Putting money in lottery is already a gambled thing, You are just buying ticket even if it's free the prize pool is still big how much money actually do you spend for each tickets? Calculate it and know how much you lose every time you are making a bet predicting numbers are too difficult.
Yeah you are right. Lottery is absolutely a kind of gambling. Spend your money to those ticket and wish that will win the jackpot is gambling. I hate lottery because in my local area people running the lottery are scanmers and liars

Hello everyone, so I joined freebitcoin about a week ago, I can afford to buy around 500-1000 lottery tickets. But when I see last round the first winner has just 120 tickets but other winners got 10000+ tickets, if I buy around 1000 tickets, will it be worth and is it like gambling? Will it be addictive? Guys please tell me that lottery is second form of gambling or not?
Yes it is, of course, obviously. Lottery is gambling too, how much money do you spend to buy around 1000 tickets? Well, it depends on your luck to win the lottery due to many people involved and buy a lot of tickets. It will be addicted if you keep chasing to win it instead you just get losses.

Putting money into anything to win a pot would be gambling including raffles and lotteries.
No question about that, anything that involves money to make money is a form of gambling, even in investment we can call that as gambling due to the fact that we do not know the outcome of the our investment. We are gambling in the sense that we rely on our skills and knowledge to predict the outcome of investment. There's no assurance we will succeed but the risk can be measured in different level.

Anything you do that includes a chance of winning money, is gambling, or just taking a risk for a desired result is gambling. Betting in lottery in our country is for charity called PCSO. So in someway, when you bet in a lottery, it's also considered a donation. It's two birds with one stone (when you win the lottery while donating at the same time)

As long as we are wagering money, that's considered as gambling and that's a good purpose that betting for lottery has something to be funded for charity. But I'm thinking how about if there is a winner that needs to be paid by that charity or he takes all the funds with his win, is there something that is still going to be allocated or shared to the charity.

I don't think so, others might just win the lottery by having 120 tickets or more but it doesn't mean that if you also have some tickets that you are sure that you can win this lottery thingy doesn't mean you were right. Most of the time, being envious to others will just put you in the situation that you never thought that can happen, just like for example is you wanted to buy enough tickets because you think that if you have some, you are going to win the lottery but in the end you have just lost, then you will be just disappointed and start to think how to win it back in time and that is the start of your addiction in gambling.

Playing at the local lottery is also considered as gambling, but just a low risk one.
You bet small to win big, which is still a bet.
Lottery is the most safest bet as you can not lose a lot, a ticket costs less then 3$ so if you risk and lose that, thats not a big problem.
I do not think so. There are still many people who spent lots of money on the lottery. They believe that they can win the super jackpot from it. In my local area, I know a man who buys more that 40 lottery tickets per day. And now he has to sell his house in order to have money to live

Yeah, of course it is. However I am not sure why you would even attempt to take that gamble. I mean, if you are legit about your gambling then you should always go to a casino and play blackjack - thats the best odds.

THe house edge on lottery tickets are consistently 50% or more. Not the best deal.
Nah, I don't agree with you.

Some people want to feel the dream about buying a lottery ticket for 2$ and become a billionaire.
I think that lottery is the best gamble as you don't need to risk a large amount of money in order to have a big amount in return.
It also doesn't involve a lot of risk to your funds.

The chance to win the lottery is very small and the fact that someone could buy more than one tickets should also take into our consideration. Even with small amount of money but if we did it very often, it can cost us a huge amount of money.

Gambling depends on luck only.If luck is with you, you will win or if not then you will lose.No skills are needed, I think lottery ticket is similar of gambling. In this, you need luck as well. It's a type of gambling. There's no guarantee that you will win or lose, it will depend on your luck.

And with this game of lottery this is the hardest type of gambling game to defeat the house and how can you predict that you can be a big winner. And also an addition that betting in lottery is surely a way of gambling too because you are wagering your money. I don't gamble with this game, because I lose hope for betting with this long time ago.

Well, i have different opinion about lottery. Actually, i am not agree on it, that lottery is a part of gambling. I can say that lottery is a game but it is not gambling game. Both are different games, but both have similarity so that's why people consider that lottery is a part of gambling. But in my thinking, it is not a part of gambling, because lottery is lottery and gambling is gambling.

Technically you're wrong. Gambling by definition means risking something and if you were lucky, you would get a prize. You're right both have similarity but lottery has no difference with all the other gambling games out there. You legit have no explanation or anything why would you consider lottery as just a game and not a gambling game. You must be a part of that majority of people that think of lottery as a normal thing and is socially accepted but all the other games like poker are 'gambling games' that makes you addicted and lose all your money.

C'mon people. Lottery is the biggest gambling ever

Lottery is the most famous way of gambling but also it is the worst way of gambling at the same time because of the tiny chance of winning it has. you pay a moderate amount to have a very tiny chance of winning a rather big profit.

i say it is never worth it because of the rare chance of winning.
Lottery is a really a popular gambing game, in which there is 0% involvement of skill and experience, but I think in lottery there is always a very little amount of money to be invest and the  price is always a big one, so although there are very little chance of winning in lottery gambling but If you got the chance you can really make a good profit with a very very little investment.

Wow you are going to waste money in lottery but you can get your money back with 10x when you win but this needs more luck Tongue when you are dealing with number and if you can afford to buy lottery tickets then buy it. It's actually gambling but good luck you will not going to addictive on that because in the end you will be lazy to bet in lottery.
yeah i don't think it's worth buying that many tickets as it would totally be a waste. lottery for me is destiny. if you're destined to win the jackpot, it doesn't matter whether you have one or several tickets. if it's yours, then it's yours. better to just buy a couple and then hope that you win instead of believing that the more tickets you buy would give you a better chance of winning because it won't.
