i think 5x rollover mean 2x5= 0.10 btc wagered required to take withdraw, as your status of playing game shows you did not completed the 5x rollover so it will be hard to get withdraw from there, you must complete required condition to take withdraw. Wink

But the question is, where your players can check how many wager they have got? Should they count it by themselves or they can ask you by email?

As what OP said, payouts are processed no more than 24hours. So you just need to wait

I think that is for every kind of withdraws.I received money in my wallet in approximately 5 hours after what I requested withdraw last night.That 24 hours is maximum time limit for any requested to be completed.
