My nano's do 23.5Mh at the same rate. So yeah, 480 is slightly better..

24MH under 80w? no way, last time i checked it was 120w for 29 and it was an heavy modified bios and tweaking from a guy using linux, so not the normal at all
Is that 80W at the wall? If so, it is quite efficient. I might buy some 470 when they come online later.
only the nano does 80 with 23.5MH, no other gpu can do that, but 27 at 100w is better more density
Even if it doubles back to $20 in 2-3 months...diff will have doubled by then as well so even more reason to buy coin instead of GPUs.
