rape is the worst happening for a woman life. it is a curse for them. I think this worst experience always keep them themselves in the panic. so the rapist should be punished with a capital punishment. the death penalty is appropriate for them.
giving this punishment it should be an example to other people who have a little intention to commit this type of inhuman activities. that is why death penalty would be the most appropriate punishment for a rapist.

Death Penalty, this will be the best punishment for the rapist. For the person who destroy the dignity and the body of women. They don't deserve a life. Castrate them then hang them. Unlike other heinious crime like murder and homicide, which can be trigerred by deep and uncontrolled anger, there is just no justification or reason for rape. Rape is something only sick minds can do. So a sick punishment is fair enough.
Rape actually happens because this person cant control his mind and that person usually never or does not understand about masturbation. It's better to masturbate or hire commercial sex workers instead of raping people.

Do I think that a rapist should marry the victim? No, that's insanely dumb and is just going to lead to a horrible marriage. Do I think they should me killed in some sort of way, yes I do. Can I even come close to thinking about the best way for these people to be murdered, no that's not something that I've given much though to.

Rapists doesn't deserve second chance as they ruin life of victim and also their families and it will be impossible to recover from it after the major loss so death penalty should be applicable to each and every rapists and should be hanged till death on the spot without wasting any time as they don't deserve to be a part of this society.
Rapist should suffer more; they need to get in jail first before to their death.

I believe that such garbage should be cut off by the genitals and thrown into prison until the end of life so that they can not commit such cases. They are not the place among normal people.

If someone rape a person, He should be punish into death sentence. It maybe a cruel law but for sure it will be effective. Many will get fear about it. I would like to recommend the death penalty for the rapist
Obviously I agree with the death penalty for a rapist. Rape must be given as much as possible, until a rapist can not commit another crime.Or it could not give the death penalty, but for his penis can not function as a means of intercourse.
Imagine what will happen if this proposal is implemented in countries such as South Africa. There are approx. 50,000 cases of reported rape every year in South Africa. If death penalty is made mandatory, then the population will decline by 1 million in two decades.

I think that death sentence is too much even in such a dramatic situation...and solution to this problem can be different in different situatiins.....anyway I am of thouse who dont want such a situation to happen....all i can do now it\s just to hold the immaculate vision that this will be changed very soon

A rape is one of the worst things you can do to another human being. I would never show any mercy to those who commit it, because my sense of privacy is high and I hate when someone crosses my border. Those people with their horrible guilt didn't show any respect to the other person, so they shouldn't be respected nowhere. Especially because you don't know how vulnerable was the victim and how much it destroys his/her life.
The best punishment for the rapist must be decided by the victim herself. Whether its a death penalty, life imprisonment, torture, walk of shame, forced marriage, etc...

I don't think that the victim is a right person to decide what's punishment should be given to the suspect. We don't have to put the law in our hands. There are right person who's in the right position to do that.
I agrees with those who suggested death penalty, as the punishment. As my understanding there are two crimes deserve death penalty, rapes and drug dealers.
