the regulations of cryptocurrency is also good but that will effect the decentralization of the crypto which is aimed at making crypto a free assets free from third party involvement.

Decentralization has never been an easy alternative. It requires people to step outside their comfort zone and to actually contribute effort to obtain financial freedom and everything around it. People for the first time ever have the ability to conveniently use a tool that allows them to transact and maintain wealth online, and that without anyone capable of limiting you.

Gold has been a great tool back in the days, and still is, but the convenience that Bitcoin offers is certainly changing how we are dealing with value.

People should be happy with how the market has gone down. Instead of paying top prices you can get a way better deal right now. Wink
A better deal that most of them are still complaining about. It is easy for you and I to see it as a better deal with the value presently since we know the real value and same goes to others in our shoes, but for those who are simply in it because all that matters to them is getting rich quickly, that would be a hard thing to focus on and rather than seeing this moment as a means for long term, they rather chicken out.

With respect to regulation most especially, that is something we obviously cannot run away from. We may avoid them only when everything will be available for bitcoin payments but from your neighbor and friends. I guess that kind of society will be built very soon then we may avoid/overcome those government's regulations and restrictions.

With the fee concept for ICOs, I think scams can be avoided. Mosylt scams won't pay the fee, so people won't have to worry about them. If other countries do legalise few coins then I think it is a good sign for those coins and their value can easily increase in near future.
Asides fee, a lot of vetting and verification before even being declared a legal entity to conduct ICO is really going to help and as long as you are illegal, you are illegal if you cannot pass through that phase. This will surely help to clean the space for any illegal ICO trying to run and make it so easy for any investor to detect if an ICO is worth risking investing in or not at least with just that. Also, it would be a very difficult space for scammers to thrive and definitely will cause a drop in scammers.
I think legalization and illegalization is not het matter of the currency for me the best thing is that we are getting profit out of it, so I we should concentrate on our earning, now almost everyone is getting good amount of money with the help of investing, long ago people were making discrimination between the legal and the illegal but now it is not the matter of the fact people are aware and they know that it is the best source of earning.

There 7 cryptocurrency that are legal in thailand , its Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Ripple, Litecoin, and Stellar. They also regulate the ICO. Now ICO can't be traded with fiat anymore and there is a fee for license.

What do you think about this regulations? I think its fair enough and i do think in few months 7 of this coin value could be increasing if more country has the similar regulations such as thailand.

There are countries who cannot handle the growth of cryptocurrency and that is the reason why others are illegalizing bitcoins because it was not taxable and if people will prefer to invest on cryptocurrency then banks will also lose some of their investors.

For the fact that the Government have legalize this top cryptocurrencies is a good news. With time, more and more will be legalized. I also believe regulating the ICOs will be good as it will help reduce scam. I can boldly say that 98% of the scams that have happened in cryptocurrencies generally are through ICOs.

I think this is hard to happen, if too many cryptocurrencies of course make the country confused to legalize and make the regulation, I think this is a matter of time because I'm sure that the future of cryptocurrencies will continue to improve.

We know already that Bitcoin is really good. That's information is very clear for me. There's no problem about Bitcoin regulation, as well as we can get profit from it that's okay for me. I hope that if my government will accept and embraced Bitcoin and hopefully our Filipino country men will benefited the good intention of Bitcoin.
regulation is required only when bitcoin is used as a payment system in various merchants. as long as we use as payment, no regulation is no problem. but future regulation is also needed to regulate the use of cryptocurrency.

Most of the countries in asia today are already legalizing cryptocurrency in their area because somehow they want the idea of japan where bitcoins is used in order to improve their own economy.

Yes i do agree because i already witness that most asian countries these day are now accepting and legalizing cryptos but they only do it because they know how important and useful the cryptocurrency is. Its not about because of japan or the influence of any other countries .

Legalization of cryptos  are already implemented but i do not think that it can also be regulated because as i always said , cryptos are decentralized which means they cannot posibly be controlled or regulated by some one.

