Desiring sex is actually quite human, for normal people, and rape is another expression of people with no mornals or self control as with other types of crime. Just because someone commits crime doesn't mean that they're sub human. It's the environment that they're raised in. A child raised in a culture of crime will likely turn criminal. I know that sexually dysfunctional people can also be more likely to rape due to whatever mental problems they have but it's not always this group of people who rape even though their numbers are growing.

I believe that the rapists need to cut off the genitals and throw them in jail for the rest of their lives. Such critters have no right to have sex and live a full life, this will reduce the number of rapes.
Some crimes nowadays is involving raped. Some people are raping others to have their wants to their victim. Put in a jail or even give them a dangerous punishment should be given to those who raped others. Because if you are being raped, many problems can occurs to you like trauma. It's not fair if the punishment for the rapist is this. His family member would suffer. How do we know that the rapist is affected if one of his family member will be raped too? He is the one who commited the crime, so he is the only one who must be punish.
I agree with you. Punishing the family members is a retrograde step. And I support that measure only for offenses such as terrorism, and only if it is clear that the family members were aiding the criminal. But raping the family member of a rapist is a barbaric measure.

In India for the past few years there are many rape incidents happen and there are no safely young women in this country. The rapists are not even punished and are left freely. I do not know how will the victims lead their life after such incident has happen in their life. In some countries, the rapists are let off freely if they marry the victim. In some countries, the rapists are given death sentence.

I think rapists are evil, so they deserve a punishment that would make them regret what they have done. Centuries ago, punishments for those who committed crime were brutal, some would be sentenced death penalty in a brutal way. I think if we don't have any human rights right now, such punishment would be suitable for them.
