Find another outlet where you don't win or lose anything. A hobby of some sort. Even an expensive hobby is fine. Rather spend money on a nice hobby then piss it away losing in gambling in the hopes to win more. Even if you win in gambling what will you do with the winnings if you don't have a hobby ? You will just put it right back in and lose it again and be sad. So either betting or a hobby. I suggest a hobby for now and if you really have to betting later.

Some people aren't even this unlucky, they sell their possessions to buy more coins, to gamble with, and end up with nothing. It's really sad. The only way to quit if you're truly addicted is to seek professional help.

out of gambling is not as easy as I said, the fact that gambling is very pleasant, even there are people who dare to leave the job, his money and even their families just to gamble. and of course the need to quit gambling life of discipline and determination. if you can get through it all, maybe you can quit gambling

Quitting in gambling is not really an easy thing to do. We can just say that it is easy to quit gambling by avoiding it daily and save your money.

but for the addicted people who are really can't help to quit in it, It is better if they are going to seek medication from an expert.

For sure it can give them good advice on how you are going to quit gambling.

yes, it is very difficult to remove gambling from our daily life. gambling is very influential for my income as well. gambling is entertainment, while giving pleasure. for me gambling is my friend.

That is wonderful of thinking of any addicted person, I think in your case it looking you've some serious problem with gambling, I don't know how can anybody can survive just rely on gambling as his way of earning for his life, gambling is just for fun can be nice but I don't think it can make our life easier.

yes, it is very difficult to remove gambling from our daily life. gambling is very influential for my income as well. gambling is entertainment, while giving pleasure. for me gambling is my friend.

By trying to overcome by his own is very hard. If it is possible, he would have done it himself. What he also need is the support of loves one. His friends and family should help him to divert his attention and let him engage in other meaningful activities.

That's easy. Just go and find a job, you'll forget gambling soon if you are busy. Nope. It is not that easy. Even if you have a job.
The moment you get a free time off of your job, it will make you remember about gambling and eventually somehow spend more time there again, unless of course you have something or someone to help you to restrict yourself from gambling.

And because you joining this forum , stay away from gambling section because it makes you want to be back to gambling again because good giveaway and promos on every gambling sites.. Better to change your gambling habit like hangout with your friends or doing some worthy activities (like doing work or job). Also throw away your mind about gambling , and forgetting about that gambling (it's such a hard task if you're really addicted)

You question is incomplete, you should tell in detail, but the answer is if you are a rich person so you can continue gambling like a business, i don't think any bad thing in gambling. That is what I'm saying, it is better to be addicted to trading, ONLY IF you really want to quit gambling. But in trading you are the one that is going to make your own profit it is like a matter of chances and skills but in gambling, it is really created for entertainment purposes only.

Well op must really let us know if his or her family is rich or not. But there isnt a guide or safe way from quit gambling, you must ask yourself what you really need, besides those wish of gamble. I believe your family can and should help you, soo you should talk to them and say i got a problem, they will help you to control your wishes or atleast a part of them.

That would be very hard. tho, if you really want to stop, be firm with yourself.
Avoid it, stay away. Keep yourself busy. Make it hard for yourself to place bets(eg. no bankroll)
BUT! If you really can't stay away, invest on the house instead, and then play with small amounts on the same house. Good luck!
