Best football, There will be fireworks when Chelsea and West Ham United face each other in a local derby at Stamford Bridge on Matchday 33. The Blues are determined to secure a top-four finish and they are likely to fight tooth and nail in Monday’s football game against the Hammers. A man to watch in the home team will be Eden Hazard, but this clash will be anything but a walk in the park for the hosts

Arsenal wasted the opportunity to strengthen their position in the top 4, even though when Arsenal could get 3 points they would be further away from Chelsea and Manchester United. now arsenal must be increasingly trying hard to be able to maintain a position in the standings. The match will be more interesting in recent weeks.

You are right, we know Everton are also a strong team but at least a draw is the best result for Arsenal unfortunately Arsenal missed it

Surprised Everton beat Arsenal, that battle for 3rd & 4th (the last 2 available CL qualification spots) is so toght. Will be really close between Man U, Chelsea, Spurs & Arsenal to see who gets them.

Yes this is indeed a surprise, but when watching the match I agreed that Everton deserved to win even win with more than one goal

I didn’t watch the Everton vs Arsenal game, I was just kind of surprised by the result. Arsenal should be winning that game if they have any serious ideas about getting CL football next season.

The most important fact for me is that now Arsenal lost the 3rd position and the rally is on fire again.
Chelsea can also make it to the 3rd position (from 5th) if they will be lucky to win all matches and Arsenal and Tottenham lose some points in the next matches.

True, top 3-6 premier league is really tight right now, only 3 points different and only 2 spots left for champions league (Liverpool and Man City already far from that gap points).

It's still hard to predict for who takes the spot, it takes only 1 lose and the team will be miss out from the champions league spot.

I watched the game and Arsenal was simply awful today. They didn't have one serious chance to score a goal while Everton should have scored at least 2 or 3 more. It looked like Arsenal players doesen't even want to play football today.

Everton isn't a bad team and they play at home today while Arsenal itself is often giving an inconsistent performance. This result wasn't so surprising for me. Everton is deserving for that result!

Arsenal were absolutely sh*t out there today,  I regret backing them to win the match. A win for Chelsea tomorrow would see them drop to 5th position.

Also poor Wolves in the FA Cup semi final, 2-0 up with 10 minutes to go but they somehow screwed it up.

In some countries seeing only one team always winning with +20 points is just ridiculous
C'mon, say it, you're talking about the farmers league known as Ligue 1, aren't you?  Grin

I always get unsatisfactory results when betting on Arsenal matches.
Do you usually bet on them when they're playing away? They're a completely different team when playing away.

At home, they've won 14 games and lost only one game, scored 39 goals and conceded only 12. Away, they have 5W and 6L, scored 26 goals and conceded 28! My advice: stay way from Arsenal when they're playing away.

It seems, Arsenal has to admit Everton's advantage in this match, the match is only a few minutes away and Arsenal are still lagging behind. I have to give up some money to lose the bet in this match. I always get unsatisfactory results when betting on Arsenal matches.

^  Parlays are suckers bets.  But could be good if you know what you're doing.  Hilariousandco is up over 1k GBP doing those...  Weird.

Edit:  It would be nice if Everton got another goal in just about now.  Grin

^  If City wins the league and the FA Cup (can't really wish for the CL), it would show good player and game management by the whole club's backroom staff, not just Pep.  Look at all the fixtures they have left compared to Liverpool.

If Liverpool wins the league, it's more like it fell on their lap imo.

That's all right mate. Only two things matter for us:
LIverpool to win
and
City to lose points
Personally I do not care who win or lose as long there is a tight competition about the title and the first places between several teams. In some countries seeing only one team always winning with +20 points is just ridiculous

Everton are no mugs at home, they could spring a surprise. I wouldn’t be shocked if they beat Arsenal. A draw could be good value for a bet. We shall see.

They're up a goal.  Yay!  I'm not watching the match or cheering or rooting or anything so I won't jinx my bet.  Lololol.  I hope they lose actually.  Grin

@DS: very nice Liverpool win. As a neutral I wouldn't have bet on Liverpool, but happy to see others see some fight left in them!

@rdbase: glad you finally found out how those handicaps work! Like Trofo says, and DS also pointed out once before IIRC, watch out for the odds. At a good bookie, you are likely to get more just manual splitting... so for example if you like betting 0.75, then manually put half of 0.5 and half on 1.0. Careful when you do those quarter handicaps on parlays too... some bookies have a reputation for calculating those wrongly, if not cancelling outright.

@Trofo: Didn't watch game either but I lost a lot last night thanks to Burnley and Newcastle. Even had them both on a parlay as was so sure. Serves me right I guess.

Over 2/1 on Arsenal is too tempting NOT to parlay against a Wolves FA cup win. It better not be Watford facing City for the final brrrrr.
