Accepting the top 7 crypto currencies for a legitimate payment unit will positively affect the economy of Thailand. Developed countries should take an example from the Thai government.
Legal regulation of cryptocurrency market will protect the interest of every user who have become the bitcoin owner, alt coins owner or ICO investor in many aspects, The regular user's are quiet uncertain whether they may rely on the law in case of any problem concerning crypto exchanges, ICO or cryptocurrency management in general, The miners and traders are also rest in the risk area due to the fact that they are concerned with the issue of crypto profit 'nature' The continual difficulties with supplies of the new equipment for the mining farms is another problem, Remind that mining as a kind of activity also requires the initial investment which cannot be legally protected at the moment.

Digital cryptocurrency is in the grey area of law and regulation!
In fact, legal construction and regulatory improvement are important factors in the development of cryptocurrency as a new means of payment.

Governments are developing regulatory norms not for the development of the crypto market or its integration into the international financial system. Just the opposite. The whole point of regulation is to protect traditional markets in which the interests of big businessmen and politicians are focused.

I think that's great news. Now it is necessary that the government of other countries should follow the example of Thailand. Let's hope that soon they will legalize even more cryptocurrency, that it would be legal to trade cryptocurrency.

I thik we can not blame them for that, but to think that they've made their move to accept crypto is not a bad idea. This is an advance, maybe in the future they can receive more crypto.
At least, that is one good step and it is actually fair enough. The thing here is that if countries can just allow the space to develop with very lenient and slight regulation which obviously show they are not trying to kick against the space but rather want to bring sanity for everyone to be happy including the country itself, these are absolutely some of the things we will sure keep seeing as time goes on. Let's see how things would gradually be turning out.

Government will really provide different laws for cryptocurrency if its affecting their own economy because in this way they can stabilize the countries economy.
Concerns over their fiat economy is the prime reason for why governments are prioritizing the regulations and legalization. But I believe no one can stop crypto economy to take over the traditional economic systems.

There 7 cryptocurrency that are legal in thailand , its Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Ripple, Litecoin, and Stellar. They also regulate the ICO. Now ICO can't be traded with fiat anymore and there is a fee for license.

What do you think about this regulations? I think its fair enough and i do think in few months 7 of this coin value could be increasing if more country has the similar regulations such as thailand.

Its good to hear that 7 cryptocurrency are already accepted in thailand, we can say its fair enough to be regulated in such country, every country that already legalizing/accepted such coin currency will depend on which ICOs their choosing that help their economy grow by means of TAXES. All that matters on how the dev of different coins competation will give satisfaction on how they run their technology.

With the fee concept for ICOs, I think scams can be avoided. Mosylt scams won't pay the fee, so people won't have to worry about them. If other countries do legalise few coins then I think it is a good sign for those coins and their value can easily increase in near future.
Asides fee, a lot of vetting and verification before even being declared a legal entity to conduct ICO is really going to help and as long as you are illegal, you are illegal if you cannot pass through that phase. This will surely help to clean the space for any illegal ICO trying to run and make it so easy for any investor to detect if an ICO is worth risking investing in or not at least with just that. Also, it would be a very difficult space for scammers to thrive and definitely will cause a drop in scammers.
I think legalization and illegalization is not het matter of the currency for me the best thing is that we are getting profit out of it, so I we should concentrate on our earning, now almost everyone is getting good amount of money with the help of investing, long ago people were making discrimination between the legal and the illegal but now it is not the matter of the fact people are aware and they know that it is the best source of earning.

Government will really provide different laws for cryptocurrency if its affecting their own economy because in this way they can stabilize the countries economy.

Legalization and regulation of the ICO`s are good in the countries. Because this can help the all users to determine the good coins and also help to avoid scam coin. No problem if you are not trade your fiat in ICO , but you can buy a Bitcoin and the others with a fiat. Maybe this kind of limitations in every ico are good for now and also in the future.

Maybe you're right about the future of ICO. I think that people are scared about investing money into the unknown system for them. I sure can help to understand the real position of fiat.
What do we need to understand about the position of fiat?whats the connection of people being scared in investing when they know nothing about the system ?i just cant find the logic on your comment, but giving the benefits of the doubt, people will soon realize what they are missing on denying the benefits of cryptocurrency in their life

Most of the countries in asia today are already legalizing cryptocurrency in their area because somehow they want the idea of japan where bitcoins is used in order to improve their own economy.
In my country bitcoin has banned by the government. The reason is that they are investigating blockchain technology and when they complete their survey they will allow crypto. Crypto is all about blockchain technology and in the future the whole world will use this technology as they are using mobile phones. Cryptocurrency is part of blockchain technology.

I've been reading a lot about the history of Bitcoin, and it was supposed to be decentralized, not controlled by anyone. I guess technically you can kind of do that, just sucks that the governments are getting involved.

The Regulation and Legalization of the above mention coins in Thailand is a great news, at least if you visit this country with crypto on your Wallet, it won't be a problem for to transact business of pay for your bills, I am looking forward to have additional country whom is friendly to crypto would adopt or accept crypto transaction in the near future. Some government financial institution with the business community involved are talking on how to address the growing crypto transaction globally...

For one thing, that is a good news if Thailand actually accepts crypto currencies. Making a ruling for regulating crypto currency means that it will be protected by laws. It's also a good news that they actually regulated ICO to weed out fraud. Although it sucks that you can't buy crypto currency with fiat. But that's progress in my book.

I hope also, that we will have more and more countries, who will accept crypto and then more other will see their testimony and make their mind to be positive on crypto, my country is going to accept it soon.

It is good for cryptocurrency overall. With the passage of time more and more countries will accept cryptocurrency as legal and regular currency. The future is that of crypto and all other currencies fiat or paper will disappear from the market. The whole world will use just one currency and that will be bitcoin because bitcoin leads the cryptocurrency world.

Regulation of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies around the globe keeps on increasing. This will let more people to to engage into crypto related business and other related activities with confidence. Legalizing of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies around the world is required in large scale to move forward focusing growth.
I do not like the idea of having more regulation in the market but I also recognize that it is almost inevitable that we get more regulation since governments are focusing more ad more in cryptocurrencies since they have realized that they are a real threat to the stability of their economies, but it does not matter what they do at the end cryptocurrencies will be successful and their attempts at regulating the market will fail.

I don't think bitcoin is as much threat to economic stability of some countries as it is for people with political power and authority. Bitcoin makes people look at the fiat money and taxation systems from a different perspective which is not appreciated by a lot of politicians.
You are only seeing cryptocurrencies as they are right now in which they are not a threat but if bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies really grow to be currencies used all over the world then the government will lose control over a great deal of the economy that was previously under their control and even worse they will be unable to tax it, if that is not a threat to the economy I do not know what could be.

I am glad to hear that Thailand has accepted crypto and this is another step for Crypto acceptance. Also, regulating ICOs is helpful to minimize fraud incidents. This would help increase the credibility of crypto to the community. I just hope that my country and other countries will adopt this kind of acceptance to crypto.

I think, it's difficult for bitcoins and altcoins to be legalized sinced there are no regulating bodies that handling and managing this kind of business. And that's the reason why it is not been recognized by some countries because of it's volatile and it's anonymity. Just own opinion.
The legalization of crypto will be a very positive step because it can help the people to stabilize their financial conditions; also it is modernizing the people of the world. The major reason for banning of bitcoin is tax and in my opinion tax can be imposed on bitcoin if the government helped out, this will improve the economy of both(the country and bitcoin).
