Man City, and Liverpool could drop some points. Chelsea played against Slavia Prague in the UEL and rested some of their key players probably for this game, while couldn't afford to rest their own top players who have been playing on a week in week out basis, So,fatigue could have it's own impact on their performance tomorrow.

Last time Manchester city lost was 8-9 games ago to Newcastle, maybe we should not be too hard on Leicester city because considering they are not on man city levels and even city won 8+ games after their Newcastle upset maybe its normal that Newcastle managed to beat Leicester as well.

Newcastle may not be the best team in the league, certainly not even high on the list but when they are playing their best game they are as good as any other team on the league, on their A game they can beat City (which they did) and they could go toe to toe with Liverpool too (even though they lost 4-0 to them).

Newcastle has some good players on their team and they can run all game, they are built like horses so even if they are not as talented as the other teams when faced if you are tired you gonna have 90 minute full running Newcastle versus talented but tired players.

By the way, this everning we have seen any draw match. Except Everton all the other favorit won very easily (looking at the goals scored). I could not watch any match becuse of the busy shedule this evening.

Both teams are able to win the match this week, so the race for the top 4 will be even more attractive until the end of the season. I am sure these two teams will not be willing to give one ticket to qualify for the champions league next season.

Two massive games for the title race on Sunday. What do you guys think?

Crystal Palace vs Manchester City

I watched Man Utd, I thought they were terrible. They got really lucky with some decisions, West Ham had some great chances & probably deserved a point at least. You don’t always get what you deserve though & Man Utd won’t care. They just need to keep winning to get top 4. As a Liverpool fan I usually hate Man Utd but they still have to play City at OT so this was a good result for LFC. I need a motivated Man Utd for that City match in a few weeks.

Hey Manchester United won 2 -1 I won’t call it a splendid performance from Manchester United, but we got the three points we needed to hope for a top four finish. I feel West Ham had plenty of harsh decisions given against them first their goal gets disallowed, and then they were penalised by the referee who gave a penalty when it wasn’t actually a penalty. However the second penalty was spot on, and both times Pogba scored he’s definitely changed his run up while taking the penalty which is a good sign.

Well, they played against the worst team of the EPL today so...  But to be fair, last time Kane got injured (back in January against Man Utd, Spurs lost 0-1), they went on a winning streak in the EPL and managed to crush Dortmund 3-0 in the CL, I think they were also missing Son yet they looked pretty good.

Watching Man Utd vs West Ham, 20 min and nothing happens.

No Kane ? No Trouble?? I wasn't expecting Tottenham to have won the game so easily, neither was I expecting such a number of goals from them without Kane. Lucas stepped up big time for the spurs, maybe he could step up yet again for them next wednesday against Man City for the UCL return fixture.

I had Tottenham on an under 3.5 bet which turned out to be loss.

Son came on and immediately the game became so much better, plus his assist to Moura for his hattrick. I hope they can keep this fine, fine form all the way for the 2 games against City.

Good thing I didn't bet on Wolves today, they weren't the favourites but I was tempted at 3/1. Trailing by a goal with 25 mins to play. I don't see them doing more than drawing, but heh maybe they'll prove me wrong. Fulham up a goal, wonder if I should have picked them.

West Ham to win at 8/1 anybody?

@micgoosens I've not been a Hazard fanboy either for the longest time, I don't quite understand it either. How his performance seriously dipped the season after winning Player of the Year, under Mourinho, probably made up my mind. You can forgive someone for being off form, but not for giving up. I do agree they don't have the best players either, but it's also a problem of getting the best out of them - something Poch and Klopp give evidence of doing. And that makes them still a dangerous opponent. Plus the added pressure playing after City means it's going to be a hell of a match.

And hell yeah Palace aren't shit. I'm sure they'll want to fight to do the double over City. They have nothing to fight for anymore but will want to mathematically ensure survival.

@tokeweed. Yeah Rafa's an amazing tactical guy, and people need to remember Newcastle last season... and remember how they still could play well this season despite being frustrated by Ashley. After all these years, he's still finding ways to be a prick. Not even asking to shell out money like Fulham or Wolves. Just a couple of good names Rafa wants and needs.
