Chelsea should sign a new coach. Its clear this is not working right now and they need fresh start next season. They have some good players and good abilites to play better.

Well...  That's not a problem with Abramovich.  I mean he's one of those club owners who embraced the idea of changing the manager whenever he isn't happy with the outcome.  It's why we have such a a crappy football culture (in that aspect) today.  And it made the players whiny.  Lol.
They still have the Euopean League to salvage and even thiugh it's not as big as the Champion's League tropy it is still an award that their fans would appreciate. Like what tokeweed has said it won't be a problem for the owner to have a new manager managing the team as Chelseas still has the money to do so. But one of the factor that can change Abramovich's mind is if they win the European League, maybe it would be enough for him to test Sarri out for at least another season.

I say rebuild and stick with Sarri for the next 4 years or so.  It creates stability and more long term progress.  Best example I can think of is City with Pep.  Yeah sure they've spent a ton of money, but it isn't like how United's is spending post Fergie.  City has been setting up themselves for Pep's arrival when they hired Serrano and Begiristain.

It sucks that it’s the international break now. There’s so much to play for at both ends of the table. Liverpool & City are slugging it out like two of the great heavyweights in round 12 to become champion. Arsenal, Spurs, United & Chelsea are trying to squeeze 4 into 2 to get the remaining CL spots.

Fulham & Huddersfield look relegated already in 19th & 20th but there’s only 2 points seperating Cardiff in 18th & Burnley & S’ton in 17th & 16th.

It’s the final straight of the race now & we have a God damn international break.

now we focus again on the standings, namely liverpool who returned on the top with a difference of 2 points from man.city but man.city there is still one more game to play. if man.city wins, then Liverpool will go down again with a 1 point gap.

what do you think about this? will Liverpool win the league this season or "next years"?
Manchester city and Liverpool have such a great opportunity to win the EPL title this season. They have the opportunity to be the best in the Premier League. In calculations, the other teams will find it difficult to get to the position of the citizen and the reds. All the two teams need to do is not lose the important point. EPL is left with a few more matches and that is a very important point.

and try to find some more harmonious way to make them pay well, rather than thinking about transferring new player

Even if they wanted to buy new players, they can't for the next two transfer window due to the FIFA ban for underage buying and selling of payers. Right niw Chelsea stand a chance of losing payers as the ban didn't affect them selling players and we all know hazard needs to play at the champion league level and Chelsea aren't ready for that yet.

What? Chelsea lose again? They have the worst form in the premier league big teams at the moment without counting fixtures against the other big teams of course. Win, lose, win, lose. Cannot blame them for wanting to ensure progress in the Europa but to lose 2-0 to Everton is just a poor performance. They need strikers badly, even if they don't make champions league spots.
So in this situation when all over the world that game is being play better not to put new players,  I think they should focus more on the players they have and try to find some more harmonious way to make them pay well, rather than thinking about transferring new player lose/win, lose/win is good but 2-0 is not suitable for Chelsea to keep its level high.

I don’t remember the source but I read that Abramovich wants to pull his money out of the UK now. Maybe he is washing his hands of Chelsea & looking for a buyer.

We will have to wait & see.

That could be somewhat true, with a Brexit in place ? Or the Britian having to leave the E.U, I won't be surprised he wants out.

Without Abramovich Chelsea would be nothing. Before he arrived they won nothing. The reason they’re not as good now is that we have the emergence of LFC & Man City. When Chelsea were dominating there was only really Man Utd who were great. Now LFC & Man City have just as much money as Chelsea. Spurs are a good team too, I think Abramovich is bored at Chelsea now too, he doesn’t invest as much money.

I think Abramovic is just waiting for the right time, He'd definitely invest big one any player he deemed worthy, most especially a centre forward, Chelsea have been known to always spend big on CFs although, they've not have a lot of luck on players playing that position. The transfer market these days is filled with overly hyped and overpriced mediocrity which I think is the main reason a lot of teams are holding back.

This is why NBA and other leagues have salary caps.  Football/soccer is a rich man's game and the owners with the deepest pockets see the most results.  Roman obtained his money in very shady ways and he used his wealth to buy the top players around the world.  Some see this is perfectly fine while some say it as taking shortcuts to win trophies instead of developing your own players.

I don't think Abramovich is the only reason why Chelsea was successful, I mean of course money is a big thing and he went in there with big guns and purchased many great players, had some success which in return made a lot of money (cups, fees, jerseys, tickets all increased in revenue for them) but look at how much they are spending today vs how much the other teams are spending.

I mean its not like this dude is spending x2 more than anyone else, no they are not probably even in top 5, so of course they should not expect a big great team that bulldozes anyone on their path. He came into the team like that but he is no more like that. Him selling the team would make sense honestly. After all he did got in, made his name and had his fun and since the times have changed he would probably even sell it for a profit.

Agree with you, Abramovich has been a real poison to Chelsea's football. He pokes his nose way too much into manager's decisions and even when the manager tries what he can, he could easily be fired.
Also Chelsea seem to have a curse with hcenter forwards.

In the recent times i think it's only Drogba and Diego Costa who looked sharp in front of goal
The rest such as Torres, Andriy Shevchenko, Radamel Falcao, Romelu Lukaku,  Alexandre Pato, Claudio Pizarro, Alvaro Morata, Loic Remy etc have been a pile of garbage.

I don't think so cos some other monied individual or group would be buying Chelsea FC anyway...  Some Arab prince, some Chinese billionaire or some American business group specializing in sports...  Somebody.

And claudiauit, even Costa can't really be said to be as successful as Drogba at Chelsea.  Droba's immortal.

too much reliance on money is also ineffective, Chelsea's downturn was due to an abrahamovic's lust for a fast title. even if they want to be patient, they still contract Ancelotti for the long term is a good investment for the club.

You cannot say garbage players that are legends in the football only because they didn't fit in the Chelsea team. Each one of them has made an exceptional career and they have contributed a lot in the football.
From your comment I can see that you are probably a new Chelsea fan nearly 2005, when Abramovich got the team as you forget the legend Hasselbaink who was the best striker before Chelsea's new era.

You have a good point there. Maybe Sarri just need some more time to give Chelsea his own face and get the best from the players.
I think its not good for football that coaches nowadays can get fired after 6 months already. In my opinion atleast 2 years should be given to every coach who start with new team.

edit: I am not a big Chelsea fan and I did not know Sarri is in Chelsea from 14 July 2018. For some reason I did remember he has been there for a longer time. Thats why I wrote above comment

Chelsea supporters were not fair. Abramovich was most responsible for all successes of Chelsea in the last 10-15 year. You can't call them poison. Without them, many things would look different. Now is a different time, and there we have many rich teams which can buy top players. And there is a more difficult situation for Chelsea to stay at the top. Also, what do you think about Real Madrid and his support to managers? Only in the current season, they change three managers.
You can't say that players like Torres, Andriy Shevchenko, Radamel Falcao, Romelu Lukaku are garbage.
