The quality decides the potential and growth of any altcoin and this is must important thing we should always put in our mind before investing in altcoins the second thing I would say that we should not fall in any kind of unnecessary hype which is related to altcoins always try to understand the quality of altcoins in which we are thinking about to invest in.

quality is the main thing, where we see and analyze how the market cap, volume and liquidity of the coin. it's useless if the price is high but doesn't have good quality because the potential for the increase is very doubtful.

Coins without use cases will never be profitable in long term
And that will always be garbage coin as people will be ignoring such coin and that will be a dead useless coin in the future. Use case means the quality of the coin. The price doesn't matter a lot in this case as so many coins with high price become shitcoin. Credit as a coin with the use case has already proven if the development is everything.

Price varies upon the quality in which people seek to demand. I prefer on choosing quality over price, because I do believe that those on the top list are all quality alts except that they were first to be launched. Besides price will change at the end of the day. Better yet picking the quality and the beneficial one.

Price is an irrelevant aspect.

Perhaps looking at price for an indication of the volatility of the coin is more accurate than looking at price for the long term success potential of a coin. Psychologically, people are more willing to buy and sell coins which are priced lower because they feel less of an attachment to the transaction, and as a result lower priced coins are generally more volatile.

But if you're wanting to analyse a coin's long term potential, look at:

a) fundamental
b) market cap
c) team and developers

That's all you need, really. Unless you believe in TA.

I think most of us would prefer quality over price but the thing is, are there any projects that is with low quality with high price value. I think it is the price itself says a lot the the project has a high class of quality if not then the project will surely die due to its lack of quality or under achieving and will surely affects its price.

I think quality is more important. And right now I prefer the top coins to invest. Because i think investing in these coins is both less risky and much safer way.

In my experience, its very hard to pick a coin that is undervalued or not on top 100. Most of my gem that is not on top 100 are not performing well but I still hold them though, for long term because they keep on building their product. But I think I holding top coins is better than researching about new one, given that their value is almost on bottom now. If it go down a little bit then go DCA, if you are aiming for long term.

the fact that there are still a lot of people investing in low-value satcoins with few satoshi (these altcoins are down a few hundred to hundreds of times from the beginning) with the desire to make a big profit when these altcoins recover, I Know some people who succeed with this way.
This is a venture capital option coming from them. Those altcoins will probably die in the future because the price has dropped hundreds of times, but sometimes some altcoins are suddenly working again and the price is increasing a lot. In 2019 I saw the EGT, its price has increased 300 times from the bottom and helped many people gain a profit by investing in it.

How do we judge the quality of a coin? whether based on ranking in the coin marketcap or based on our assessment of whether or not the project is good. And for me personally, deciding to invest or start buying coins of course when the price of the coin is cheap and also the coins that we will buy have the potential to be able to recover and make a profit and actually do not have to be the top coins we buy, but we can also see opportunities from new coins that have the opportunity to give us even a small profit.

You own the pen
Hi I'm not a technical guy and I really want to invest in altcoins. Fo you guys which do you guys prefer in this time when buying your altcoins?
Do you still like to buy those under rank cryptos that low price or you preferred to buy those on the top? Or do you prefer projects which have constant project development and updates that still build even though they fell from the bottom? Or you skip those low satoshi altcoins even though they still have great developments?

And if you can give me some idea too to where I can research project development statistics and quality of altcoins. Sorry for my English?

As you can see, most of the users both preferred the price and quality, as simple as that. There are so many Altcoins that are cheap when they first introduced. it is impossible to choose which one of them is gonna become successful in the future. However, if you are not rushing to invest, you can always look for a better quality Altcoins to invest your money with.

When you want to invest in altcoins in this market, you need to check a lot of things to be able to make the best decision. First we have to check the quality of the project, that project must have a product and a team dev works every week. Next, the project must have large volumes at the exchange to ensure liquidity. Never invest in altcoins without volumes in this market. And finally we should look for cheap altcoins to invest in because if the bull run occurs it will be more profitable.

I prefer projects that have continuous development because that will make prices more stable.
I do not want prices that are too high, as long as the market liquidity is maintained.
It is also useless if you have high prices but low liquidity and market volume, there is no point.

I prefer quality rather than price. If quality is good then why I will wait? I know if the quality is good then price will be up.Few months ago Bought A coins which was not so popular but their quality( development and real working project)  was good.I bought that when price was 0.01$ that time that was not in CMC after few days that coin reached 0.09$ and sold it.So focus on quality not price nor trading volume.but If you are new in this area don’t do this in beginning.

Of course users need to invest with the quality of the project then i think we also need to think about the price like if the alts, tokens have high price then for me buy or invest only a little with that then wait until that turn cheap or in low price then if new alts only then i think we really need to choose if this have very cheap price
Alts with quality soon will gain profit. As long as the project or alt have active marketing strategy it will soon bear fruits that will be noticed by many investors. We just need to double check whether it is really a quality project since it will be sure noticed if its really is.

When a crypto currency has a good quality it usually has a good price as well, unfortunately in crypto space there are a lot of coins or tokens that are basically just good ideas but they don't have any utility or anywhere to use them so they end up being more like a "buy it now and sell later if price goes up" and they have no other use at all. However once in a while there comes a coin where the premise of it is to use it on something niche and some people fall for it and everyone buys, is it good quality?

I don't know, BNB looks like good quality for example and has a great blockchain but you can have a utility of it to pay less fee's on worlds biggest exchange as well. So, if you have a good quality coin, you will have a high market cap as well. Except the few rare rotten eggs like XRP at the top and BCH as well, rest are usually good coins.

Projects with constant updates and development with good liquidity is a good coin to invest if the team are sincere and has a strong community.High price does not always mean a good project. Bitconnect was formerly in the market with a high price, but today it crashed.

Altcoin prices are very risky. Because Bitcoin moves before them. You need to make a more detailed plan before buying Altcoin. See large-scale projects in Coinmarketcap. This allows you to make healthier decisions.
