The ban is going to start from next year its has no effect on this year.

Yes I know but I asked when is the final decison if the ban will take place.
The final decision is coming in first week of July https://www.goal.com/en/news/manchester-city-cas-champions-league-ban-appeal-decision/199nsbex8mc7v1h3irf3p1dxdl

...
I saw on the news that Luiz felt guilty...
the red card he got and the blunder he did at the end of the first half made him feel completely guilty, but I think it's not entirely his fault because football is not a one-man game and Man City is a good team. Luiz was very unlucky yesterday.
Of course it was David Luiz's fault for his carelessness and I think it's normal to stay behind any goal because he doesn't want to be a goal, but on the other hand Luiz is also a formidable defender so losing him can definitely affect Arsenal's team

Not only is Mancity the best but also the same arsenal but bad luck befalls them so that Mancity feels confident about the victory.
Luiz really very unlucky...  (/^ ་། ^)/
m sure that right now Luiz is regretting what he did wrong, all supporters and maybe his teammates are blaming him right now but his mistakes will be forgotten in the next few weeks, we can't deny that Luiz is actually one of the best defenders in the EPL owned by Arsenal.

Tottenham - Manchester United

this will be a great game, if i were to ask myself what kind of Super powers i want i would reply that i want to teleport to teleport myself up to the stadium and watch that game. So far I can't decide which team to bet on. Mourinho must be very cautious in this game because if he loses in this game it will complicate his situation a lot.

Arsenal and Manchester United both had managers that ruled the club for a long time, I can't remember last time I saw a manager that reigned longer than Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger wasn't there for a quick minute neither. So when you have managers that built that club from ground up almost to the level they are now, it takes a bit of time to adjust to a new system or change things around. You need to get like a assistant head coach of theirs to make it continue but they didn't so now they need to figure out a new shirt that fits. Both of these teams are good teams, they might be having some trouble now but I can guarantee you with how big they are, they will eventually make it happen one day and get on the right path again.

It is football and there is always times when you would make mistakes that would cost a bit to your team. However, Arsenal wasn't really doing that awesome before neither so they would just continue to be not that great for a bit more time and just end the league on that note.

You could remove all of Arsenal players and put youth team on every game and not that much will change for them, even if they end up losing all their games they would not be relegating but they won't be in the top 4-5 neither, they will just be mid table finish with no Europe next year but still premier league nevertheless. That is really not a bad way to end the season when you consider being a team on premier league is a very very tough thing to do so it is kind of an accomplishment, just not for Arsenal because they were expected to do better.

Arsenal has been lacking behind even before the pandemic, they need little changes. I have known Mancity will win yesterday game as they are the second best in EPL for now and because they are at home.
Manchester City is better than Arsenal even before the pandemic came. If you look at the list of match between Arsenal and Manchester City since the 2017 season in the EPL competition, then that will be proof that Arsenal are alway below Manchester City. Since 2017, Arsenal have only been able to win 1 time when competing versus Mancity and the rest Arsenal lost.

But while talking about best, Liverpool is still the best. And this year League title is not for another EPL club but for Liverpool.
100% are believed by everyone that the EPL title this season belong to Liverpool. It is very unlikely that other club can win the title in the remaining matches. Impossible, 9 matches left and they only need to win at least 1-2 more match to get the title.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
Mancity is a strong team where they are able to subvert arsenal easily I think this is because the opponent's defense gets their cards so it's easy to score into 3 goals.

I'm happy to see Mancity win this inaugural match and of course the bets on that parlay are very much awaited because so much is at stake.

I saw their celebrations not so accentuating perhaps because there were no supporters so what was the celebration like before it only looked normal after scoring goals.

Luiz was horrible yesterday, but for some reason I like the guy. I have a soft spot for defenders that are good on the ball and he really can play. He just makes too many stupid mistakes for a defender.

Gary Neville described him perfectly after a game against Liverpool during the MOTD show, saying that he's playing like he's being controlled by a 10-year old kid on Playstation Grin

David Luiz is meant to be a really nice guy, a bit of a joker off the pitch. He’s very talented but his concentration levels are awful, last night wasn’t the first time he’s made terrible mistakes to cost his team goals & essentially the game.

