Don’t sure about this one especially when you downloaded a suspicious link and you will be dead for sure. Securing your computer should be first before anything else because hackers are to genius and they all have the system to get your personal documents so don’t over confident about your operating system security.

So far I have always been careful in accessing the computers that I use so as to minimize the risks that occur on my computer, because almost all my passwords are stored on the computer even though I have a backup on other devices but when entering passwords it would be better if we rely copy paste without typing manually.
For programs that protect my personal computer, I only rely on premium AV that helps maintain computer health.

The best computer protection is using a safe Linux operating system on it. I have installed Ubuntu Linux on all computers a long time ago and am very pleased with it. I do not need to monitor antivirus programs, because there are no viruses in the Linux operating system.

I have experienced that and often. Indeed, I had previously participated in airdrop. And it really must be done to install a wallet. Yes, you are right. Linux-based operating systems are more protected against the introduction of viruses. I also prefer to work on it. But besides that, I always use my browser in the sandbox. After closing the browser, everything is destroyed to its original state. From phishing sites, you can protect yourself with extensions for Google Chrome. And of course, do not mix work and entertainment. Let there be two computers for different purposes. This is minimal protection that works very effectively.

These issue of viruses is becoming more and more rampant these days and it becoming a little bit scary for me. I really don't know why people will be out to deliberately set up malware's that will do harmony to other people or even trying to steal personal details of other members. Best to to always stay safe and have backups for all files

I have two separate computers. The first one is for personal use. If anything happens to it, like it got malware or virus, I simply wipe the drives and reformat it.

The second one is for crypto and online banking use. This one I only plug into the internet when I use it to transfer coins, make online transactions or update anti-virus and anti-malware. Other than that, it is unplugged or unconnected to the internet. By isolating it to the rest of the world, it is completely safe from hackers and viruses.

So far I have never had a problem with my wallet or computer security.
