yes god exist and there are profs like who created nature who did the big bang who created you and when bad things happens to you doesn't mean he hates you everything happens has its own reason.

Thank you for volunteering as an example of someone who does not have 120 IQ

I just wanted to mention, that anyone who has been fooled into believing that science theory is fact, has been fooled by religion.

How did I know you were going to ignore my previous post?

Random question...

Were you home schooled, or did you go to a private Christian/Catholic school?

Why do you keep focusing on the two of us, rather than continuing to say that you have debunked the proof that God exists found in combining the 3 scientific laws, when you really haven't debunked anything?:
1. Cause and effect;
2. Complex universe;
3. Universal complexity.

Why do you believe he got an IQ in the 120? He's not able to get a logical reasonning...

He has decent spelling and grammar (Example: I've never seen him say something like, "He's not able to get a logical reasonning")

He does understand logic, he just refuses to accept it...

He types fast and responds quickly, showing he is quick on his feet.  He is cunning and manipulative with his words (in a religious delusion sort of way)

Don't let his religious beliefs fool you, not all religions people are morons... many intelligent people have been fooled by religion

Also note, IQ adjusts with age... I'm guessing 23, so if he's older than that, lower my estimation... If he's only 14, the kid is practically a genius and will be an Atheist within 2 years Wink

Well, thank you for all the kind words.

Much of what you say is inconsequential. Why would I want to get in the way of your silly beliefs?

The important things, like proving that God exists, are things that are self-evident to anybody who searches for the references using the things that I say. The only people that they are not self-evident to are people who are not very good thinkers, or those who don't want to see and don't look.

What I don't understand is why a seemingly educated person like yourself believes in these fairy tales...

I mean, I'd seriously pin your IQ in the 120-125 range... the top 10% on the planet!
Most people in this category are Atheist... because they chose to research religion and found all the lies, contradictions, deception, genocide, rape, slavery, homophobia, etc, etc, etc...

I just don't understand how anyone capable of logical thought can rationalize the insanity in the bible... talking snakes, living inside a fish for 3 days, walking on water, resurrection, et al

Why do you believe a 2000 year old book is a more accurate representation of reality than the scientific method?

Why do you believe he got an IQ in the 120? He's not able to get a logical reasonning...

When you watch, for example, the Youtube video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hhYsOQTfYEc, you find that Big Bang and Black Hole theory contradict themselves and each other. Since they contradict, they are nonsense...

Sorry, I tried to watch the 2 hour video you linked, but after 60 seconds I had to stop... The guy claimed that we have never witnessed the event horizon of a black hole, which is simply untrue... If his initial premise is a lie, his entire argument fails

We have observed black holes via telescope and we can see the event horizon. We can also see the predicted gravitational lensing of stars behind the black hole, which shows the theory has accurate predictive qualities (required to be considered a theory)
http://www.space.com/31548-event-horizon-telescope-black-hole-photos.html

He then goes on to claim that according to black hole theory, all matter should be inside the black hole, and that there cannot be more than 1 black hole
It's a shame we just built a brand new telescope to study black holes since there is only 1 of them, eh?

Guy does not have a clue...

You keep making the claim that there is scientific proof that God exists, yet you fail to provide this proof every time you are asked for it

You do not even understand the rigorous requirements for your evidence to be accepted by the scientific community

If you ever provide actual scientific evidence, or provide a link to a source for such evidence, I will gladly look at it and refute it...

But, if the best you have is propaganda/lies, you have nothing with substance worthy of debate

... except that he proves what he says mathematically.

I guarantee that he proves nothing... a mathematical proof is a very specific animal:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mathematical_proof#Methods (again with the definitions)

I refuse to watch the entire propaganda video, but if you queue up the math section for me, I will refute the math.  I got an A in calculus (and several math classes beyond calculus that you have never heard of), so I think I can handle it

The science laws that I have shown, cause and effect, complex universe, and universal complexity, prove that God exists.

Why should we go to the part of science that doesn't prove anything? Rather, lets go to the part of science that proves something.

Since religion talks about God, Which science has proven to exist, let's go to religion to see if we can prove more things about God. After all, the best parts of science which might prove that God does not exist, have been shown to be nonsense.

