Boyko sounds Ukrainian so he´s hopefully in arrears

to some very unpleasant people over there.
You're absolutely right.
If it is from Ukraine, then it is like a thief and a crook, Ukraine is a country of beggars and thieves!

I've made a copy of the PB website ... I suggest we need a few copies available as I suspect it's likely to disappear very soon.

web.archive.org has a copy of everything except the stats page with account names (it has only customer IDs listed). Logging in does offer that page with customer IDs. Uploaded that to GDrive.
I've saved a copy of the stats page as well after the purchasing of hashpower was stopped, so the page should still be up to date.

Sorry guys but if you are talking about screenshots - can not be used like a proof.. Everyone will tell you that is easy to create or change picture like this.

LOL what you looking at?
Again! Stop publishing personal data and stop your personal witch hunt!  Angry

Collect data, go to lawyer or take link from puppet to mounties.

Everything else is a violation against data privacy laws! Yes, really it is! In US like in Canada too.

Whatever he is a scammer or not, he could sue you all too because of this!

Please people, use your brain!

BTW: The copyright of the pictures belongs to him, this could be very expensive too!
Nope i have no idea who this person is lol to lazy an dhungover to read, but read any social network TOC. Once something is uploaded on to the servers for viewing by other people even if just kept private it becomes non copyrighted. In any case i do understand what you are trying to tell people

I agree.

What you publish on social networks is PUBLIC.

The only real problem can be clear and explicit menaces.

So just don't do menaces, just wait if justice will move.

And if it will not, do it yourself.

Sure is, he has to pay.

And What does the newspaper Report?

"breaking News: A bitcoin cloudmining service which always paid lowered the payouts"

hey sick buffalo - i see you sold your account to jason boyko.. your last few post are completely supportive. you were one of the first to call him out. now you only post positive things on behalf of boyko.

but to answer your question what would be reported is that customers paid for mining gh, and that over 90% of that gh has now been stolen by jason. also what can be reported is that jason never owned the gh he sold and that he never even rented the gh he sold - he was accepting payments from gh purchased and making payments with that gh revenue-not with gh from mining. so that is a ponzi scheme and it is illegal. it is also a fact that what jason paid out for 1000gh was not consistent with the 1000gh owned by the client. it was only 100gh. he was never authorized to remove 900 gh from anybodies account. you knew all this yet you still asked a stupid question.

Jason you act like a child.

This kid really needs a GOOD lesson.

bull shit pb started skimming-then he got caught skimming, then people contacted him... not before. he has no reason not to verify the farm. if he has a farm he is keeping what was bought with our money... this guy need the inside of a jail cell he thinks the he, the guy that was skimming and stealing, is  a fair judge of how this should be paid out...why the further altered payout? WE NEED PUBLIC OVERSIGHT BY AN APPOINTED AJUDICATOR NOT THIS FUCKING MORON JASON BOYDKO DECIDING HOW HE THINKS HE SHOULD GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK... thieves dont get to sentence them selves and oversee there recompance - that is the most fukd thing i have ever heard= more stealing... so he buys himself time and steals more(really pays himself) then tells others in january he will get to you=fukd.... WHY WOULD EVERYBODY NOT GET THE SAME AMOUNT PER GH OWNED.....WHATS THAT AMOUNT.....WHAT IMPARTIAL THIRD PERSON IS HANDLING THIS.........WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED NOW SO WE CAN HIRE AN ATORNEY IN THAT TOWN TO OVERLOOK OUR INTERESTTHE FARM MUST BE VERIFIED and why the skims...  u owe answers?

i hope that new car was worth it, you are going down bro

I completely agree.
This piece of... you know what I mean, also laughed at my face when I wrote on the forum that his activity was a scam.
I hope he will go to jail and pay and maybe learn something.
Or if this will not happen, I hope he will get some... a lot of, so that he will have to spend all those money in doctors.

Well, the Dutch police is hopeless. Last year when my phone was pickpocketed in Barcelona and I had pictures taken of the robbers, they just told me that is too much work and they don't inform Interpol. The Spanish police told me to inform the Dutch police, so the circle was round. This time the amount of money I speak of is even less than the value of a phone and less tangible, so I would really be surprised if they would take the effort to inform the Canadian police (a phonecall to Canada is much more expensive than one to Interpol after all)

it's true .. One person will not do anything .. To do something with this case would have to organize a large group of customers and then talk to the police ..

I agree with your vision

once it is known that a ponzi took place all laws that were broken in conjunction with conducting a ponzi would then be of interest to the police

What laws are exactly broken?

What i have to tell the police?

"I bought cloud mining contracts for virtual bitcoin tokens starting march 2014 from Piggyback Mining in Canada. Now payouts are somewhat low, what should i do?"

you bought gh. that gh didnt exist. thats illegal jason

Well if we went either way, ponzi or unregistered security, is it ethical that we try to get paid before his PBmining.ru website scam hits a reef?
I'm personally out about 10 BTC, and had just bought a big contract, for me anyway, and I am far from happy about it.
I'm in the US, and I'm wondering who the best route is to go thru for the complaint, local, state, or feds?
Will any of this actually result in any return of funds?  I've been reading this forum since about page 5, when I caught on that this was going on for sure, and I also wanted to make sure to say thanks to all you guys who have put some solid legwork into this, whether or not you had an investment.

I am in for 24.25GH/s I lost bigtime

You wouldnt even have to prove its a ponzi. Just that its an unregistered security should be enough to force him to provide a full refund.

Since PMmining later claimed to derive income from "other sources", you should consider this an unregistered security. Not sure who's in charge of that in Canada, but if you take that road, it wont even matter if he still pays.

Probably the best way is to prove that it is a Ponzi scheme. However, it will not be easy.
