City broke two records this season.  Most points in a season and most goals in a season.  I think that's something good to bring the English game forward.  I hope the rest catches up, or is Pep just too brilliant compared to the rest of the managers?

Maybe give Klopp the same budget that City has.  Lol.  Grin

Klopp is a genius.
Guardiola is a chequebook manager.

How’s this possible when they even bought Van Dijk for 75M Pounds sterling and have had so many acquisitions throughout the three years that he has been at the Club. I think that they should give Pochettino more funds if he is ever able to compete with the big clubs.

but the city never drove any further in the champions league. they are dominant in the league premiere, but fall in the champions league. it's not a good thing. they have to clean up to get the league champions league or at least go further (semifinal, or final).

We are discussing about premier league in here , if you wish to discuss about their achievement in champions league then you should better post in the other thread. Well I think that they are doing very well as well, It is bad that they lose to liverpool. If they could stay unbeaten then they would have been more proud about this

Nah they already proud with their winning on premier league, but it sucks they eliminated from champions league by Liverpool too. The last week for premier league is here guys tomorrow, Swansea seems 100% relegated to championship and Liverpool only need DRAW to get the last spot for UCL next season. Chelsea has a chance if Liverpool lose.
yeah Swensea deserve relegation because even if they somehow managed to get that 9 goals between them and Southampthon the Saints have beats them in head to head games so the only chance is to get that 10 goals gap but that will be near impossible as Swensea have been in a realy bad form, they didn't score a single goal in previous 4 league matches so in my opinion the only chance Swensea had was if they got a draw against Southampthon by then things would have been much easier for them but again i still don't think they deserve to stay or Southampthon deserve to be relegated they should not hesitated on keeping Paul Clement at the start of the season

we must says welcome to the premier league to Wolverhampton Wanderers and Cardiff City.that they were already promoted to premier league although championship league still leaving a few more matches even Wolverhampton Wanderers able to promoted as the champion of league

Lets hope that they are not going to be relegated next season. Somehow alot of new promoted team ended up leaving the premier league the next season as well. The prize money finishing the last in premier league is probably as much as finishing on top of the lower league but it is kinda useless if they cant hold it for atleast 1 season

Even though Manchester City have won the Premiership this season and have set a whole lot of records, I still believe Pep Guardiola would have wanted more for his side and am talking about getting a treble for the team or even go further in the Champions League.

I actually think he would be happy with the results this season for City, yes Pep would of liked City to advance further in the CL but to win the Premier League title in his second year as manager is pretty good and I think that he would be proud of that achievement as the Premier League is the most difficult league to win the title and this is one title he didn't have on his CV and now he has. Lets also not forget that City won the EFL Cup which gives Pep a double for the season. Next season I think that Pep would want more from the CL and even win it.

I'm happy either way with any of the EPL clubs reaching the CL finals.  What would have sucked is seeing another El Classico final.  I mean sure the history between them makes for an interesting match, but c'mon...  There's nothing like a capable underdog taking on a juggernaut...  Go LFC!

Manchester United gave another toothless performance and yet we the fans don't chant mourinho out, his negative tactics don't work and he's killing the attacking culture, stars like martial, rashford shaw. Please Manchester United replace him or another season without the title.

Also time we say bye to conte good coach but at the wrong club, dam he didn't punch mourinho lol.

Tottenham deserve this place and if they can spend a bit I do see them as serial contenders next season.

Poch for United manager!  Grin

Swansea and Southampton, the battle of degradation spot. It seems Swansea will fill the spot and degradate to championship league next season, because Swansea need to win with 5 goals and also Southampton must lose with 5 goals. Swansea vs Stoke, Southampton vs Man City. Well, anything can happen to soccer, let's see what will happen.
I was watching the game yesterday and they flashed on screen how many teams were still in the bottom of the table and was surprised how many were still in the relegation zone.
Southampton is as with Swansea, and I am a bit sad for them to not be able to play in the EPL next season as what happened to Stoke over the weekend.
Swansea is a good team but to score 5 goals is asking too much and will more than likely see them as well as Brighton going. Undecided

I'd say he bought the Premier League title this season because he has been spending like crazy ever since he come to the Club and with reports coming in, It seems he is still going to spend massively come next season. But at least he won some trophies and that's the most important thing.

True Pep did spent a lot of money to win the Premier League title and if the reports are true and he is going to spend a lot more money on players next season then I would think that the CL title or to make the final is a must and also the Premier League title. The owners always like to see some return on their money spent so I think a CL title or to make the final is a must next season for City.

West Ham vs Man Utd / I'm going with BTTS @1.71

-snip-
This was one boring match and I see the BTTS did not come through Roll Eyes

I guess both teams had some respect for each other and seemed there were comfortable with their log positions and settled for the draw...

Just wondering what the price for under 0.5 goals was, anybody with an idea
I didn't expect the match to end with no goals, the game at Old Trafford last year ended 4-0 home win so I thought we were going to see a lot of goals...I almost tried over 2.5 goals  Roll Eyes

But like you said, both seemed to be ok with the draw, Manchester United secures the 2nd spot in the league table, and West Ham, well, they managed to get a draw against the 2nd best team in the EPL this season.

Dumb match which was really boring. For the guy above who bet on draw congrats on the payout. There was nothing to this match an no score. Only thing worth a mention is De Gea got a clean sheet so will no doubt get the golden glove for getting this done.
I was looking at the lines earlier and I think under 0.5 goals was 6.55x odds.
Definitely better than the over 5.5 goals for the odds. Wink

^  Don't bet all of it in one match tho...  Save 20 bucks in BTC.  I'm gonna pm you my BTC address as soon as I get back home.  Lol.  Grin

And nice wins btw.

Haha don't worry I have it all ready, just give me max 2 days after getting your address to move it all to you =p

By the way, West Ham just won me my latest big risk bet this week. Three nice wins to make back my losses and solid profits. I really should start making a habit of making these types of "nothing to play for" bets and NOT watching the matches. Seems like my luck gets better if I don't jinx it by watching.

The stats tell me I was really lucky though, 6 shots on goal and 7 off target. One last week of EPL, I might as well go for broke with this week's winnings next week!
