i think it is not such an easy task to quit gambling, i have seen so many people who tried their best to quit gambling but every one started gambling again after some day or after a month or two and still continue gambling, so i think to quit gambling is not such an easy job.

Don't put money in a place you have access to IMO, you should put your BTC in a cold wallet imo, also try doing something offline and get yourself distracted from it IMO.

If you really cant quit take up poker/sports betting or trading where you can actually be +ev provided you do your homework. I doubt many people who get addicted to gambling in general fair well in poker/sports or trading either but its better than being than no hope of +ev with house games. That is what i would do anyway.

Somewhat effective of having a girlfriend because it would inspire you to do things and for sure you would forget that gambling stuff if you are just focused on your girlfriend . Making some activities with her and hanging up and many others stuff.
Thats a good advice, but instead of girlfriend, we have closer people in our life like our family and close friends. I'm sure they can help you out from your gambling problem. Sometimes girlfriend could spend your money more than the casino do lol

The temptation because anyone who comes to us especially if you want to avoid it so you better make yourself avoid gambling and do not yield to temptation . To avoid as much as you do to resist the desire to gamble avoid as much as you can. This is the only way I know to quit in gambling .

It is like a glass of water, you need to empty the glass in order to enter a new water on it. So, even if you want to quit gambling and still gamble regularly, you won't go far and successfully quit gambling.

I know quiting in gambling is really difficult but in order to quit on that game you should have another thing so that you will not be back in gambling. you should have a another one that could replace gambling but not involves money on it.

Like any addiction, quitting is the hardest decision to take. I have tried dozens of times to quit gambling but I never could. Even if I was able not to gamble for a few months, I still came back. What I was able to change was how much I bet, how much I deposit (nothing) and the self-control. Try to control all these factors and you won't have a problem with gambling anymore.

Keep yourself busy by finding job or anything that make yourself busy so you have no time to play gambling. If you still not feel the effects. Seek for psychologist. I know gambling addiction is hard to control but think about your family and your future. You cant just gamble forever. Get a life mate. In order for us to get out from something that we are already addicted is to divert our attention to other more healthy and meaningful endeavor. For addicted people that's not easy at all. They don't know what else to do, and when they are unoccupied they start thinking about gambling and eventually start playing. And it will hurt them a lot, because usually addicted gamblers don't manage their bankroll, they play until they lose and then wait till they get money and lose again. So they need all the help they can get from family, friends, professionals, etc.

Its hard to quit from gambling, even more you are addict. Maybe you can try the extreme method, like never have any touch to your internet if you play online gambling. It depends on your self, like smoking people. it hard to quit smoke, except she/he have own will from themself.
Who says that it is difficult to quit? it is not that hard, though sometimes you will miss it but as soon as you get over, for sure you will not like even the thought of doing it...
