The last swap went well yes, was in customer support chat on MoneyPot. The second time I sent an email to [email protected] as support wasn't in chat whenever I dropped in. Unfortunately I don't have a record of the email or the exact time as my server only keeps emails for up to 90 days before deleting them. Was around March if I remember right.

Exchanging the RBIES wasn't a big concern of mine so I only sent the email, waited, and then did my own thing. I wasn't unhappy with how things turned out so I didn't see the need to post about it previously. My post above was just my experience.

Right, I didn't complain as it wasn't a concern for me. After not hearing back from them for a while I simply found someone else. I kept around 25k RBIES just for shits and giggles but doubt I'll ever do anything with them as the RBIES wallet constantly forks and is a pain to use.

We have held off on marketing it too much however.
