Your session must have died due to changing your IP or something else. You have two PrimeDice tabs open atm, so you probably tried entering your desired payout address twice which in turn killed the session.
I also replaced my bet log URL with your account to see your previous bets & you had none. You were on a free account balance haha, you had no winnings

Yeh ikr. Really weird. I wish I could help out, but I'm sure Stunna & co are onto it. It has something to do with sessions dying is all I know. I tested logging in on a different IP into same account and that's exactly what happened. And apparently that kills a session. Hmm

Whenever I download from a file site that unlockes links for a IP, I always get access denied as my IP changes as soon as I click the unlocked link
oh! That would definitely be your problem then. Your IP must change when you open a session; ultimately killing it before it can even start up
Maybe you should get
http://www.bitvps.com/. It's a VPS which you can fund with Bitcoin. When using it your IP wouldn't constantly change since you'll be connected through it rather than your current net (Yeh.. Just pointing out the obvious if you already knew
). It would definitely be a worth while investment as having your IP change so much must really affect a lot of websites.

I have Java and Flash as plugins, and I can run it fine, so I assume you need these two. Also, maybe your FF is outdated?
I tried replicating that when doog posted it. When I press tab is just flicks between different input boxes. Maybe it only affects certain browsers. Hmm
