I don't think that is a good idea.
If a player can deposit 1 mBTC and withdraw 21 mBTC afterwards without playing, I can see a lot of people will be doing the same, and why would the site owner allow that to happen?

You will probably need to win x200 to withdraw it, although it may be less but he didnt specify as you said, everything is reall weird, maybe even the website itself its a virus, i wouldnt go there honestly until someone verifies its safe