All things considered, nobody enjoys that and basically as much as we don't, we surely don't have a decision since we additionally have a pack of crypto-ignorant financial specialists too who can't simply do the needful to check and do due ingenuity before putting into any ICO, aside from the way that they are simply searching for means and approaches to get rich medium-term which isn't done anyplace.

While some regulation might help, I don't like the idea of a bunch of crypto-illiterate old farts creating laws to regulate crypto.
Well, no one likes that and simply as much as we do not, we certainly do not have a choice since we also have a bunch of crypto-illiterate investors as well who cannot just do the needful to verify and do due diligence before even investing into any ICO, except for the fact that they are just looking for means and ways to get rich overnight which is not done anywhere.

With regulation though, I believe things should get a bit better with scammers not even seeing a chance to breath and I guess we actually need that more than being filled with old fat crypto illiterate coming up with regulation.

It is not just about using it and paying your taxes so you can not worry about taxes in the future or be worried that goverment can shut it down at any second. No it also means countries support crypto one way or another. If a country has a law that states %X on taxes that country also says "yes you can use crypto its fine by me".

Look at USA they first legalized it than they regulated it and now they are giving out futures and so forth about it. The more countries like that the higher bitcoin will be.

regulation and legality of cryptocurrency seems to be so desirable that circulation of cryptocurrency can be legal and acceptable to all platforms and even to all payments available in each country.

there are pros and cons if bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will be regulated by each countries, we all have read those things, the bottomline is, trust ratings and demand will surely be boosted, which means, eventually, more and more curious investors would be taking the dip and try the crypto world. more and more legalized and legit transactions will be the results because of this move, more and more country will follow thailand.

I think, it's difficult for bitcoins and altcoins to be legalized sinced there are no regulating bodies that handling and managing this kind of business. And that's the reason why it is not been recognized by some countries because of it's volatile and it's anonymity. Just own opinion.
No, why this is hard to do so? And if that is, how these some of countries have legalized them? This isn’t the case. It is no hard and fast to legalize this coin but yes these politicians don’t want to lose their chances to do corruption. They know when bitcoin is legalized, they would be able to do more corruption as everything would be controlled and handled by computers.

I definitely believe that if more countries start to legalize and regulate cryptocurrency, it would affect the market by attracting more investors- thus increasing the price of bitcoins in the market. As the demand increases for a certain product, the supply decreases and eventually increases the price. In this case, if countries would utilize cryptocurrency and make regulations that cater to its development, expect prices to increase and making investments skyrocket.

Legalization and regulation of the ICO`s are good in the countries. Because this can help the all users to determine the good coins and also help to avoid scam coin. No problem if you are not trade your fiat in ICO , but you can buy a Bitcoin and the others with a fiat. Maybe this kind of limitations in every ico are good for now and also in the future.

Maybe you're right about the future of ICO. I think that people are scared about investing money into the unknown system for them. I sure can help to understand the real position of fiat.

The problem with most ICOs is that, it has created this stigma into the cryptocurrency world due to recent scams made my some individuals. My only fear is that once countries accept cryptocurrencies into their system, expect ICOs to be rampant and dominant into the market which bring potential danger to some investors.

I think having strict regulation for ICO would make it possible for innocent investors to be protected from being  cheated, alot of individuals out there come up with eye catchy ICO's all in the name of making people get rich quick and at the end of the day they lose everything. The crytocurrency market would be set back if relevant regulations are not imposed on ICOs.
The existence of strict regulation, the ICO will make this business unprofitable. Now there are many regulatory mechanisms in Fiat and what did it save you from scams? It seems to me that attempts to impose regulation of ICO projects is a disguised desire to destroy a competitor and save the stock market from collapse.
It is really a disguise as far as I am concerned, but at the end of the day, we used our own hands to bring that upon ourselves. First, scammers invaded the space and started taking shit load of money from gullible investors, and talking about gullible investors, since it is a decentralized space, it became so easy to get them deceived until they totally start losing a lot.

All these things put together made the ICO space a dangerous space which should not be, and now we have no choice than to submit to regulation in a way because of those who simply cannot do a simple research to understand if an ICO is worth investing or not.
