This guy has the worst store ....

Multiple times my account broke. and after receiving a couple replacements, the warranty was ignored 

Looking above, other people seem to have the same problem and it's impossible to get support unless you call him out on it on this post place, otherwise he doesn't give a damn

My review after a couple of weeks after what was promised is: long-term SCAM
in the end

You're a band new member that has never messaged me before.

I have an additional message added in the email you receive stating that if your account does not work or the account goes down PM me on Bitcointalk.org

You have not done that and i really doubt you're even a real buyer as i have had no unread emails from anyone stating their account is down and didn't get a replacement.
