IQ measures only pure logical capacities. You can have an IQ of 160 and still be dumb as hell, you'll just be extremely good at maths.

You should find a way to define intelligence, then measure intelligence (not IQ, a good way) but then measure it like once every month or at least 5 or 6 times a year for 60 years before being able to start to make an assumption backed with scientific proofs.
