BLock 698 seems to be a hard one to find (at least on Maxminers)... almost 1,5 hours since last block was found.

So....pardon my ignorance and lack of ability to read any kind of code whatsoever....but does the 50,000 total coins mean that the POW will be 1000 coins, and the PoS will make it 50000 total after the 50000% ? or will POW be 50000 coins?

Lots of scilence from dev I been trying to contact/ advise him all day but get nothing in response. I put my name on this and am hoping this dev does come here and speaks on his project.

It seems this could be Prototype for new scam. Hide premine, stake it and dump it while ppl are busy with hard low block reward minig.
