It really needs block expolorer....
For a limited time only:
time's up. I'm stopping the daemon, there's little sense in prolonging the agony.
https://minkiz.co/abe/chain/PrototypeCoinChain

At least one poster has made a pointed enquiry about the destination of the premined 750 PTY which has persuaded me to re-enable the explorer:

https://minkiz.co/abe/chain/PrototypeCoinChain

Ofc, tx data can be tracked using the RPC interface, however (and I'm not implying that it is the case here) there have been reported instances where the RPC interface code was hacked to conceal malfeasance. Abe has the overwhelming advantage over RPC-based block explorers that it can read the blockchain directly, rendering it immune to such shenanigans and a more reliable authority --- and that is what's needed in this instance.

I'll leave the explorer up for a week while everyone gets sorted.

Cheers

Graham

you sir are a gentleman and I applaud your participation, in a fair manner , def gonna write your name down and look for you in the future if i need anything related to the services you provide..

thanks

Q

Lol.
This thread is very funny.
Chain stuck,people just blame the dev about the explorer instead to find a solution,user blame against igotspot. Igotspot promote his coin on other coins thread.....lol..this is really funny.

Pop corn time.

I warned you guys.

ROFL. No you didn't. You said that the high staking percentage would cause the coin to implode. You were talking about the value of the coin This is completely different.

Ok, then I warned you  Grin

Don't get me wrong or anything. I'm not defending the coin. I just have a low tolerance for BS.

There were too many red flags for me to get involved in this coin (though I considered it). After finding the premine in the code, I took a cursory look at the code and found references to superblocks. I don't know if those superblocks have been disabled or not (perhaps they're a remnant from the original code that this coin was copy and pasted from), but I figured it's not worth my time to comb through the code to find out.  If I find too many red flags, I simply pass on the coin (like this one) and look for a better opportunity.

Going to shutdown the main node and restart it.
Main node: 42 active conections.
Please add a prototypecoin.conf file to your appdata directory adding some more nodes(then restart wallet)

addnode=81.0.115.127
addnode=52.10.221.112
addnode=94.37.115.123
addnode=188.226.235.34
addnode=218.86.162.2
addnode=92.55.100.95
addnode=5.9.56.229
addnode=197.36.158.166
addnode=148.251.41.117
addnode=98.210.129.132
addnode=31.201.76.220
addnode=89.151.179.117

Anyone willing to give this noob step by step directions on how to do this in my wallet? That is, if this is intended for the wallet anyway. lol

You need to wait while they get things sorted. Its broken at the moment.

hey guys only 400 blocks mined 1 coin each yet we have this "moneysupply" : 1173.00000000,

Has this issue been explained by the dev yet?

yes

MINE AT OWN RISK

That's not an explanation. I'd like to know where those coins are and what they are for. Dumping?

He hasn't explained anything, but there was a 750 coin premine on block one. I found it in the code and it was confirmed by the block explorer before it was taken down.
