Sorry OP but I don't think you are being serious about stoping gambling and the last topic you have created on the gambling board proves this.
If you are serious about quitting gambling then the first thing you need to do is to stop interacting with gamblers.
Being very active on a gambling board means that you are still obsessed with this activity and you are not mentally ready to get over it.

He may be serious or just considering the possible options. There is a lot to think if you really want to be successful, an attempt based just on an impulse the momentum is likely to fade away at the first difficulty. When trying you first need to be absolutely convinced that there are not other options like reducing, getting someone to help you control the gambling, etc... There is always a chance that may be better.

If to quit gambling is easy or hard it's very individual. If you are already addicted then it would be hard, not to say impossible, at least without proper help.
If you gamble just for joy or fun then it would be easy but in that situation why would you quit gambling? Only in case that gambling costs you a lot of money because of big losses.
My advice is always to use your head and common sense, don't ever let gambling gets you over and then there will be no need to quit gambling.

Everybody should not quit gambling because they hate it. Gambling is not a profession; it's not an ideal means of making money. Whoever gambles for fun will not think of quitting. Even those who see it as a means of earning money will not stop gambling because they believe that's what can fetch them quick cash. The least likely people to quit gambling are those who have become so addicted to it that they are doing crazy things (like picking pockets, borrowing money, etc.) just to gamble, but it's even more difficult to convince an addict to stop gambling.

I suppose you are right but the problem is that most gambling addict never actually admit to themselves the truth that their habit are actually causing problems for them. Gambling is actually quite fun and easy to control if you have actually have set principles for yourself concerning your gambling habit and again one major contributory that can lead every gambler to become an addict is the will to keep chasing your losses which actually is triggered by HUMAN GREED.

If you are serious about quitting gambling then the first thing you need to do is to stop interacting with gamblers.
Being very active on a gambling board means that you are still obsessed with this activity and you are not mentally ready to get over it.

I dont think his main purpose is to quit gambling completely, but he want to quit from his mindset "gambling as a major income". Means that he will still gambler but for fun purpose only, not taking it as a way to make money for his living. So it is not surprising to see that he is still active interacting with others about his gambling activities.
But maybe the OP is gathering experience from the forum community is it difficult to stop gambling, basically he just seems to be collecting votes and as we can see everyone can stop gambling and get rid of his addiction by changing his mindset to be more positive for example looking for something a new hobby or busy with work that might make us slowly forget about gambling.

There are also many other ways suggested by friends in this thread that at least help reduce it, because not all gamblers are addicts, let alone gamblers on this forum really understand how to deal with it. Reducing hours of gambling can also help us avoid gambling. as you can see the OP is also creating a new thread about streaming gambling meaning he doesn't really want to give up gambling but is just looking for a collection of advice and votes in this thread.

I think people like that are must careful because they are carried away by the entertainment they intend to gamble so that they find the desire to always feel happy, that is another word for addiction that originates from the pleasure that they get from gambling, always wanting to be entertained is stupidity In my opinion, because this world is not always about entertainment, so he needs to limit his desire for pleasure to always be entertained, and he also needs to realize that gambling is not the only place for him to get pleasure.
Maybe he needs to find other ways to have fun because he can still use many things to get that pleasure. By looking for something else, he doesn't need to feel defeated or lose his money because he may have fun without spending money. But he needs to try his hardest to get out of gambling, especially if he is already in a position of gambling addiction. People addicted to gambling will find it difficult to find other sources of pleasure because they only think about gambling.

If we arent on the situation then most people would really be definitely be able to say that quitting should be simple but for those people who had been mainly affected by addiction is something that cant

really be that easily on getting rid of it and this is why we cant really make out conclusions that it would really be that something that would be easy to be done specially into those people who are really that
already getting addicted with gambling. For some people who do able to stop gambling addiction are the ones who do have that good mental strength but most of the people would really be failing
on doing so and this is why such situation gotten more worst.

Getting some help from your loved ones or having that professional seek of help? Possible but not really much needed if you are really just that true to yourself on quitting gambling but due
to those motives on making money then you would really be definitely be having a hard time on quitting because of those kind of motives and hopes in mind.
However, those who are addicted to gambling still need help from others to get out of gambling and cure their gambling addiction. They may not be aware of their gambling addiction problem and think everything is fine. For this reason, people who care about him are needed who can see that he is already addicted to gambling so they can help him.

