Every price of a coin or token depends on it's quality, I guess that's your answer, if a coin or token is not good enough it's never going to work and in time it will lose value so it's good to buy or hold quality coins and tokens
I will not give you advice on specific coins, this will not be correct. But in my opinion you should look in depth and find projects that solve real world problems in a new way using blockchain technology.
It does not matter what with these projects now, in the framework of exchange speculation, in the future it will be forwards of the crypto market.

Surely both points must be used to invest in altcoin because if the altcoins are low quality and the price is quite high then the coin will not last long and vice versa, but most importantly the quality Because it will guarantee the price will increase for the future and now we can see there are still many investors who still survive in the quality altcoin although the price is currently down but they are convinced that the price will later Increased.
Nope, as long as quality is concern the price is great, same as the volume of the coin. Lot of altcoins with great team and project are usually succeed. If you can see the top 100 coins at the coinmarketcap almost all of them are great project, no quality project are dumped with the low price and volume.I highly suggest to OP that you should pick the coin that have a great project and consider their team members also, Every great project that is being launch have a bigger chance to pump and succeed. For me quality is a must when you are going to invest into an altcoin.
Both are needed when choosing what altcoins to invest, its necessary to look for these criteria to not end up in a coin that has no value and uses.
Look for the progress and development even its in the bottom because it will not stay at the same status forever (just like some of the coins I hold).

For long term it should be quality and for short term like investors and traders wants immediate profit they will choose price. But we have our different opinions regarding on this matter. Im for long term so i pick quality .
Exactly, nice words however we can also choose both of it especially for long time that may consider its quality and the price while the price is at early stage. but for me its the entire project that matters rather than the price as of today. If you really believe in the quality of the project make sure to follow it and watch for its price to be not left behind.

Same here. The first thing you need to look at is the quality of the project. The price is just secondary. Because without substance, price doesn't matter. What I mean is, if the project has nothing to offer to the community, the price is not relevant to check as this will just decline so easily because there is nothing holding in it.

I like to buy crypto at a cheap price when I first release it in market exchange. Because if it has climbed high can just go down because many investors and the airdrop hunters sell their tokens. I also like the projects that fall in their origin always develop the project continuously because some projects like this no one falls and they always have a price. Low Altcoins If they have further development they will not be in a low stamp, will be the top altcoin in Coinmarketcap.
You can buy thousands of cheap altcoins, but why would you do that? Investors needs to recognize the coin which has a potential and which has not. And that mean that you have to choose only real quality crypto projects with a future. 
The most important thing is that the project has constant updates. Before you buy a coin, you need to observe the project and understand that the team is really serious about success.
Pay attention on top 100 of coinmarket, I think all have some perspectives because currency trades on different markets and have some volume of trades
Currently, because of the condition of the market, I just trade high ranking altcoins. New coins could scam or even the team could sell all their holding and crash the price then move on to create another project.
if both are present why not, but if i need to choose that would be quality, now a days people only see the price for the short period of time without knowing the project itself, if the coin/token has the good quality the price will follow its just a matter of time. so always invest your money to those project with good quality .
Yeah you are right we should invest in a coin that has good potential and good quality as being blind about investing our money is the worst choice. Quality and potential matters and price never remain the same so it will surely get change if the coin will have potential and ability to change the price upwards so always choose trustworthy and good coin to invest money that has both qualities. 
of course i would prefer coins that have high popularity in the market, because with that popularity at least the coins have better quality and exchange rates because of high demand in the market. buying low altcoins will only make us wait longer if we want better profits but when we are just starting and want to learn every different coin movement then i guess that won't be a problem
The price is generally unimportant. What difference does it make how many coins you buy if these coins carry nothing along and their price will fall. It is stupid when choosing to look at the price. So I think not only in crypt. And in all aspects of life. The price can decide only when you need to buy one piece. And in cryptocurrency, you can buy half the token, or even less.
Hi I'm not a technical guy and I really want to invest in altcoins. Fo you guys which do you guys prefer in this time when buying your altcoins?
Do you still like to buy those under rank cryptos that low price or you preferred to buy those on the top? Or do you prefer projects which have constant project development and updates that still build even though they fell from the bottom? Or you skip those low satoshi altcoins even though they still have great developments?
And if you can give me some idea too to where I can research project development statistics and quality of altcoins. Sorry for my English?

I'd go for both, if I will invest in altcoins I would definitely check on the quality first and then the price to make sure I'm investing on something that is worth the money and effort. As we all know there are so many altcoins and some are not in the system anymore, they sure to come and go so it is advisable to make sure you invest on the right altcoin before regretting anything.
