Yep, they need this win badly to put pressure on the City. Liverpool would probably use strongest possible team anyway but when you take into account that we have international break next week, I have no doubt they will field best possible starting 11.

Man City were said to have had controversial calls favor them during the match in absence of VAR. If the Video Assistant Referee was in place the penalty that led to the equalizer would probably not have been given, the winner would have be canceled as well due to an offside play.
