629776/10000= Actual HE is 62% in favor of the player.

Of course the HE varies depending of the promotion and how many players participate of the giveaway, and the strategy you use to achieve it.

Sure, competition among dice sites is so tight in the last few years. Any sites can take over other sites in case of popularity, so the site should have their own ways to keep on the good track. Primedice do it very well so far by keeps on offering regular promo to their players so the players can stay as long as possible. It means that Primedice realizes about the tight competition and they do not want to lose their players move to other sites.
