finally I received an email not long ago from moneypot support

very strange that after a few sales of RBIES without  any questions they are asking me now for the amount I want to sell and my moneypot account name

you guaranteed a floor of 1000 satoshi for 1 BIES for a lifetime to anyone who wants to sell his RBIES. I cant remember that the seller has to have a moneypot account to sell to you his RBIES and if he has a moneypot account why does he need to give his nickname to sell the RBIES? please point me to the posting and text of those rules and conditions

what if a seller of RBIES has no MP account?

Although you have seen so much data, none of them can explain your technology and application, how to solve the industry problem, the application scenario and so on. None of these have been done

I think these devs are skilled. They seem to just be the type that works and does not pay attention to communication. I honestly would prefer that at this moment. They provided a simple roadmap and now we must just wait for a product. All crypto is speculation. When I see good devs not communicating my wallet gets happy because it's just a short term thing.

update regarding mail and RBIES floor sale

my email provider had maintenance of all his servers and some users didnt get all mails. I got finally pushed through the mail from MP but the mail was  send as seen in Dogedigitals answer/ss 9 hours ago and his message was July 18, 2017, 12:28:34 PM. my mail was send on the 15th so it looks the answer was delayed anyway

the sale of 10k RBIES was done yesterday and went through and was easy

more sales to come

about more than 60 hours ago I have send an email to moneypot support because I want to sell some rbies for 1000 floor, but did not get any answer till now! 

Moneypot is a 24/7 business but not their support  and this is actually confirming what some users here experienced and posted before

I can only speak of my own experience with them, what other users experience can only be told by them. My email to them simply asked if they were still offering it and if so that I had some more RBIES to trade. Don't think I got into any specifics or anything.

For their Support Chat, I knew this wasn't a 24/7 thing so I only dropped in once or twice a day in hopes of catching them. When I saw nobody online I just closed it out.

For the current price of R2B2, I have no idea but MoneyPot will buy them for a floor of 1000 satoshies.

I exchanged 150k RBIES with them a while back and then tried to do another 170k a few months later and couldn't get in touch with them as support was never on chat and they didn't reply to email. Not sure if they are still offering this but I haven't bothered trying again.
even the online support was not available and I canshow many screenshots where user are trying to get hold of the moneypot support and no one is there to help

Emails are easy to miss, I get a lot of emails every day and sometimes I miss one. It gets mixed in with spam, ads, and other emails and before you know it someone is unhappy.

If something goes unanswered for a bit someone should send another one or use a different method of contact. It would become a problem if multiple attempts were made and still no response.

why would you answer such BS and awaiting not to get the answer you earn? you are in danger that your nose gets so deep into their A**** that only doctor can take it out with a scalpel!
