You said it it is a known problem, and other people didn't come here and want btc back like you.
Maybe it never affected others the same way it has me? IE.. losing all my btc so soon after the error happened (and it happened almost right away after my deposit) I have not seen it happen once in my normal betting for a long long time.
I have been playing at primedice very regularly for the past few months. I'm shocked that they seem completely unwilling to help considering an error on their site almost certainly made me lose all my btc. I got no response from support so far, stunna has replied once but didn't answer anything about the error so I'm waiting for another reply.
You can say 'dont bet more than you're willing to lose' but that does not in any way excuse errors affecting my betting at a critical time. The site is meant to be fair, what happened to me was not fair.
You refreshed the page and claim that if you had not refreshed your seeds would have been different and you would have won. If you had refreshed and won the bets would you have offered me a refund? Ultimately the odds aren't going to change regardless of how many times you refresh the page. You refreshed the page and then decided to place the bet knowing that the circumstance was potentially different even though in reality the odds were the same.
Did Stunna said he will put back instant withdrawal in PD3?
Yes, also it appears we'll have this ready for saturday. (fingers crossed).
I appreciate the response Stunna.
The error was on your site so it shouldn't be my responsibility to deal with any repercussions from it. I did not know the circumstances were different as it didn't cross my mind that the client seed had been changed. Like I said before, if there was a popup after refresh notifying my seed had been reset, I would have proceeded differently. Also, if the error did not occur in the first place, I would have proceeded differently.
Please try to see things from my point of view, I did not create this error and it did disrupt my betting as you can see in the screenshot. Since the end result was a big loss so soon after it happened, I don't see why it's unreasonable in asking for a refund on my deposit. What's the worst that could come from it?
