my wallet shows only 28,000 rbies but should be 85,000.
when i go to explorer, my wallet address shows the 85,000 but my wallet on my computer shows 28,000. same address

In your RBIES wallet click on "statistics" first information displayed is block height;
then browse to block explorer page http://blockexplorer.betterbets.io:8080/ : at bottom right corner you may see block number rubies blockchain is at.
If the two numbers match ...well don't know what's your problem and you better get in touch with Rubies wallet developer and blockchain specialist mammix2 ( https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/mammix2-227772 )
If the two numbers don't match you are probably on a fork and you should follow instructions I provided some posts ago to another user ( quoted below)

It's running smooth on my PC
Rubies wallet developer and blockchain specialist mammix2 ( https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/mammix2-227772 ) provided me that download link some time ago when I had some synching issues.
So if you don't trust me with that link ( I wouldn't in your shoes to be honest) try to PM him and he would tell you how to grab latest version.
Once you download it erase all files in rubies folder except for wallet.dat ( make a backup of thie file and store it safely) and run the wallet.

Interesting. Thanks for the clarification. I'm apparently using an older one then (with no issues). Just checked and mine is def. 1.2.0.2. I apologize for the misinformation.

Will R2B2 replace RBIES on betting platforms? How soon before we see this type of integration, such as the announcement for RBIES into MoneyPot? Will R2B2 now be integrated into the MP platform?

You can acquire R2B2 on the NXT Asset Exchange (NXT Asset ID 5315990270934743720 ).
R2B2 will be the bettable currency on Moneypot when the time comes shortly.

Just an update: seems like a solution has been found.
RBIES withdrawal are enabled again at Livecoin.net and I was able to send RBIES to my wallet without any issue or delay.
Yes, i had confirmation from Livecoin regarding this. They were unsure whether R2B2 would be replacing RBIES on their site, which is why they disabled the wallet. It's now running fine and anyone can withdraw or deposit as normal
