It is up to edward who held the stream giveaways. Last time I joined, people only need to be active in chat and Edward choose the winners randomly using a random generator. He may change how he want to do the giveaway so you should watch and listen carefully.

Edward lost his balance in his primedice account for ± 11 BTC. XD
This is a huge sum for me, if I lost the gamble like that in less than 30 minutes, I think I've crazy now.

These days support isn't being done through tickets - they now have 24-hour live chat support.
Just make a new account, and click on the chat message icon in the bottom right to start chatting with support. As long as you can prove ownership of your previous accounts (eg. Through signed message from one of the addresses you deposited with), recovery shouldn't be a problem.

But this is basically a problem for most newbies. Most seasoned Bitcoiners know how to backup their username/password/2fa/etc and they will never lose access to their account, and they most likely never keep large amounts of BTC on there.

Making a newbie sign an address is very difficult. Most people's knowledge is outside of that scope and usually most people usually deposit from an exchange like Coinbase or Poloniex and don't have the private key from the originating address.

It is all about luck, I believe edward have ever lost his money by martingale as well. If it is always work for him then he would never be in -10btc last week IIRC. Martingale may give you big profit but may make you lose big as well. Thats how gambling works.

AFAIK, we need to watch edward's stream, followed his twitch, and being active on chat while his online. Then he will randomly pick lucky users. Sometimes, he does other type of giveaways too. Like posting something in forum etc.
