my opinion about this rule is that the ICO who can't use fiat again to trade in Thailand causes the ICO price to follow the bitcoin prices that fluctuate and I don't understand why ICO has to pay to get licenses

There 7 cryptocurrency that are legal in thailand , its Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Ripple, Litecoin, and Stellar. They also regulate the ICO. Now ICO can't be traded with fiat anymore and there is a fee for license.

What do you think about this regulations? I think its fair enough and i do think in few months 7 of this coin value could be increasing if more country has the similar regulations such as thailand.

Well, in my opinion it is a good news though crypto market is not in good state they still regulates. They really adopt how technology greatly influenced their country!

That is good thing to happen when some other  countries follow the steps made by Thailand government.
It is also helps the community of cryptocurrency users to spread their influence all over the world.

We can now have  confidence in any ICOs that originates from Thailand due to the fact that they can tracked and traced in any event of scam, we are all aware of many ICOs that collected investors funds and disappeared into thin air and are non traceable, I expected other Asian countries to emulate Thailand and ensures that all ICOs are complaint with regulations.

Well, it is still unclear that how the government is going to track cryptocurrencies especially the transactions taking place from the IP address outside that particular country. It is definitely going to be a chaotic situation if the government is using such technology as a base to assess the tax liability of the assessee.

This is a very fair thing being done by the government of Thailand. If every country can adopt the regulatory measure similar to what has been done here in Thailand, I don't think people will complain about regulation.

Those regulations are not going to work, as long as you can buy bitcoin or ethereum then you have access to all the market of cryptocurrencies, how are they going to avoid that people to invest in icos or in other illegal coins? They can't, they are just trying to make it seems as if they have control of a market that is impossible to control, eventually some countries will apply a full ban and even that will not be enough.

I think that's great news. Now it is necessary that the government of other countries should follow the example of Thailand. Let's hope that soon they will legalize even more cryptocurrency, that it would be legal to trade cryptocurrency.
If this is true then this is good news for the community to use. This is considered a social opportunity to promote the economy. And want to have more profit for themselves as well as the community.

I think that it would only encourage the usage of more cryptos and it's a great development from the stage when most of the countries earlier were in the idea of banning cryptos completely. This can't fully eliminate those ICOs that are not sincere with what they are working with but it can reduce the number of ICO generation as a whole.
And this is very important for the government to regulate or legalize the cyrptocurrency. This is actually the need of the day which is expanding in countries that are developed and rely on technological advancements.

Bitcoin has great potential to give rise to a new banking system if laws like fiscal and monetary policies are build around Bitcoin and then implementing those policies will enable the government to control the inflation and unemployment but I think it will still take a lot of time to get a system like this.

Currently, only a few countries accept electronic money legalization, most countries in the world have not accepted, so I should accept them because they have many benefits.
They will find out their mistake but then it would take so long. There would be nothing but regret. Their lives wouldn’t be much happier at that time as that would be those who are continuously participating in bitcoin. People must know bitcoin is beneficial for everyone. Soon, prices would become jumping towards moon so keep your emotions under control.

I think that it is good. This will give more trust to investors. We were waiting for regulation and legalization of cryptocurrencies. It is hard to know how they work. Some people even think that they are illegal. This regulation and legalization will help the sector of virtual money. Moreover, people could invest without being afraid. Many years before, the internet and social networks had the same problem. They were new and needed regulation. Now, they are OK and nobody doubts when you make money on Instagram or Facebook.

Before proceeding to the story about the attitude of different States to digital currencies, it should be noted that the cryptocurrency is a decentralized means of payment. It is transferred from one person to another without intermediaries. The state banking system does not participate in this exchange, and the amount of transactions, as well as information about the sender and recipient are known only to the participants of this system. That is, the state can not track who made the money transfer, to whom and for what service.Potentially, the use of cryptocurrencies not only limits the state from a number of tax and Commission revenues, but also in the long term jeopardizes the functioning of the banking system, as well as the feasibility of these financial institutions.Despite these negative factors, cryptocurrencies are officially allowed in some countries, and some countries are going to formalize the digital currency. And only in some countries blockchain and cryptocurrencies are under strict prohibition.

Cryptocurrencies are not a new phenomenon, but they received the greatest peak of popularity only in the second half of 2010-ies. Digital coins are mined by users through the use of high-tech and powerful devices that perform certain calculations. Subsequently, the thus extracted virtual money you can "print" on the e-wallet, and cash. Due to the growing popularity of this type of earnings, many States are concerned about the legal regulation of cryptocurrencies. The article will focus on what countries equated cryptocurrency to payment means, on what conditions transactions with digital money are carried out, and which States recognize the use of cryptocurrencies but do not regulate them legally.

Hopefully something good will be happening while government will be accepting cryptocurrency the price will go up because right now it is so silly to sell at least something, I really regret but I have not sold before.

I also believe that regulation of cryptocurrencies is the key to its mass adoption and legalization. The process is just painful and complicated in the beginning, but this will help stabilize its value in the long run, eliminating its drastic swelling and unjust devaluation whenever the whales desire. Bitcoin has a lot of potential. It can truly disrupt the economical and financial industry, solving a lot of existing social problems, such as different kinds of theft crimes, unemployment, corruption and many more. We are about to enter a period of unprecedented change, hence, digital currencies must be regulated and legalized as soon as possible.

It's going to take quite awhile for governments to fully implement regulations on cryptocurrency.  We probably have at least another year before it is legal in most places.

I underline points that ICO can't be traded with Fiat. if that is the final decision, ico will lose the demands, even if a little. because some investors also want to trade on ico to fiat.
