I don't think you have standing to complain as you are not the one buying the advert. If you want the op updated then you should send an update for him to audit and post. I can attest that doing so is very time consuming.

I am fairly confident that you don't know how much effort it takes to make a table like that in bb code. I can say that it is a pain.

That's...the most dickhead thing I have heard someone say on this forum this month.

Donations amount to almost nothing for this thread, I'll bet. And he gets around 0.02 BTC every 10 days from the ad. That's hardly reimbursement for his time anyway. It's not even intrusive.

This thread is not taking any money from you, nor do you need to click the ad in order to use the provided information. How do you derive some kind of obligation from that?

He's not selling this thread anymore than you are selling your account by placing paid-for signature.

Do you really have a problem with the ad itself (can't focus on the content because of it?), or are you just butt-hurt that OP is earning something around ~$5/10 days on it?

I am not a huge fan of fixed rate signature deals because they force people to try to get as close to a specific amount of posts as possible while pay per post deals get people to make as many good posts as they can

I wouldn't join any campaign that didn't use escrow or was strongly established in the community. FWIW, I think bitmixer is the best deal currently because of the automation. No troubles or drama.

I think the giveaway clause is a pretty standard clause in most signature deals and probably doesn't need to be mentioned unless giveaways are specifically allowed as per the terms of a sig deal
