This is Last season's heartbreak for Arsene Wenger at Arsenal, not giving any trophy this season and not passing Arsenal to Champions League next season, it is certain because Arsenal lost in semifinal europa league last night which means the only ticket to enter the Champions League next season already lost. Arsenal also has certainly not entered the big 4 Premier League this season.

^  Yup...  Wenger will care for winning the Europa League the most...  The competition that no big club cares about.  Cheesy

Anyway, am I seeing this right?  Everton at home at 2.11.  It's vs Southampton who are fighting for their lives to escape relegation.  I think the Big Sam has a better chance of winning than the 2.11 line offered imho.

Thanks for finding a close-up photo of the trophy gift. I was wondering what it really looked like. And I gotta say it was a very nice gesture of them giving this to Wenger. Let's see if any other clubs will follow United and give more presents to Wenger in the last games.

No probs man. I doubt that any other clubs will do same. As much as United and Arsenal hated each other, they still loved the rivalry it created. Arsenal don't have any other team with such a long history of hate relationship apart from Spurs. However, Spurs weren't challenging them for titles year in year out, so their rivalry could be seen as only trivial. I do suspect that the FA and Premier League would probably do same, but individual clubs I doubt. Maybe in other European clubs.
Wenger didn't actually accomplished anything outside of England so I doubt other clubs will do something like Man Utd and Ferguson, maybe a tweet to say a farewell to an EPL legend.

The award given by Manchester United to Wenger for his dedication to football is a gift that Wenger might never forget.

Did you guys see what parting gift Sir Alex Ferguson and Mourinho gave to Arsene Wenger? I think it was some kind of a mini trophy but I am not sure if it was for the Premier League or for the UEFA Europe League haha  Grin

Lol. It was a show of appreciation to him for his services to the EPL. In their prime Wenger gave both Mouirnho and Ferguson a good healthy rivalry which kept all of them going and the EPL Fiery, for Ferguson especially. It was the days that made the EPL a very awesome league to watch, before a lot of money came to spoil the game (Mourinho + Abramovic starting that... Grin)

I have a feeling Kane will score more than 2 goals today. Now trying to find the bookie which will give me nice odds for that. Anybody knows if there is such offering in BTC accepting bookies?
for now he still scored just one goal that made him 4 goals away then Salah, the Egyptien king still have two games and he was lucky not to get punished by the FA for Elbowing stoke city defender Martins Indi he still have two matches one against Chelsea away and the other at home against Brighton so his chances to be at top of league scorers are strong but for the golden Shoe not so much as Leo Messi have beated him by scoring 32 goals and he still have more games for him in the league. And for Kane he still have strong chance to catch up as he still have somewhat easier matches and we can see him get more goals scored because his next game will be aginst West brom who is at the bottom and have not much to lose so they will play offensive football could that lead to Kane do what his best that is scoring goals and the other two will be at home against Newcastle and Leicester.

^  Yup...  Search 'Arsenal Invincibles'.  Wenger was the sh*t back in the day domestically but nothing after that.  I guess they kept on waiting and waiting and took too long before they realized that he has to go.

I think the only genuinely happy person on that picture is Sir Alex Ferguson haha  Grin Mourinho has a somewhat forced expression and Wenger looks like he is kinda bewildered lol By the way, has Wenger won any major trophies with Arsenal since he became the manager?

Found this on Google:

Quote
When was the last time Arsenal won the league?
Arsenal fifth period of success came with the appointment of Arsène Wenger in 1996. Under him, Arsenal won a second league and cup double in 1997–98 and then a third in 2001–02. In addition, the club were victorious in the 2002–03 and 2004–05 FA Cups, and won the Premier League in 2003–04 without losing a single match.

LOOOOOL!  Mou of all people!

At least he was given something that he can bring home with him for his own personal trophy cabinet.  Grin

Edit:  Look at that Wenger smile.  He's so 'happy'.  Lmao!

A late winning goal from Manchester United against an unknown Arsenal squad (just a parable). Really happy ending for Manchester United, before there was a goal on the thrashing by the referee, shortly afterwards a real goal happened and the boom, the victory also belonged to Jose Mourinho.
With this win Manchester united success and fixed finish with 2nd position on premier league this season and man united also will play on champions league next season. Nice goal though at the end, I thought the match will ended with draw 1-1.

Yes United seems to be ending the league rather on a very good form because if they had played this way all season i bet they would have been the champions by now. I hope this will be emulated throughout the pre-season and carried to next season.

yeah it was a great ending that ended the long struggle in an elegant way . After 19 Match Mourinho won 10 Draw 7 and Wnger won 2. And for the game honestly it was not that great match because of Arsenal was not playing with their main squad and I think that Lingard is not as big as a team like United he could shine at high middle teams he is more suited to them.
But the sad thing is to see a talent like Martial not getting the time in field I don't know why Mourinho not play Sanchez on right side while Martial left side I would seen more improvment that way.

I think Manchester United's performance to be sufficient, Romero is the only missing reserve player before the Arsenal game. Manchester United wants to finish 2nd place in the league. In this regard, is advantageous. Arsenal will rotate but I expect that the players who do not play will perform well. My preference will be over 2,5 goals.

yeah from what it looks like the Reds are the most favorite they are playing at home while the visitors have more important game coming in the next few days Arsène Wenger has already indicated a few weeks ago that The Gunners will fully focus on the Europa League and what is going to happen in the Premier League still makes little difference at Arsenal. so i'm not expecting a lot of action in this game and rarely will see more then 3 goals also it will be the last game between the two rivals Mourinho and Wenger. the reds manager will be looking to add another winn under his name against Wenger so i'm going with Man United to win and under 3.5 goals.