And people who are not too deep into gambling must immediately realize that gambling is not a good thing for them, especially if they have lost many times. They should be able to think long and hard about gambling again because, with everything they get, they can experience more losses if they don't stop gambling immediately.

Unchecked gambling harms individuals and society. Its harmful behavioural habits have been compared to substance addiction in academia. Gambling is often started for fun or to get money, but it may quickly become an addiction. Online gambling, with its allure of secrecy and accessibility, has compounded this issue. Thus, the claim that self-control prevents addiction is unduly optimistic. Today's cyber casinos are relentless and seductive, and our minds can't withstand temptation forever. I know this seems judgemental, but I think it's best to avoid gambling if possible to avoid addiction.
From having fun, a person will start to become addicted to playing gambling, especially if he can win several times. He will assume that gambling can bring him money so he will want to keep trying it for more money. Gambling can always entice users to return to gambling because casinos always provide attractive promotions. Especially now, many casinos give promos that make people want to take them.

Sometimes our brain plays us badly, because we believe that we can control everything, but when we play and we like it a lot and we want to continue playing, who prevents it? Nobody, the only thing that prevents this is to stop losing, and how? With the responsibilities we have, that's the only way we can stop, and sometimes we ourselves can say, well this week I'm not doing this or sacrificing that, and that's how addiction starts because it gives much more importance to the game than to your own basic things of daily life, and it starts to get all ugly and bad, that's what to avoid.
We can prevent that by learning to control ourselves so our brains won't even think about continuing to gamble. So if we can control ourselves, we can also stop gambling, which will not be too difficult. But people who are used to gambling need more time to try to reduce their gambling activities. And indeed, we must also be able to be responsible in playing gambling so that we always remember that we must have limits in gambling.

Quit gambling now!

Hey man! You're contradicting yourself. You said it yourself you hate gambling and at same time and same time you're giving out a clarion call for people to join you in gambling as for entertainment purpose. If you hate a thing you're supposed to do it entirely. If you have decided to quit gambling great for you but you don't need to drag responsible gamblers into your tent.
For the link provided can you do well to explain what's behind the link some of us are curious and dying in suspense to know what's behind the link as we're careful not to expose our security and data to malware trap.

Kick is a new streaming site similar to Twitch. It uses the same backend technology as Twitch, that's why they look very similar. It isn't malware but also not really worth clicking through. The OP's channel is just him streaming for many hours each day auto-rolling tiny amounts of XRP on WolfBet's dice game. Doesn't seem like he is very sincere about quitting gambling and is just creating threads for self-promotional purposes.

I think if you understand that gambling is about entertainment, then you’ll find yourself quitting gambling when it stops being fun. The problem is that people want to chase the fun and that usually leads to losses, sometimes life changing that can affect relationships or even damage your financial future. Stick to fun, but stop when the fun stops.
When you see that gambling is becoming excessive for you, the first thing is to draft a withdrawal method and apply them to your everyday gambling life, because addiction can happen to anyone as long as you gamble excessively more than what you can afford.

So even though one gamble for fun there is also tendency of becoming addicted because addiction does not happen to only  those chassing money
It's a good advice to do precaution like that. A withdrawal method is more effective if you are aren't an addicted to gambling but it becomes difficult and sometimes ineffective if you are an addict given that you can control your desire to do gambling. There are different reason why gamblers are being addicted to gambling and the more pleasure they get is the more desire they want to do gambling. Slowly stopping is I believe effective if you're still a casual gambler. Try it, if you want to stop or to notnget succumb by gambling.
Yes and even at that some still fine it hard to follow their laydown principles of time management and if this is not properly put in check, even though if the player has all the principles he will still end up in the situation that wants to avoid because a lot easier said than done and when it comes gambling addiction and its management it best to avoid falling into it at first and that is why setting a time priority and all the what have you before you start is very important.