At least the Bible talks about things that exist. Science law talks about things that exist, as well, especially when it talks about God. Science theory talks about nonsense. Why go to the parts of science that talk nonsense? Let's go to the parts of science that talk proof... the proof that God exists. Then, let's try to use science to prove the things of the Bible.

Actually, there are many scientists that have proven much of the Bible. All one needs to do is search a little.

The bigger question is why do you continually avoid scientific proofs, and accept science nonsense as truth in place of the scientific proofs?

First thing out of his mouth is wrong.  We detected black holes, just recently we observed gravitational waves coming off two colliding black holes.
We detect something. We call them black holes. As the video states, both black hole and big bang theory are nonsense... with the reasons why. The thing we detected is black holes because somebody wants to call them black holes, not because they have anything to do with black hole theory.

If you think science is nonsense but bronze age myth is truth what are you doing on Internet posting on crypto currency forum?
If I thought these things, I still might post.

Posting that black holes and big bang are fact, doesn't make them fact when their theories have proven them to be nonsense. Why do you post that they are fact, since it is not their theories that make them fact?

If you are not intelligent enough to use your own discretion about this, consult one of the residents of your local funny farm.

Why do you deny the existence of Allah, but insist that Yahweh is the real God?

Why are you an Atheist with respect to Zeus, Odin, Vishnu, Hades, Thor, Waheguru, Aphrodite, Moloch, Thoth, Horus, Ra, and Allah... but not Yahweh?

You are an Atheist with respect to 3000+ deities!

Why did you choose to believe in Yahweh, rather than the other 3000+ gods available?

Allah is simply a translation of the word "god," and shouldn't be capitalized because it is a false god. It is capitalized either out of respect for Muslims, or because people don't understand it is only a simple translation.

Allah is a name, and with all names, it is capitalized... you should have learned this in kindergarten

When a word that means god is not capitalized, it shows that it is referring to a false god. When it is referring to the true God, that is the reason it is capitalized. Thus, allah should not be capitalized; it is simply the word "god," and it is a false god that it is referring to.
Sorry, wrong again, proper names are always capitalized in English...

The word god is another matter... when referring to a god or gods, it is always lowercase... it is only capitalized when it is used as a proper name...
God (with capital G) is the proper name of a specific god
(leave it to the Christians to usurp a category into a proper name)

I suppose if you could read Hebrew you would realize that Allah is Elohim, the God of Abraham

Quote from: Wikipedia/Allah
Allah is the Arabic word for God (al ilāh, literally "the God"), referring to the God in Abrahamic religions. The word has cognates in other Semitic languages, including Elah in Aramaic, ʾĒl in Canaanite and Elohim in Hebrew

Although, having read the original Hebrew, I would personally argue that Elohim is not the God of Abraham, rather יְהֹוָה/YHVH/Yahweh/Jehovah is the God of Abraham

So I came across this passage, and I was wondering if BADecker could interpret...

Quote from: Acts 16:29-31
29 The jailer called for lights, rushed in and fell trembling before Paul and Silas.
30 He then brought them out and asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
31 They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”

Is this saying that if I believe in Jesus, my entire family is saved?

I recall other parts of the bible stating that salvation was a personal matter, and that my personal faith could not save my family, only they can save themselves?

Seems like a contradiction here... and being that salvation through Jesus is the core of Christianity, you'd think they would be consistent throughout the bible, right?

As long as you are searching for contradictions, you will never see much of anything else in anything.

Translation:
Fuck if I know

Well, obviously you don't know. If you had, you wouldn't have consulted me, who you have shown over and over that you don't believe anyway. This also shows your inability to rationally calculate much of anything.

The moment people clearly and logically argue that you're wrong you start insulting them. That's not nice mr. christian dude.

Now you are calling af_newbie a Christian. Don't yo think that he might be insulted by that?

Cool

I was talking about you, not him. Didn't want to quote again. Either way you'll understand what you want.

Yabut, it's fun watching you squirm a little bit.    Grin

How about we all just ignore you from this moment on? It's just a question. Not sure what to do since you're so funny.
I mean we can talk, ok. Just keep it civilized.
Alrighty then.

I agree. Keep on with what you are doing. Something I might say just might get across to you and help you to be saved after all.
