So how I check if results are being generated provably fair? Do you guys have answer already? As far as I know it can be so algorithm so when you play low you win and when you bet higher you lose, I've seen something like that before. Also I did not find any information about house edge. How high is it?

Perhaps its better to change the rules not with higher deposit but with rollover just like other casinos.

I agree with panjul07 that you should put a (low) rollover requirement instead.
What you want to attract is gamblers but not visitors who just deposit and withdraw bitcoin no matter what size the deposits are.

Yap, that's the point. People will keep on abusing by creating as many as account they want. Once they got high prize or jackpot in one of their accounts, they will deposit to withdraw their winning.
Lets say I create 10 accounts, all get 0.02btc and 9 of them busted but 1 of them hit 1btc/jackpot. Of course, I will risk my 0.02 to get 1btc profit. Or more extreme, as what Dannie said "visitor will just deposit and withdraw without playing" (it will make your site seems like a ponzi)

You need to be more strict on the rules...

that condition does not make any sense your offer about 0.02 btc that required same deposit it will give a look of ponzi scam where users can double get amount back that is sign of clear scam and nobody will make deposit after this requirement, better put rollover condition before take withdraw that looks much interested in gambling term
