They have no reputation. They don't even want to deal with what has occurred. They as you see even here at a forum, are silent. Any project which would estimate reputation at once, would ask everything the parameter and the ravine of my rates

As I can see from your screenshots, you are from Russia, so I suggest you to register on PD forum https://forum.primedice.com/ and discuss your problem in Russian section there. I'm sure they will answer all your questions regarding dicebot usage, possibility of "changing bets" on the part of PD etc. On a personal note, I can say that if that what you claim was possible, PD wouldn't be so popular and respected dice site. But after reading your posts I doubt that my words can convince you.

You may not believe I don't understand what reputation you're talking about if their support isn't even trying to figure out what happened

Any casino with a reputation would immediately start figuring out what happened.
And scammers they don't even want to communicate , just as you say about the fictional reputation

Reputation, by definition, is the opinion that people in general have about someone or something. Reputation has not been building up on what you personally think about the site, but rather on what most users of the site think of it. You can google "best gambling dice sites" yourself to be certain that PrimeDice has been almost always in the top 5, and sometimes #1, on various sites providing those ratings. If you were Emperor of Earth, your opinion would probably overweigh all those I've mentioned, but in the world we live in today we normally rely on the opinion of the vast majority of users.

You lied to me, you changed my bets. I played 0.21 chance, and you switched them to 49.5 chance.

https://prnt.sc/kzi8jx

You stole 1 Ethereum from me, as well as 0.012 bitcoin replacing my bets

Your screenshots prove nothing. They both have different betIDs and timestamp. You're just mad you chose to change strategy and see a 0.01 roll there :B

Not my bets. My balance was 0.5 when the bot stopped I opened the site tab to check the speed of the Internet, and saw that someone was playing, I updated the page but the game continued, the bot was standing,

If they were hackers, they'd just steal the money, and in my case, they'd just be leaked to make a casino profit.

That's weird, but it seems like a problem on client side if it's true. I'm 100% sure that a big casino like PD would never do something like this, and certainly not for such a "small" amount. Why would they risk their reputation?
Perhaps you should contact their support team and ask if there was any activity from different ip or whatsoever. Players are responsible for their account's security. Wink

Man, PD is not 24/7 on the forums!
First, fix your screenshots, they are showing different bets.
Then, contact support, and explain it clear and using few words.
Also, the bot keeps playing even if you refresh the tab/browser; this is normal (you are logged-in in the bot, and betting from it; not from the web browser)

And remember, the Dicebot is considered safe by Primedice, but PD does not offer support for it. (It doesn't mean that PD is not going to offer support if something goes wrong while you are using the bot; it means that if the problem was an error in the bot itself, PD is not responsible)
Anyway, pay attention to the log, because I have never seen the Seuntjie's DiceBot failing.

On the website not my rates I didn't do them

Its actually nice that you added Bitcoin Cash. Basically most of the early adopters hold both forked coins.

I actually sold some BCH too early, missed the spike to $4000 and now holding the rest and it would actually be pretty beneficial to just use to to gamble on PD.

Right now I think many are in the same position. BTC is low and people don't want to risk their BTC by gambling with it. So instead if they have an alt, like BCH which alot of the people from pre-2017 do, then they are more welcome to risking their BCH instead of risking their BTC.

Very smart move actually.

And we are very pleasant / satisfied with our Community feedback so far Wink

Are there any plans to add more ERC20 tokens to the betting options? It would be nice to see some ICO tokens be usable on your site, perhaps you could start with quite popular ones such as PumaPay or Quarkchain? Is it really difficult to add these, as it could definitely set you apart if you allowed users to gamble with any ERC20 token.

I don't think ERC20 tokens are ever used in any bitcoin service unless its an exchange.

Most of the ERC20 was to fund raise capital to eventually main-net launch their own blockchain. Basically pretty much what EOS did recently. Before that most of the tokens were mostly used for speculation, I don't think they had much use outside of that.

Since they are on the ETH blockchain, you might as well use just ETH, it is probably less volatile than some of the ERC20 tokens.

For some reasons (bad luck actually Smiley ) this one appeared very hard for me to accomplish. With thousands of bets made I haven't hit even one of the required numbers, so I gave up this time.

Nevertheless it's a great promo and there are over 40 valid entries already in the Bingo Challenge's thread:

https://forum.primedice.com/topic/33471-%F0%9F%8F%86-008-btc-bingo-challenge/

I wish good luck to all the participants! The prizes are great.

Btw, I successfully participated in the previous one and received 0.00116300 BTC to my PD balance. Smiley

Chance of hitting one of the nine numbers is a little below 0.1%, so expect to roll something like 1000 dices to achieve one hit (the chance of hitting it at 1000 rolls is something like 75%)

I'm sure it is possible. Anyway, I think the next coin may be related to privacy, there are some players waiting to play with zCash or Monero.

This is indeed a very smart move to do and very beneficial for both the users (gamblers) and PD itself. We all know that there's some chink between the BTC and BCH believers. Both of them have strong community that has their own opinions about certain things here in cryptosphere and by having both of these coin available in their platform, they are opening for both communities to gamble their coins. Most of us are holding these two coins and we have now the liberty to choose on what to gamble away and what to keep.  Grin