      -   Well, of course, for gamblers who only think of it as entertainment, it's easy for them. Because gambling isn't a big deal to them, it's just a pastime.
I’m thinking like this before when I start gambling that I can quit whenever I like since I play just to kill time during my vacation but now I’m still finding to have time just to gamble. I’m not addicted but I want to play gamble even once a week or a month but I can’t totally quit on it. It’s really hard if you really being entertained on the games.
Many think like that but cannot stop gambling and eventually become addicted to gambling when they cannot control themselves. We think about many things before we start gambling, but when we get into gambling, we won't remember what we have to hold on to, so we don't get too into gambling. And that's what makes it difficult for people to get out of gambling; many even become addicted to gambling. This is a serious thing that must be considered by many people who still play gambling until now so that they can really control themselves while playing gambling.

Sometimes our brain plays us badly, because we believe that we can control everything, but when we play and we like it a lot and we want to continue playing, who prevents it? I think to quit gambling, it is important to find a positive activity to replace the time and energy previously spent on gambling. Find satisfaction in activities that promote development, such as sports, learning new skills or developing intellectual interests.
Let the changes be challenging, but only with effort can you succeed and enjoy a fulfilling and creative life.
Yes having a suitable replacement makes everything worth it because if you leave an addiction in a vacuum it means you may slide back to it but if there is a replacement it becomes hard for the addict to slide back since he/she will be engaged in more active and pleasurable activities that will keep the mind away from gambling.
Focus on other things can be a big help and having someone by your side who pushes you to change your life style are even more possible. Quitting gambling addiction is not easy, it takes a lot of sacrifices as well but it is more worth it. There’s still a ways to quit gambling, don’t just lose your hope. Gambling can be more addicting if you gamble careless so make sure to be more responsible.

Well its pretty easy to say it ,but putting it into action is another case entirely, every gambler first intention is acquire some profit in their habit even if you play for fun or not but the problems really start when you start getting affected by the loses you get from gambling because the loses is what really triggers the bad habit that is involved in gambling.

Before now I was always affected when I lose money in gambling but I started looking at it from a different view because I implement a certain budget in which I have discipline myself never to go beyond.

Well, as unfortunate as it may sound, the greater percentage of gambler see gambling as a way to make money, rather than a way of relaxing and having fun...
Gambling is suppose to be for relaxation, and if you are gambling for money, then the person is likely going to be addicted to gambling which is very wrong, but high percentage of people are gambling just because they want to be making money from gambling. Some youths that are jobless decides to empower themselves by gambling which is very wrong, they decide to gamble to earn money to sustain themselves, thats why most of them are addicted to gambling. If you are gambling for relaxation you can easily stop gambling when you want, but if you are gambling to earn money then you are likely going to be addicted.

We have even discussed how to be good or safe in gambling, how to avoid addiction. and, you just said that gambling should be a part of relaxation and I totally agree. unfortunately, in practice it is not as easy as we say. in fact, we are well aware that every time we gamble, there is money at stake. if we win, we get a profit that can even be many times the capital we risk. but if it's the other way around, it is a risk that we must understand that gambling is not that easy to make a lot of money.
whatever theory we say, or whatever we assume, it all comes back to us and how we define gambling for ourselves.

Overall, I agree with the points you said. however, once again, unfortunately, not as easy as in practice. we know, that ideally the idea of having fun or relaxation is a concept that gamblers must have. however, in human psychology, we tend to get carried away by emotions during gambling sessions, whether it's when we are in winning mode. or, when we experience fatigue. in this phase, the ideas that we say sometimes we do not heed. moreover, when emotions have taken over us.

If I'm honest, apart from fun, I hope to win and that's very reasonable in my opinion. the difference is, we have to know or realize, if gambling is no longer fun "losing in a gambling session" there is no other word but to end it. thus, I avoided a bigger defeat. for me, the concept of gambling is simple. if I lose today, I can come back tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, even next week. The most important thing is not to harm other people and not reduce the ration for family needs.

Factual, when the mind is preoccupied by positive things you will find no time for gambling. Apart from finding positive activities to occupy the mind, the victim of gambling addiction also needs to relocate to a new environment.
Staying in the old environment where they have gambling gang will not alleviate the situation. Although, they could bet online but they will no longer have motivators.