The guy has won the PL & CL with Chelsea, two French league titles & a Portuguese league title, a Confed Cup with Brazil plus various other domestic cups. The guy has had a good career.

A lot of news outlets tend to push the narratives to suit an agenda by claiming that the loss and goals were as a result of David Luis mistakes, whereas Coach Arteta make several blunders right from the kick off with his pragmatic approach.

With or without Luis errors, Arsenal was definitely losing against City after a hideous 30 minutes cameo at the Etihad last night.
A good win for City, and a supposed run of losses for Arsenal who could end up the Schalke of the EPL.

In my opinion, both parties were at fault. Without the blunders, Manchester city would've been just one goal up and arsenal would've had something to fight for. Going 3-0 down due to mistakes crushes one's ability to fight back. Arsenal has a lot to work on. I expected more from them as the season resumed. Kudos to city for taking advantage of defensive errors from arsenal. Judging from the statistics from yesterday's game, Arsenal performed poorly. Only 1 shot on target from a total of 6 shots – its as bad as it looks.

hmph..

If City will not manage to win the 3 points in this game then the season is over.
Liverpool is going to be officially the EPL winners and there will be no more interest in the English Championship.

Not really, even City win 3-0 over Arsenal, or they lose, the EPL still interesting, we want to know what happen with Liverpool, is they can back to the track to win all of matches left or not. And don't forget about Camphions league and UEFA league competition, chelsea, sheffield, manu, wolves and leicester have a chance to take 3-4 position for Champions League, this is a good race. Also relegation position, all team will playing all out, and even Liverpool already become a champions, EPL still have a magnet to make football fans happy to follow the league.

I didn't watch it, but with this evidence at least my parlay bet was stained because VAR was not applied in this match which Sheff United should have won 0-1, I bet Double Chance 1 or 2 that I should have won if VAR works. Sad

Aston Villa actually were dominating quite good in that match. There were two incidents that were missed- penalty not given to Aston Villa for clumsy foul by Lundstram on EL-Ghazi and after that the goal line technology not detecting goal scored by fabulous free kick for Sheffs. That match was full of controversies.

I agree that Arsenal played very poorly against Manchester City, especially after David Luiz got a red card. This is a tough task for
Arteta to improve on Arsenal's defender section next season. Arsenal's defeat provided proof that Pep's ability as a coach was good.
And what makes me confused is why Arteta made Nketiah a starter, even though it's better to play Lacazette as a starter line up.

I feel quite the opposite. Arteta didn't had Luiz on his plans until they had to move him on the pitch following the injury of P. Mari. Both initial goals came off his blunders. First one, he should have done better job intervening De Bruyne's pass. De Bruyne's pass wasn't that better but his poor intervention did good job for Sterling to reach it and make a good close shot. Second was also that holding the player inside on the run which got him the red card. Question is now that will Arteta have David Luiz on his plans in future?

BTW in third goal, Mustafi's fall somehow reminded me of Phil Jones fall.  Grin Cheesy

Back to the topic: 5 long days to know if Arsenal will be knocked with +2 goals by City...
I knew it, I felt that Arsenal gonna be the Schalke 00 of EPL and BTW I was waiting for that moment to post my cutie pic  Tongue

The match could be ended different if only david luiz didn't make those two stupid blunder , both of them are leading to goal and I'm sure it could be just a 1-0 win for Manchester City.

It's been anticipated that arsenal will lose this match especially if people has witnessed how they even lost in a friendly match against Brentford.. yeah the championship side lol.

I get it when there's failure we always look for someone to put the blame on. Luis played badly no doubt but arsenal as a team where just poor and couldn't match city's determination to win the game. City miss many chances and could have easily scored more goals than the number they scored in the first half.
A players action can destroy a teams performance, Luiz made two costly errors today and one of them got him sent off, leaving city with a penalty they converted, two goals/one man down against City is death sentence, and Luiz played 90% part in that. Criticisms is part of the game, players are also praised when they perform excellently, Luiz was totally a mess for Arsenal tonight.

After this game, I think he has sealed his fate in the team, he'll surely leave Arsenal at the end of the season, Arteta needs to change quite a lot in this Arsenal team to bring success to the Emirates.
