Even if a professional already helps you in regards with your addiction towards gambling yet the urge is so strong and you still want to gamble, then there is no way that any professional can alter your mind and make you quit gambling right away. After all, they just give you advice and tips on how to quit gambling, but at the end of the day it is you who will ultimately decide whether you're gonna leave gambling behind or you'll continue with what are you doing.

I think the only way one can stop gambling is by controlling oneself, no one can help you if you don't want to be helped.

For me i think it's better to spend money for GF. Spending money for your gf doesn't matter if you really love her. You won't bother spending money just to make her happy.

But i think others treat gambling as their gf also because they don't matter how much they will lose without getting something back. And i think gambling is more addicting than gf. Grin

oh well for those addicted already yes they treat gambling more than anyone as they continue to play and play keeps them lose even everything they have and even they lose time with their love ones addiction is a mind problem so if you really wants to quit you need to win over your self.

For me i think it's better to spend money for GF. Spending money for your gf doesn't matter if you really love her. You won't bother spending money just to make her happy.

Give all the money you want to gamble to a friend! Always for a month or more, then at the end of the period tell him to give you your money back!
See how much money you would have lost! Because 5 dollars a day might not seem much but after 30 days it's 150 USD.

If you take my example with 5 USD then if 150 USD still doesn't seem much to you you can go and buy food with that money and give it to poor people or an orphanage center, if this still doesn't make you at least feel better then you my friend are screwed for life!

How can you find a girlfriend who would to help you out of your addiction on gambling if there is no girl who want to become a girlfriend of gambler. I mean, its okay if you have had gf while you being addicted on gambling, but if not, then close friend or family is the best person to ask help.

Look for a person who can help you with this.
Either talk to a counsellor or someone from your home, be frank and don't try to think about the things you like about gambling.
But just watch out about its disadvantages and you might be able to quit it.

To quit at gambling is very difficult especially if you have an addiction. If someone has become addicted on gambling needs encouragement of those around to be able to quit in gambling. But in order to quit gambling takes intention in ourselves and stay away from gambling. Usually someone who wants to get away from their gambling using other means such as trade to be out of gambling.

Right, also make yourself busy just like what i did, i take a vacation and go to a trip for months where there is no access in internet, i just relax there with my family then slowly i completely forgot gambling. currently, i still play but i know my limit.

So we addicted to gambling means when we start to see the internet our first search is a gambling site. Better use that software and block all casino sites then if you search also you will not sites. Then your mind will divert to other things. After that, you can quickly stop gambling.

True, blocking sites would be helpful but it would take time since there are lots of lots of gambling sites does exist and one thing is important you must let other people block it because if youre the one who blocks those sites then it would be useless since you could surely unblock it afterall.

I already use this method to stop my gambling addiction but it didn't works on me because i can easily unblock the site once i want to make gamble. So that i decided to cut my internet connection for 1 month and rest to clear my mind. After that, I didn't gamble that much and just play for entertainment
